Well all I can say is Wes is a very cordial Man . He was so very helpful, getting my bike like I needed it, to fit me !!!He has a great heart for people.He let me put Bachelor buttons on my britches, being homeless at the time, he let me use a hammer to pound the buttons on my britches.Cant get no better than that in my book.Let the love in you to continue to flow !!!Bob Sykes. We just recently visited Klamath Falls and needed some work done on our bikes. Some locals I spoke to recommended Wes at Bicycle Jones. Wow!! I can see why. Clearly he knows bikes. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my bike. As it turns out it wasn’t as big a deal as I thought. He fixed the issues, gave us general tuneups, and completed the work quickly. Honesty, great work, and a passion for bikes!! What a find for travellers just passing through. I understand Wes has only recently opened up shop too. Klamath Falls you have a gem of a bike shop.I have no reservations recommending Wes for your cycling needs.

Great, new addition to Klamath Falls. Wes, the owner and mechanic brings many years of experience in bike shops back to the old location of Bicycle Jones. Wes being a native to the area knows the local mountain bike trails, helping build and maintain them, as well as being a guide to the newcomers. Operating on a lot smaller scale than the Hutchs store that closed in Sept. 2018, Wes has big plans for the new Bicycle Jones and cycling community of Klamath County.

Bicycle Jones is my go shop to for repairs and accessories. Wes Rogers is fast with repairs and his pricing is fair and reasonable. Wes helped me with my Fox Fork. He rebuilt the fork quickly and I have had no problems with it since. Wes has worked in the bike industry for a very long while and it shows.

I had to have tire and tube changed in a pinch on a busy weekend. It was really fast and easy. Great and friendly service, exactly what I was looking for. Deffinately my number #1 choice for any future road and mountain bike needs in Klamath Falls. Thank you for the trail tips!

My sons bike broke on the way to the gym this morning. It’s his only mode of transportation at the moment. We took it to bicycle Jones at 11am on a Saturday morning. Explained the situation and he jumped right on it. Picked it up a few hours later better than new at a fair price. Good to see quality at fair prices. Especially in a store front that has had bikes in it for as long as I can remember.

Super cool to my son that thrashes his mountain bike over and over again Wes works on it and half the time doesnt charge .

For the mechanically challenged, Wes is your guy. Not only can he diagnose and promptly repair your favorite bike at a reasonable price, he wont let on how ignorant and unmechanically inclined you are in the process. He keeps my Tarmac road bike and Juliana MTB in pristine condition for me! Cant wait to see how Bicycle Jones will grow in the years to come :)
