Staff is great. This review is for the price gouging mailing services at the store. Send a 3-day delivery document via UPS here and pay $40! Or send the same thing down the road at other stores for less than $10. Staples, either remove this service from your stores or find a way to offer it without making a joke of yourselves. I wont shop at your stores for anything now.

Their staff this past week were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of before leaving the store after buying my new computer. They went all out on their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Could train their employees better . Didnt ask to help us and when we asked for help no one did . So we had to carry a heavy item to get a price check and mentioned we had been waiting.. no apology...

I have come in to the store on multiple occasions. Every time I have come in I have always been greeted by the staff with a smile. Always been asked if I needed help finding anything, (Granted though I always know where and what I am looking for; shows the staff is attentive to their customers.) The staff is very friendly and helpful, also on one occasion I used the printing services and loved the product and quality that they delivered. I will continue to shop here for sure for those few items I need here and there.

I went in today to purchase a few items that were on sale including a paper shredder. I could not find it in the section for shredders. I went to look for an associate for some assistance. I saw two associates assisting a young lady. One of them did notice me waiting but did not acknowledge me and continued talking to the young lady. So I walked away looking for someone to help me. I noticed an associate hurriedly walking so I quickly said excuse me, might you be able to help me? He stopped and with a heavy sigh said with what? Now, when I asked the cashier for his name (Curtis) and mentioned he was rather rude, she apologized and said they were busy. But as I looked around the store, it was rather quiet and I told the cashier that. Needless to say I felt Curtis was rude and could of shown better customer service!! I think this is a good place for UNDERCOVER BOSS to visit!!!!!!!

I went to the photo print section for some help with my fathers Memorial Service and Cierra assisted me. I apologize if I misspelled her name. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She created a 16 x 20 collage with my printed and electronic photos. Outstanding job Staples, you have an Amazing employee and Outstanding store!

Called for copy job last minute Sun nite, emailed file then raced there to pickup. Copy dept woman stayed late to make sure job was right, then didnt charge since registers closed. So nice! Will go back for final printing, very good quality color even on plain paper. She saved me a lot headache!

Some of the rudest customer service. As a customer, I understand I don’t know as much as the trained employees who work there. But, to be treated like a Buffoon who lives as a primate is unfair. I am an intelligent intellectual, who knows when they are being scammed, or treated unfairly. This is how I was treated here. And I am disgusted by it. Honestly, very disappointed I can’t give something lower than 1 Star. Will never go back to this staples again, and I would highly advise others not to as well.

Great came in for just one thing. Came out leaving with the hole store. Great customer service. The photo department not that great the girl with all the tattoos might be a little slow shes never helpful.

Sent an 11 page email to a business several states away. Staples did a scan of the pages and handed back all materials and performed the mail transfer. Great experience with trained staff.

Ive tried 2 days in a row to get one thing printed and the people there are extremely overwhelmed and have zero customer service. I yearn for the days or cities for that matter where customer service is top notch. It seems everyone thinks because this is such a small town and there isnt much competition that you can treat people like there needs are unimportant. I dont mind waiting extra, but when you tell me that you cant do the job because you have a lot of people ahead of me makes me think you just dont want to do anything at all. I understand stress, and I understand working alone, but Ive never once made a customer feel like they were imposing or that they should just do it themselves or go somewhere else cause we are just too busy for you. Very sad that Customer service is dead in Klamath Falls.

I went in there today to buy my first laptop. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Brian throughout the duration of my purchase. They were so helpful and very good to work with. I will definitely go back and ask for Michael if I ever need help.

I am so tired of staples!!! Specifically, tje print to email process.. Why dont you have one of your executives go to office depot and see how much easier the process is. The interface is hexadecimal as is all the codes from printme@So when the bar scanner fails and it always does. When you puch in the code you dont have to keep shiffting or long pressing a key pad that seems to always need to be done 2x at staples.Should i even mention the fact that this region is cash based. So when I expect to go in have the clerk turn on the machine and then allow me to print my workorders, but this store does not do that. Instead it is a huge process involving a member of managent and is anything but EASY. Then the clerk just goes right past the rewards screen like i am not a real customer. Believe me. I look for OfficeDepot long before arriving here.If my job did not require a paper trail you would not see me again.

Talked to Nike regarding lap tops he was a great help I plan on buying one I wanted to talk the pros and cons of a touch screen with my son first. Will buy the one I first decided on.

Need to fax a death certificate and make copies and they were kind enough to not charge me for the copies. That was so very thoughtful!

Great products, great service. Dirty bathrooms. I went in last night to purchase a computer. They had to do downlaods and instalations so i had to come in the next day to get it. No biggie. I went to use the ladies room last night and it smelled so foul i literally threw up!!! One pitiful half used roll of tp for both stals. Fecal matter on the toilets. Told someone last night. Came in tje following day at 2pm. All they did was move tp from one stall to the orher!!!! Seriously, guys?!?!

I went to Staples to get packing tape and it was on sale! I was happy about that!

The entire staff of the copy and print center act like they are doing you a favor by even bothering with you. I have been turned away from the counter and told to go find someone else on more than one occasion, even when it was an issue regarding a fax. The day before yesterday I dropped off 14 pages to be scanned onto a thumbdrive. I was told it would be at least 24 hours because there were 14 other customers who had dropped off things to be scanned but they would call me as soon as they were ready. 29 hours later I finally call them only to be told that my order was just sitting on the counter waiting for me. I get the thumbdrive home and only 9 of the pages have been scanned. Unacceptable service and rude staff.

Great place for school items

I was looking for a replacement office chair. They have a large assortment but I did not find one I liked.

Thay were kinda rood and did not have good service.

Right now, Crayola Crayons are only .50¢ a pack. And they carry the Pentel purple pens I like.

Got what I needed...no issues.
