I LOVE STARBUCKS! I was a STARBUCK ADDICT. So I havent had any for about 4 years. So you can imagine my delight as I walked through the door. The people were friendly and the space was clean. The coffee was very good 👍🏼. It lifted my spirits for today. I would recommend Starbucks to anyone who may need a lift!

I havent had Starbucks in 4 years, (I was addicted.) It was with great happiness as I walked thru Starbucks door. The people there were very nice, the store was clean! They made my custom drink, and it was so good. It really made the day happier ☺.

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes past when the order was ready. The order sat on the counter the whole time and I had to flag someone at the front counter to get them to check. The crew seemed more interested in hanging out then filling orders. If you have to come here use the drive through, not the app.

Speechless, not in a good way! Whole ordering in the drive-thru the guy said .. Thanks pull forward, and I wasnt even done ordering. Then, sat in drive thru line just shy of 30 minutes with 4 cars ahead of us. Seriously?!?! I am a VERY-VERY frequent customer and this is by far the worst experience. No opoligies, no smiles.

It took me forever when finally 1 of the 4 employees paid attention to me. And I was the only one in line! Then it took me another 10 min to wait for my order to be done. When I asked the girl when my order was going to be ready, she looked. But she found out it was on the counter all this time, and nobody even told me! It was my first and my last visit.

I went in for a coffee that my daughter usually orders for me so I didnt know exactly what it was or how to communicate it. Beth took my order and gave me the most personalized and over the top customer service that it makes me want to come back for her to make my coffee again and again. She helped me through what I was trying to order but the most outstanding part was her thoughtfullness and going the extra mile based on the things she learned I wanted. That is a rare quality. Excellent customer service by an excellent lady. Thank you, Beth.

I come here often and order the same thing. Most of the time when I request light ice, Im not given light ice but I understand things can be extremely chaotic while working, and that people can be rude so I try not to complain. This last trip was frustrating though. There wasnt a line which was a pleasant surprise, however, the person working drive thru didnt have a sliver of the positive energy that other baristas have had. When I was handed my drink, the sticker showed I ordered it with light ice, and the cup was literally half full of ice. Due to my medication, too much ice/cold stuff interferes with my abdominal issues and causes incredible pain on my end. Im really frustrated and now convinced that Ill have to start correcting orders at the window, which will cause unnecessary waste and create time issues for whoever may be behind me.Again, I understand the chaos of working at a Starbucks and I know that mistakes happen.. but this time (after my less than pleasant interaction with the person in drive thru) this felt almost intentional and I want to remind people that when they order things differently it usually is due to health reasons.

Starbucks is ALWAYS good! However, with covid, this one is always so busy, so make sure to go at a time where the line isnt super backed up. There are other Starbucks around, but this is the only one with a drive-thru.

Lines are always long. The drive through/ parking lot turns into mess. coffee is pretty good though.

Always slow, and not once have I had my drink order correct. I have been there approximately 5 times in the 4 years Ive lived here. Youd think all Starbucks would have the same recipes, but this place has their own thing going on.

Employees are very nice and are very thorough with their orders and service. Food is Starbucks brand. Meaning not the best but definitely due to fill anyone in the family. Highly recommended to travelers and community members alike.

Fast friendly service. All the baristas make an effort to get to know you,your likes and are eager to answer any questions you have about products. The shop is always clean and welcoming. Even when very busy about 9 in the morning and at noon,they make an effort to make you feel welcome and a valued customer.

The Starbucks in Klamath Falls can make one of the best Frappuccinos yet! Definitely rate 5 stars!

Story Time - I went with my friend to Starbucks, I got a drink with caramel or something. (That doesnt matter.) Then we went to go get pizza. When we got to my friends house we ate, then we went to their living room and watched YouTube on their TV. After a while, I ended up throwing up because of some sort of bug spreading around. But, the drink from Starbucks was delicious.

Order is messed up just about every time I go and staff is not apologigetic

Needs to improve in friendliness and the seating area cleanliness. The seating area the last few times I have been in have had food on the floor and on chairs and table during non rush times. Staff seem to not be as friendly a d welcoming lately either not sure if it is because it is new people that are being trained but something just is not up to the usual Starbucks standard at this location lately. Maybe they are just having an off couple of weeks. The orders were good just the service and the facility was lacking. So give it a chance maybe they will improve.

Ordered on the app for 2 ham and cheese croissants. When I got there, they informed me that they were actually out of them and offered to make me the ham and Swiss sandwich instead or just refund me. They made me the sandwich AND refunded me and apologized multiple times. When they gave me my order, they also added a cookie for the trouble. Great employees and always have had friendly customer service. Drive thru is always fast and Luke is one of the best baristas there!

Drinks and food are consistent. Service gets worse each time. We went in today as drive thru line was long. Watched multiple cars, that came after us, get drinks and food. Our food was done 10 minutes after our drinks. Focus seems to be on the outside not inside. Very disappointed!

One of the things that makes Starbucks awesome is the consistency of the drinks no matter which one you go to. Klamath Falls Starbucks on 6th street managed to make them different just about everytime I go there. Because I love the coffee I keep going...only to be disappointed 8 out of 10 times.

Ridiculously slow. I leave for work 45 minutes early (only 5 minutes from my house) just to be able to get some.

So I can learn why the ones to the left are waiting for reverse!

You need another store!!! Know one should have to wait 35 minutes for one Cup of coffee!

This is your average Starbucks. Its the first stand-alone Starbucks in Klamath Falls, which is neat. The barista was very helpful and patient in helping me decide on a cold drink. I wish they had more available outlets for charging devices, but thats the only negative.

Clean with a nice, modern look inside. This is a good place to meet up for coffee or tea. As always, Starbucks has great customer service with a commitment to making your drink right or they will redo it. Ive always had friendly service here.

This is the loveliest location. It is a Starbucks owned building and very well designed. I wrote a book sitting here.Wish there was an actual drive-thru and Sitting Starbucks closer to downtown and Business 97...Time to open a second LARGE Starbucks closer to OIT and Business 97.

Good coffee expensive compared to other coffee shops

Seems like a newer place. The servers were nice and courteous and were helpful. The food was pretty standard for Starbucks but tasted good. Id go there again and would recommend to anyone looking for some tasty coffee.

I really enjoy this location! The service is always great and the employees are so friendly! I have a complaint however. I am really allergic to dairy and if I have it Im in pain for days. I went to get a drink and I was told that something was dairy free when it wasnt. I specifically asked and the guy said he checked the ingredients and it was dairy free (the java chocolate chips). I didnt question it since he said he checked the ingredients. After not feeling well I went back and asked another person who was very sure that they contained dairy. As it is the only new thing Ive had in a while Im inclined to believe her. I bring it up not out of malice or anger, but so that this can be prevented in the future. If you are not ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that something is dairy free just say you arent sure and us dairy free people can check the label our selves or make the decision to not have it.

I’m honestly getting a little frustrated with the service at this particular location. The last 4 times I have been there I order a drink and and it came with no sugar. The forth time in a row was the final straw. I know for a fact that sugar comes in the drink I order because one I’ve ordered this drink many of times and two I double checked on their website just to make sure that I wasn’t missing something. I also specifically asked for sugar in the raw. They don’t listen to their customers and it’s really frustrating. Why would I want to go here when across the street at Dutch Bros I can get much better service, cheaper prices for the same size drink and they actually LISTEN to my order. Not impressed get it together Starbucks.
