I ordered a $2.50 caramel pecan sticky bun. I became extremely happy and optimistic. I drank a $2.00 small coffee made with Quackenbush beans and my eyebrows started to rise up on my forehead. Rays of motivation and hope flooded my brain. Green Blade Bakery put magic in my life and had change for a ten including tip. Go there and feel the love for yourself.

A true treasure for Klamath falls. The cheese danishes are melt in your mouth delishness, and the owners are so invested in their community.

Delicious pastries and extremely nice people working there. Best of all, unlike too many other donut shops and bakeries, they have a good selection well into the day.

Cannot recommend this place more. It was Friday morning and I figured why not stop by, as I had never been here. The place smells AMAZING, super warm and inviting. I got a peach turnover (which my partner loved!) and a lemon blueberry loaf slice. They gave me two slices of it since one had a hole in it, and they were both amazing. I will be back again! Also their bread selection beats anywhere I’ve ever been (all homemade too!)!!

Cute spot! EPIC fresh-baked selection. Loved the apricot scone. Only complaint is that I don’t live in Klamath Falls, so I won’t be able to come back and try every single thing.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. I love their coffee too. The staff are always happy and helpful. I love the scones and the rolls, the cheese danish is another favorite of mine.

Green Blade is the type of place you could sit for hours..have your treat, add an espresso if you like, work on your weekly calendar or answer emails, read the paper or your current book, chat with friends, all while smelling the deliciousness coming from the ovens. Not friendly people at all, not rude, but notvin the least friendly. Its a nice place, just not the greatest baked goods, but safe. Not sure id go back a second time, not my style, especially when theres not a friendly person there.

I make a special trip to town to purchase their sourdough bread. Usually end up with a supply of their sweets also. Lovely place, great folks, wonderful eats!!

I got the cinnamon roll which I was surprised that it was lemon poppy seed flavored. It was still good just a little different from what I expected. The price was pretty fair for such a large pastry.The biscuits and gravy was also very different. We paid extra for sausage on top and it was three slices of very thin sausage. The gravy was plain and tasted store bought. The biscuits were nothing special.The inside has a lot of seating and allows for the option to eat in or take out. The staff was friendly and was quick to get out our order.

Wonderful! Wish I lived close by so I could go more often. Will definitely be a stop everytime we go down to Cali or near Klamath. People we really pleasant and the ambiance was very comfy. Baked goods were delicious, coffee was good and overall I loved it.

Wish they were open on Sundays, I have yet to have a bad thing here. The cinnamon rolls are a must, split one with someone so you can make room for another yummy treat.I wish they would set out some silverware, I always end up having to ask for some. Not even spoons are out by the sugar and cream for coffee, put some out!

Just discovered this place and I love it. On the first day I went they had this turkey breakfast Sandwich which was absolutely delicious. After going the second time and learning that wasn’t a daily staple, I was a bit disappointed but everything is still really good. Would definitely recommend!

I liked the coffee the first time, but since, it seems pretty ordinary. Wish there were more savory options and some cakes. Its really the only legit bakery in Klamath Falls. I love their chipotle cheddar sliced bread. The smokey taste makes great toast to have with avocado or eggs, no need for bacon!

Finally stopped in there this morning. Very good coffee and scones, also took home a loaf of fresh bread and a chunk of bread pudding for dessert tonight. Nice staff, clean dining area, and smells heavenly!

A nice little place. We grabbed a breakfast, and some sandwiches and sweets for the trip. The biscuits were fluffy and delicious. Scones were great. A few tables, locals chatting. A good place to visit.

Excellent pastries and coffee combined with an acoustic atmosphere provides a relaxing and soothing way to spend a Saturday morning. Loved the classic assortment of toasters on the wall. They also have bread for sale by the loaf for quality homemade sandwiches.

This Bakery is great!! They have wonderful pastries, many varieties of baked bread and rolls as well as sandwiches made on their baked rolls. They are very friendly and helpful oh and the coffie is GREAT!!!! There is a clean restroom and a cozy place to enjoy your food.👍👍👍👍👍

Scones and coffee today were great. We were watching them prep the turnovers and they were loaded with real fruit. Perhaps a repeat trip tomorrow?? (But you have to get there early were told.). The staff was awesome; very friendly and helpful. The sourdough bread is awesome and was the main reason for us to go out of our way to get it today.

Green Blade is the only bakery in town and they do a pretty good job of making a tasty bread. I took one star off because they wrap their breads in plastic thus destroying the crumb. The place is clean and the staff is wonderful though.

I have been going to Green Blade since it opened and could go on and on about how great it is but I just wanted to talk about the Onion Rye load I bought yesterday. It is outstanding and I want more! Try it if you can get it. Its not like any rye bread I have ever tasted.

Coffee was good. It was crazy hot inside though and I wish they offered some gluten free options.

It was nice to have a local bakery that Ashley had a decent food items.

Awesome breads and pizza dough on Fridays..new longer hours

I am from Florida and work in the General Aviation industry. A customer of ours, from Oregon, flew their Falcon 50 jet into Sheltair in Pompano Beach, FL yesterday. With them, they brought a massive box of Green Blades pastries and gave them to me after arrival. Five hour flight for that box of pastries and I have to say, THEY ARE AMAZING! If I am ever in Klamath Falls, I will certainly be visiting this bakery.

Kinda unhappy with green blade this visit. The pastries I got this time were hard and dry. They are never this hard and dry. I just tossed $25 in the garbage and went,to thunderbird. So guys, it was disappointing. 😢
