I dont care for self checkout. I am elderly and disabled and its painful to shop and then stand and check out my groceries. The riding/driveable carts also hurt my back. I love Walmart and its one stop shopping variety and selection.

Prices are usually good. Curbside can be challenging since everyone seems to be experiencing shortages.

This was an easy Walmart to get in and out of. Crazy part is they only had four regular registers. Everything else was self checkout. Must have been 30 or 40 self checkout registers. Thats what kept the line moving super fast.

Its not a bad place but it can be crowded and I like the new self check out but it would be nice if they all took cash and card. Most the time Im waiting around for quite a bit to get a self check out. I still prefer a real cashier but its what it is. Other then that never had any major issues from here.

Its a decent store unless you need help then its like they have no employees. It seems to be kept clean and sanitized. Bathrooms are clean. I can usually find what Im looking for every now and then they wont have it but very seldom.

Not good since remodel. Items that were grouped together are now all over and hard to find. Name brand groceries are not as available, dont buy Wal-Mart brands. Garden center plants poorly taken care of. Only go when need from many departments to save time. Really like self check out. No more 30 min. Lines.

One big disappointed joke. I dont shop there for many reasons and finally almost doing business with them merely because the shelves are always bare, its dirty, and mercies is never in the same isle as the last time you were there. All I can say is they are lucky to still be in business because Klamath is very limited for shopping.

Ugh they need to have better customer service its better to go right before they close I think less people.

They took the money off my card and then canceled my order and now they want give the money back that is a big corporation for you that is how they get rich

Had the worst experience ever! My sister has a 6 month old baby that breastfeeds. She was trying to self check out with a completly full cart. Her baby started crying. I had to get in another line because I had cash. The lady ringing people up then decides shes going to make a comment to another customer saying my sister is neglecting her baby! She did not know I was there and that was my sister. I am so upset! This is not ok. I tired getting the employees name to make an official complaint but no one would give me her name. How dare you judge someone you do not know anything! This baby is definitely not neglected and is loved soooo much

I really am liking the new layout, especially more room in the isles for grocery land. Gives me room to see from a distance and still have room for people to go around. Also love the tall strapping young men that fill online orders, always pleasant and willing to help me reach items!

There are NO employees here that EVER seem happy and the managers arent any better!!!Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

This store is a disaster!Of the your size is XS, 2XL or 3XL. Do not worry there are plenty styles for you to choose from and stocked like a blind teenager with only one arm was/is the only one working!Whoevers responsibility it is to manage the womens apparel and intimates department, well, yall need to check your inventory and displays the demand clearly indicates a serious lack of medium/large items!

Some of the employees are nice but most of them are rude and they walk around off the clock with their name tag & smock on but refuse to even point you in the general direction of anything... Really dont care for this store.

I went there to get a smart TV and had a whole aisle of TVs with no prices and no one to help so after 30 minutes of trying to get the price online I finally get to the check out with my TV only to be told that I cant have it for that price because they dont have any in stock. Walmart is a disaster

I like the new self-checkout concept. The area is large enough that there isnt a line. It was somewhat limited with registers that accepted cash. Staff is there to direct you to the appropriate register based on your payment method.

Great janitor! I couldnt find a special cooking ingredient, and the person working in that area told me to install their app. Since I didnt bring in my phone, that was pretty poor advice!😆The janitor overheard conversation, knew where product was and lead me to it. Wish all employees would install the walmart app and were helpful like he was. Great guy!

Walmart is the worst place to shop. The prices may be good but not when you have to stand in line for an hour if you are paying withCash

We get our groceries by pickup order. Theyre consistently out various products that we order and the substitutions are always a premium product for much more than we had ordered. For example we order ribeye and they switch to top choice angus T-bone. Not happy with the the way they handle this.

Very sad that the store is a mess and do not see things getting better. I see plenty of workers but no leadership in getting things done as far as shelf stocking. Almost impossible to get thru the aisles because of things piled up waiting to get put on the shelves. I like Walmart but am frustrated.

Happy shopping in super walmart because I am getting couple of indian groceries too and I dont like sometimes walmart dont have items on stock.

We came into town around 6 pm in the evening, on our way to a wedding in Idaho. Unfortunately, we could not find a parking spot for our 34 RV. We found this Walmart Super Store which looked to be in a nice area and had a very clean parking lot. We parked our RV out on the far edge of the parking lot and it was very quiet all night. We went into WalMart Super Store the next morning to purchase items we had forgotten and were pleasantly surprised by the massive size of the store. It is the largest WalMart Super Store we have ever experienced. Everything was neat, clean and well stocked in every section of the store. If we lived in the area, it definitely would be a regular place for us to shop for any and all of our needs. Also, if we are pasting through Klamath Falls again and have any needs, we would not hesitate to do our shopping at this WalMart Super Store.

They have gone completely automated. If I have to stop there again I will order on the app. Others should too. I want a real person to check me out I DON’T WORK THERE!! We are truckers and never ever ever use self checkout VERY 😞 DISAPPOINTED!

Rude workers, management seems like they couldnt care less while standing around. Also.... no bags in the freaking store! Come prepared with bags or youll regret it. Self check out is a joke now!! No real cashiers and most machines only accept cash, if u only have a debt or credit card you will be skipped in line by everyone while the worker waits for the 1 machine to free up that accepts cards. Will not go back!!! I will use holiday and pay more for respectful workers and quality, not to mention bags for what I purchase!!!

I shop at Walmart because it has had more variety than other grocery stores. A few months ago my local Walmart replaced the flooring and rearranged product placement. Since then the aisles are blocked with boxes of inventory and the shelves are poorly stocked. Also I cant recall the last time I shopped without getting dented damaged cans or boxes. Whats the problem ! Please address the problem

It was a new experience for me because I they had was self check out, in the front part of the store. But it went smooth for my first time. They do have people there in the front incase you run in to trouble, all and all it wasnt a bad visit to Walmart.

I dont know who redesign the checkout system but he or she should be fired. I hate this system and we dont get a discount for checking ourselves out. Today was the last straw, we could only get cash back at one register. They did not have cash back at other regester. I dont request more than $20 at a time. There other places to shop at, so from now on I will go elsewhere even though they are not as close.

The weekends are a free for all.. my opinion, the best time to go is in the early week!!

Typical Walmart Super Center with adequate cleanliness and lots of parking. Looks like they allow overnight parking for RV’s which is nice. The store itself was under stocked. Which makes sense for a Sunday or Monday, but it was Friday. There was some sticking which didn’t block isle like most Walmart’s these days.

Switched everything to machines no longer have cashiers. Employees are rude and will not help you worst Walmart Ive ever been to stay out of it if you can. When exiting the store they treat everyone like a thief cant say enough bad about the store.

Our local walmart grocery pickup has failed us once again with a 2 hour delay on our pickup. We are actually debating on just avoiding walmart all together. The speedy setup they have the store in is actually slower than it was 2 years ago. Difference is....these days you cant even get what you desire, only substitutions for some items if they have it. The aisles were filled with merchandise in unpacked boxes. It was hard to maneuver. They had some items that I didnt find elsewhere but many items they usually carry were not in.

I went in there to get a bicycle and speaker and the bicycles were not put together right and seemed very cheaply made. They were out of the speaker that I wanted for the second week in a your so I left without buying anything. Im going to try and never return to this store.

Ive been to many Walmarts in my time this was the first one ever to ask for my receipt. Many shelves were empty but thats the managements fault. Decent experience overall.

I like that they rearrange the whole store it is amazing. The store is also clean and presentable.

Stopped into the automotive section in hopes to get a hands-free car mount, they are about $6-$15 depends on which style. I passed several employees by the case and asked for assistance, 2 told me in wasnt their department, 1 informed me it was their break and the other simply ignored me. Now, I am all for $15 an hour, but if youre not going to do the job, you certainly dont deserve it.

I detest their self checkout policy, there are no signs separating the womens clothing sections...misses, queen, junior, petites...so you wander the entire clothing section trying to find your size, then just give up like I did. Good luck finding a clerk who might actually take the time to assist you. I find myself going there less and less.

No actual check stands? One employee running the customer service desk? People just standing around, someone saying they have been here for, 4 hours!! I just need to return some things. Didnt think I would be here all day. This is terrible

Has most of the things that I look for when we go here. Really fast check-out too. Sometimes not the easiest to find things in the store, but it is a Supercenter so that probably is a factor. They should make the prices of items on the shelves more available. Many items dont show the shelf price there. But I do like that there is no tax on what you buy from this location very much. This store is pretty clean the times I have been here. The employees have been very courteous to us every time. Recommended.

Shopping with my mom was enjoyable. We had bit trouble to search for items we need to get.

The store is a complete train wreck. There was even dry dog food spilled all over the floor near the shoe department and employees just walked past it without blinking. Hazard waiting to happen!

Had to ask where lint rollers were and the employee told me right where to go. Then had issues with self checkout and that staff member, who was very busy, was very nice and helpful.

Parking lot has a lot of litter, of course visible homeless people & tents. The entrance of store did not have disinfect supplies to clean carts. The store was unorganized. Although restrooms were clean.

I really dont understand why they arent doing the majority of their remodel during the hours that they are closed. Ive been shopping here for years and years and the same loss prevention associates follow me around constantly. Its ridiculous and honestly a little creepy. Order fulfillment associates will straight up run you over with no regard for anyone else. I only shop here for the prices and the pharmacy (the majority of the pharmacy crew are great)...but, love to shop at more organized, less chaotic stores in other cities. Not my favorite Walmart, thats for sure.

I would rate -5 Stars if I could the worst place to do anything in town. Customer service closes when it wants to you get harassed leaving the store every single time for somebody to see your receipts people are not helpful at all. I could keep going but it doesnt matter anyway because nothing will ever change about it and idiots will keep shopping there.

Klamath falls Walmart is lacking customer service now that theyve transformed all check out to do it yourself. On my last visit, Several items scanned at the wrong price, I asked to attendant to have someone check the price, she said there wasnt anyone available. I had them remove the items. Pain in the butt situation and I believe and it will put people out of work. On a positive note, The young man in hardware was happy and extremely helpful.

Theres aaaalways a wait if youre returning, or trying to get help at the money center, and theyre usually pretty nice, in terms of customer service and engagement on the floor, but the electronics department could definitely use a bump up in the staffing/available assistance department. Overall, not a horrible place to shop, considering most of the rudeness is more likely to come from other shoppers, rather than the people who work there.

They are reorganizing the store...ALL AT ONCE.Barely controlled CHAOS to put it mildly.BUT...amid the chaos are some deals that are quite reasonable... its kind of like a treasure hunt.Hope your hunt goes as well as mine did!

Wal Mart Klamath Falls Sucks. Store is dirty aisles are cluttered with pallets. Shelves are poorly stocked and employees are standing around talking to each other. One arrogant employee told me to pull my mask over my nose. I was a frequent shopper of Wal mart spending $1200.00 a month. Now Bi Mart and Fred Meyer and Grocery Outlet get my business.

Visited for a simple size exchange of a belt. Stood in line for 10 minutes to get to the front of the line then was told to go exchange the belt, that was a little slow for that but that’s OK. When I got back with the new belt the line was about 15 people long with only one person working the line. Same as before. My complaint really is that there should be multiple people working the customer service line rather than just one.

Terrible store. the store should work until 8.30, we arrived at 8.24 on July 27, we only had to buy one thing and it should have taken only 1-2 minutes, but the security guard Dustin (I have a picture) would not let us in. we called the manager, the manager Paulina (I have a picture of her back)came and despite the official opening hours she did not let us in, behaved rudely, accused me of shouting, although I spoke calmly. I decided to take a picture of her and she quickly ran away. I think that she acted very ugly and the store should work exactly during the hours that are written on the store, and not those that the manager came up with.

Store smells atrocious. Lines are always very long, self check out is a better accommodation to local customers. Bathrooms are always closed and gross even after cleanings are done. What should one expect, its Walmart.

Prior to going into the store I called to get prices on tires. No one picked up the phone, I called 2 more times and those calls were not picked up. Unable to find an employee to ask about stock on hand, only one cashier at the check stands. I do not believe I will be a patron in Walmart any longer.

I was able to find most of the things I needed. Some of the staff were helpful, others werent. The thing that bothered me the most was that the sewing aisles were filled with boxes, making it practically impossible to get anything from those aisles. A lot of the shelves in the non-food section of the store were disorderly with items everywhere and many items missing. Was not impressed. Would probably not go back to the store for anything other than food in the future.

I visited this store on a Saturday afternoon. I will not return to this store. It was truly a mess! The aisles were full of freight, some of which had tipped into the narrow walkways, shelves were not stocked, there was stocking equipment in the aisles with no one attending them or even in the area, and lots of customers trying to shop. I tried to get help with a product and there was no one knowledgeable who could even point me in the correct direction. The self checkout, which appears to be mandatory now, was dirty and there were no bags available. This store is a joke and it appears that Walmart has elected to become a junky store with no regard for customers or customer service. Very sad. What happened Walmart?

Typical Walmart, clean in some areas and a mess in others. Toys section was bare and needed to be restocked. I did find 2 Funko pops I needed so that was a big plus!

The times Ive been in this store its been an absolute mess. Bare shelves, clothing every where, items on the floor and it was nearly impossible to find an employee to assist me.

Im visiting my sister and ran out to get a few items. Like always I picked up a few things extra. Went to check out and there were no cashiers at all. Ring your own, bag your own. Prices should be a lot less!!!!!

Store is not enforcing mandatory mask guidelines. I watched countless maskless people stroll in without any verification. About a quarter of shoppers had nothing on. This is dangerous.

No more live cashiers, only self checkout. I dont work for you walmart, so either offer a discount for self checkout or bring back real live checkout. If this is your future then i will shop elsewhere, especially since you didnt move cashiers to the floor, because it is still hell trying to find help.

I like how they have updated and opened all new self checkout. I am able to get and get out fast.

Walmart has gone to all self checkout. They have issues trying to correct pricing errors. You cant get down the aisles because of all the pallets in the middle.

I was in Walmart yesterday when I went to check out, the self checkout register froze. I called over an associate over. He reset it, it did it again. the register said to removed the canceled item. But there was no canceled item. Then he said in a quiet voice that they usually freeze when the register suspects the customer of theft. Then he asked if I had anything in my pockets, which of course I said No. We tried a different register, same thing. Then he said he would get some help. Same thing happened again, this guy also asked me if I had any hidden electronics. Ive never been called a thief in my 59 years of life. I do a lot of business with Walmart. I get my medications there, use online shopping for both pick up & shipping. That all comes to an end.

I have tried calling several times. Noone will answer.
