Went into the Toyota dealership at Klamath Oregon and they went above and beyond. I went in for a normal service and because I had a rattle in the front end. I was up there for work and did not have much time. They fit me in and tried to take care of everything they could in the amount of time I had. Matt snipes was the service manager and he’s a great guy. If you ever have problems or need a service stop in I’m sure they can get you fixed up. 10 out of 10 if you asked my opinion.
Thank you Daniel! MY EXPERIENCE: Driving from Bellingham, WA to Truckee, California I had four warning lights go on near Klamath Falls. It was around 9PM and I had another 6 hours to drive so I decided to stay the night in Klamath Falls and take my 2007 FJ Cruiser to Klamath Falls Toyota the next morning. At 7:50 AM I arrived at the dealership and met Daniel. He was super busy but totally polite. (There were 5 cars ahead of me already waiting for service.) He asked me to wait by my car and five minutes later came outside, looked at the warning lights, diagnosed and fixed the issue (my gas cap had not been tightened correctly) and sent me on my way. The whole visit took about 20 minutes total. This is the reason I always take my FJ to the dealership: they care more about getting me back on the road than separating me from my hard-earned cash. Recently bought a 4Runner from this dealership and the staff were great. Super friendly, easy to work with sales folks.Not so great is the fact that they don’t take any out of state financing, which means your loan options are limited and you’re unlikely to get the best rate possible. Would totally give 5/5 stars except for that.
We worked with the salesman here for months. He secured the vehicle, and communicated with us every step of the way. Very professional! Conscientious! Transaction was fairly fast and smooth. However, I was not offered a rebate or any other incentive. And, I made several requests to have a part or on my new vehicle which the salesperson forgot. So, I left without them. But overall, after talking with at least 15-20 different Toyota dealers in Northern CA... they were the kindest and most professional. It was worth the trip. We would deal with them again.
Exceptional customer service while buying out of state. Everything was handled pretty much perfectly. There were a few delays in getting the financial details secured but it wasnt a big deal in the end. David went out of his way to get me the photos/details needed to complete the purchase. My husband and I had the best experience buying a 4Runner here. Our salesman Tanner went above and beyond to help us get the deal we wanted. We were from out of the area and he was great and super helpful over the phone. Once we decided we definitely wanted the vehicle, we drove roughly 6 hours from California to get our 4Runner. From the minute we get there, Tanner made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, he made the process so easy. All of their staff was wonderful and very nice. The loan specialist was also very friendly and guided us through the process without a stress. Once we were done with all the paperwork we came out to a beautiful recently cleaned and buffed 2021 4Runner. Tanner took his time to show us all the great features it had. I bought my Audi from Klamath Falls Toyota and Tanner Krag went above and beyond through out the whole process. After I left the dealership I noticed that my coolant light came on and contacted Tanner right away. Tanner had me bring the car back and had service look over it and found out where the issue was. It wasn’t a cheap fix but Tanner made sure I was completely taken care of and made sure I didn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. He got me a rental car because the part needed to be ordered and it was a little bit of a wait. During this time Dan in service kept me updated and made sure I didn’t need anything during this wait time. The service I received from Tanner and Dan is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from a customer service stand point and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car or service on their vehicle!
Going to buy a vehicle at a dealership has always been a stressful experience, except for this time. Put in a deposit for 2021 Sienna XLE and had preapproved financing. When van arrived drove from Portland to Klamath Falls to pick up the car. Our sales person Levi and Finance person John made the purchase experience fun and fast. Few papers to sign, no long talks or waits to buy any extended warranties or accessories. Gave us a better financing option than our bank, and it took 15 minutes with sales person to sign papers and demo, about 20 minutes with finance person. Will recommend this dealership. This place made the remote/out of state buying process smooth, seamless and efficient. Not only were they able to offer the best price within a 500 mile radius of my home, they also were able to source a sought-after model & trim and had it delivered to my home for a nominal fee. Even with the delivery fee, I got a fair price on the vehicle.I cant stress enough how positive my experience was. Big thanks to Tim, Stuart, and Simon. Brought a used car from the dealership! Stewart was very helpful and explained that the car did have some issues and it’s sold as is. The wrong size tires were put on which resulted in me having to drive back 6 hours to get the proper tires mounted. It wasn’t disclosed that the engine had a blown head gasket which result in coolant loss and overheating. Which might be why the test drive wasn’t off the parking lot. The paperwork done by the service team suggest a new lock actuator because it wasn’t working (It was just unplugged) and a new window switch because it was missing (popped out and hanging behind the panel). Overall, the techs were super friendly and nice but be wary of used car purchase.

We were passing through Klamath Falls as part of a month long cross- country road trip. In our two days staying in the area we had two separate things go wrong with our Prius. I own a Toyota Prius 2002 and its been the most dependable vehicle I very own with few few mechanic issues compare to other vehicles. When the time came to fix a few issues with the Prius I turned to Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls Oregon and I found a good team and assistant manager Daniel Bridgeman who assisted me with the safety of my Prius and the best interest to the customer. Daniel is one of the best customer service members I have ever met. Daniel Bridgeman is a great employee. We were originally told that the work that would be required on our Camry would last 2 to 2 1/2 hours. This was a recall on our fuel pump problem. This work was completed in 45 minutes and we able to leave and accomplish all the other things we had to do. Thanks to Dan and his helpers, this was greatly appreciated.
Had a check engine light come on while driving called. Toyota, and Daniel Bridgeman answered the phone. I explained what was going on. He said bring your vehicle in before 5pm, and we will look at it. 6:30pm, the issue was fixed. Give that man a promotion.

There was a small hiccup with not receiving a cargo liner but Chris handled it himself and was very apologetic for the mishap. He went above and beyond and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.
This a bummer to write this but I bought a new Camry(my second Toyota from this dealership) and asked about the military discount. The sales lady said no even after I showed her my retired military ID (She said active duty only)I asked are you sure and she said nope only active duty deserve this benefit according to Toyota. I looked up the Toyota regulations a couple of days later and it said I was eligible. I would probably seek out a different Toyota dealer that has more knowledge about Toyota programs. Go over the hill is the best advice I could give you.

My salesperson was great, however I was not impressed with the finance department. After buying our car, I tried multiple times to get ahold of the finance department regarding our DMV paperwork that hadn’t been mailed and the taxes we prepaid versus what was sent to DMV on our behalf. We ended up owing DMV over $300 and almost $200 of the taxes we paid at the dealer was not sent to DMV. It’s been appx. 2 weeks and I still haven’t received an explanation or even a response. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone!

There is nothing more exciting than buying a vehicle, new or used. This process for the buyer is always a five star because we are all happy we are getting into another car, and for most part my transaction was a 5 star process at the time of purchasing. Getting the vehicle title was a nightmare, almost 4 months nightmare. The sales person was nice and followed through as needed to make the sale, but the finance department was a complete disappointment. J*** at the finance department completely misspoke the process of the vehicle title, costing me almost 4 months of time wasted driving to DMV, their only answer was putting the blame an someone else, sad excuse. A huge thank you to Simon for his quick response and help. I hope my next visit will be at full satisfaction.
*UPDATE*A co-worker of mine used to work at Lithia as a salesman. He wasnt happy with how they treated my boyfriend and I. He went in there and had them make it right. We ended up going back after he called me to let me know he made it right and had them drop the price for me. Ended up with the car I wanted at a better price. Still not a good company in the slightest. If there was a bigger and better dealership in town I would have gone there. Guess thats what Lithia Toyota gets for having an almost monopoly in Klamath. I still wish my money could have gone elsewhere._Updated 1/19/2021_*Original review*If I could leave a zero I would.Now, I get that its a dealership and they have commission on the brain, but I had to repeat what I wanted and didnt want 7 different times to 3 different people (Katie, Simon and another finance rep). They think switching salesmen around will get them what they want. I finally got up and walked out after I had 2 reps come out and try to get me to agree to something again after I had already told multiple reps that it wasnt what I was looking for or needing. They then had the audacity to call me and try to convince me to come back and buy the car anyway. Customer service is zero unless you are agreeing to things they want you to agree to.Will not be returning and I am happy to take my money elsewhere.

Paid cash for a 2016 Jeep. Came w/60 day wrnty but didnt go into affect for almost 3 wks!! Needed backup camera replaced within 2 days. Had to pay $95 (because warranty wasnt keyed in by Klamath Falls dealer) for dealer to tell me it was a faulty camera. Oh yah, I did get my $95 back BUT IT TOOK 3 MONTHS!! Buyers be careful. I will NEVER go back!!
Im giving it a 3 star only because of our experience with the first salesman. Once we asked for a second/replacement it was as good as it can get while buying a used car. The hoops the bank had us jump through were ridiculous! We were told to bring proof of income and residency and after bringing that all in it wasnt good enough for the bank so lots of crazy running around and we live out of town. I would like to thank Tony Zito for finishing the sale and treating us great.

Dont even waist your time at this dealership! I drove all the way up from Eugene to look at a vehicle. Ended up leaving without it because their lowest price on the vehicle was still too high for us. They kept on texting me trying to make a deal for me. They ended up going down on the payments by only $19 a month but since I loved the vehicle and Im getting a new job soon I decided I would purchase the vehicle only to find out I do not qualify for the loan terms theyve been asking me to agree to for a month by far!!! Such a huge waste of my time, energy, and money! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

We called ahead and spoke with David. He was so very nice on the phone. We drove 1.5 hours to meet with him. When we arrived the car we wanted to look at was ready and washed. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. We had contacted several dealerships about the same car and David was by far the nicest salesman ever. It was worth the drive. We will absolutely come back to Klamath Falls to see David! He was amazing. Everyone was so nice to work with even the financing department. Be sure to ask for David you wont be sorry.

Words cant describe the experience I had with this dealership, the salesmen dont do the negotiating, only the sales manager do, if you ask for information about payments or trade in value of your vehicle the sales reps know nothing and they have to ask the sales manager only after you have asked on 3 separate occasions. Just because the world is in a pandemic my vehicle and only my vehicle has lost value none of the vehicles on the lot have lost value, I specifically wanted a vehicle and they kept pushing me into something different, the vehicle i wanted to test drive i couldnt, they said i couldnt put miles on a vehicle with such low miles but I could test drive something similar. They kept my key to my vehicle hostage until I repeatedly asked for it back and i had already given them back the key to a vehicle they tried to put me in after I told them I didnt want the vehicle, then they ran my credit for the vehicle I didnt want after I specifically sign to run my credit for the vehicle I wanted.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We took our car in to get an oil change and despite a few people there before us, we werent waiting an awfully long time which was great. However, I almost fainted when the guy told us that the price for our oil change was $90. $90 for an oil change!! We told the guy about a coupon we saw online and he helped us get some of our money back. So while everyone there is amazing, I would definitely looks for deals before you pay and insane amount of money for something simple.

Worst dealer in town I went in to look at a truck and wanted to take it for a test drive and they told me oh you better hurry up on your test drive cause someone else was looking at it and said awesome if I like it i will put in my application and go from there. I got back from my test drive and wanted to start a application and they took down my trade stuff and my car salesman disappear for 30 minutes and came back saying the truck was just sold and before he left never put in a application for me on the truck and then he pawned me off to this other carsales man and test drive a different truck and she laughed at my vehicle cause it wasnt 4x4 which is a reason i was trading it in. So conclusion i will never go back and will not recommend to anyone in town.
Our car was towed to Klamath Falls Toyota. The attention Dan and his staff gave to us was exceptionally professional and courteous. They fixed our problem in about 20 minutes and had us on our way. We were very impressed and felt very fortunate to experience this level of service.

Katy at Klamath Falls Toyota is fantastic. We just bought a used SUV from her, sight unseen, and shipped it to our home across the country. She answered all of our questions, made sure everything was in working order, and demonstrated great communication and trustworthiness throughout the process.We found a used vehicle that had been consistently serviced on a Lithia prepaid service plan. As a result, the vehicle had all of the Toyota recommended maintenance performed every 5000 miles, but even with that track record Klamath Falls Toyota did about $2,500 worth of further preventive maintenance before listing it for sale! This dealership really goes the extra mile. I only found out about the extra work they did because I asked to see the detailed service records, but apparently they do something similar with all their used cars for sale.The vehicle arrived to us in very good condition, just as it was advertised to us in the pictures, etc. Compared to the other vehicles we thoroughly looked into before the one we bought (same make and model with similar mileage and price point), we are absolutely thrilled with the value of what we got.We only bought our vehicle sight unseen because we really felt like we could trust Katy and the team at Klamath Falls, and they didnt let us down. I cant imagine a better car purchasing experience than what they offer here.

Albert does a great job in the line shop. He is quick efficient and friendly. The lifetime oil change package saves me a ton of money. I get an oil change about once a month and it paid for its self long ago 10/10 would recommend.

Job was done when those before me were finished.My fault for not getting there quicker. He was complaining that he had to work on ANOTHER BMW. His words oh great another BMW, I didnt know we were a BMW dealership now! not impressed at all.

Bought a 2016 Highlander and after driving it a few weeks, noticed a sound when breaking hard. Took the car in and they replaced the parts that they thought was the issue, but it was still doing the same thing, so they redid the brakes and kept working on it until it was right. No more loud sound while breaking! I was impressed with their determination and commitment to fix the problem.
Great people willing to help you. Had to go there for some parts for my 4Runner. They made me feel important and they got the parts I needed. If i had questions they took the time to answer them and made sure I fully understood the answer. Fairly easy to contact by phone as well. Those working there are polite, smiling and patient.
The buying process was amazing however the dealership itself was beyond unprofessional after the purchase was made. The car that I had bought was sold as an as is car however when we took the test drive we had let the sales man know that the AC was not working, we told him that we would not be purchasing a vehicle that did not have a working AC system. We were assured that this issue would be resolved prior to us leaving. The AC still did not work and I had to come back in the next day to sign missing paperwork and let the same sales person know that the AC was not working. He told me that seeing as how it was the 4th of July the next day that he would get a hold of me on Friday to get my car in the shop. I emailed the GM stating my problem with no response, then I called the dealership on the 26th and was assured that someone would be calling me back asap, no one called me back. I then went on vacation and called when I returned almost a month later. I was told again that they would look into the problem and would be calling me back, again I never received a call back. I finally called the next day and was helped out by a sales man name Steve who quickly made me an appointment to bring my car in that day. So I took my car in Monday the 26th and waited for two hours and then was told that that they needed to locate a part for the vehicle and they would get back to me first thing in the morning. I waited tell almost 4pm for the call so I finally called them and they placed me on hold to gather some information after being on hold for 10 mins I was told that they were going to connect me with the person who worked on my car and then placed me on hold again and then hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else who assured me that they would find out what was going on and get back to me before the dealership closed and never did. I did however receive a call this morning about 10am from the sales manager who told me that he remembers the vehicle and specifically remembers telling me that he would only recharge the AC and that is it, and that it was working when I left. I assured him that the AC has never worked and that I was never told that all they would do is recharge had this been disclosed prior I would not have bought the vehicle in the first place. The sales manager then informed me that the quote for the fix was 2300 and that he would not be paying for that and that he could probably do half. He then said give me one hour and I will call you back.They never called back

By far the best car buying experience I have had. I live in Bend and had a poor customer service experience at my local Toyota dealership. I came down to Klamath and was impressed by the customer service received at this dealership, so I put in an order for a vehicle (2016 Tacoma) and when it arrived Simon drove it up to me in a snow storm! Talk about great customer service! Would recommend this dealership and talking with Simon hands down.
