To be honest, I prefer Sony over Bose when it comes to all-in-one Surround sound systems so this is a rating on the store itself.The store had a good layout and was easy to navigate, but there were some products that werent there that I wish were. But overall 5/5

If you dont mind paying retail price, and having sales people on you the moment you walk in the door - then youll love this store. But if you know what you want already, and dont need an education from a salesperson - dont bother. For me this store makes no sense other than to see the latest in Bose products in-person. If you are ready to buy, drive a few miles further into NH - to Best Buy or State Street Discount. The prices are still retail but at least you wont get whacked with the 5.5% Maine sales tax.

The quality of Bose products is second to none, and the employees are highly knowledgeable! I was helped by a guy named Isaac, and he knew everything about the products.

As others have stated, this is really not a factory outlet store. The good thing is that Bose has very high quality standards and what they make works well and sounds awesome. Nice stop while others are shopping for clothing.

Nice shop with lots of refurbished goods from Bose, with about a third of the normal price. For non-refurbished items the products hardly have any discounts

Whenever I come to USA Maine I go there the prices are unbelievable and the goods also really worth it if you need inexpensive bose equipment
