Good products, but the customer service is really lacking. No hellos or offering assistance. They seemed to cater to more of the middle aged clientele in the store, even though I’m in my 30’s- maybe they think the younger crowd won’t spend the money ? I found some good deals, (although I found the same exact items online cheaper) but decided they didn’t deserve my money. I was the one who said have a good day when I left.

This is an interesting store! Lots of high-end cosmetics, skin care, perfume, etc. all very discounted. I found a couple of gifts for my daughters at a fairly good price. There is also a highly discounted section in the back full of clearance. Im not sure how these prices compare with a retail store but I felt like I was getting a deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lots of well known makeup brands at a discount. Knowledgeable staff and an inviting display. A little confusing how you have to ask for the products you want based on the display and wish the prices were a little more clearly displayed

I agree that the workers here are incredibly rude. I shop here quite often and find them unhelpful and bothered when you ask for help. I once had one lock the door in my face five minutes before closing time. If they didn’t carry my favorite skin care products I would never step foot in the store again. I can only imagine there is no accountability by management because other people have had the same experience.
