20 minutes to get a chocolate croissant and bagel with side of cream cheese. My friend ordered after me and got her drink and hot sandwich before I did ?? I thought that they might have forgotten my order as other people after me continued to get their orders. The worker told me there were too many orders ( like all the ones for the lazy customers inthe drive through!). I kid you not, she threw both bags containing my orders across the counter at me!

Tried to use points on a cup on 04.28.21 and was told the cup was sold out and they tried to refund my points but it didnt work. Stopped in on 04.29.21 and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful, offered to let me take another cup of my choosing if I liked one OR wait and see if the one I wanted came in the shipment they were receiving in a few hours. I left him my name and number and he called me to let me know the cup I wanted was in and he would hold one for me. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. There are coffee beans all over the floor. There isn’t a designated staff at the inside register. Thus, walk-in customers waited several minutes before staff acknowledged them and took their orders. I told staff that the restroom was out of toilet paper. While he thanked me, it wasn’t replenished while I drank my coffee. My table was dirty. The sugar isn’t available for customers to grab themselves. I’ve been to 100s of Starbucks across the nation. This one was the worst I’ve visited by far.

People are always nice at this location but half the time my drink is not made correctly. Sometimes I’m in the area after a wrong order and they fix it for me other times I’m not. Just wish it was right the first time.

Line is long if going through drive through but you can always order through the app always amazing drinks and food

What a great group of people. Always smiling. Even when there are rude out of town knuckleheads cause angst amongst the other drivers sitting in the drive through line.

Love this starbucks! There’s usually a long line so I always order thru the app and it’s always, if not almost ready when I arrive. Their coffee cake and bantam bagels are amazing!Staff is always friendly and my drink tastes the same every time! (Unlike Dunkin’ donuts 😒)

Lots of choices and the pastries are terrific. Its a little pricey but I like to indulge sometimes!!!!

First barista started our order and left mid way to make coffee for someone else. Next barista took our order, handed us our coffee and when I asked for a water she spoke to me in a condescending manner and told me I could have asked for that when ordering. This was not at a busy time of day, there was only 1 customer behind us. Will never go back, this staff was terrible and rude, not what I expect when paying $13. + For two coffees.

Okay firstly I love this store, it’s one of the few Starbucks I go to. I always let the baristas pick my drink to surprise me and a lemon pound cake (or other pastries) and every time they are so sweet. And this morning they wrote “have a great day ❤️“ on my pastry bag and it honestly made my day. These baristas always have such a positive attitude and have never given me a drink that I didn’t like. I hope their managers know how amazing their staff is. I love you girls!

Ordered 2 medium Americano - 1 with room, 1 with LOTS of room. The pic is the one with LOTS of room after I had been drinking it. I dont think LOTS of room is a difficult request when youre used to making frappe latte 1/2 soy 1/2 milk drinks all day. Maybe it was TOO simple a request?

A small but quaint coffee shop. This is your stereotypical Starbucks, although this location is more suited for quick bites or on the go drinks. Unlike other locations that are better for sitting and getting some work done, there are only a few tables here so seating is limited and it fills quickly during busier times. The staff is always friendly and building kept clean. I’ve never had an issue getting my drinks served in a timely manner (typically just a minute or two, but I usually go during quieter hours).

I like a strong cup of coffee. So I like it. They also have some sandwiches etc

The lady at the register pays 0 attention to what you order.

Starbucks is newly remodeled as of July 2018. The new store is next door to the old store. It is larger with nice features and more tables. There is also a new drive-thru window and outdoor seating in front and in back of the store. Same friendly staff inside!

I was MIS-INFORMED by a barista about the “skinny chocolate”. I specifically told her that I needed SUGAR FREE. I am diabetic and could not have sugar. At all. She was too busy talking to another employee about someone thru the drive thru and apparently didn’t care to take the time to explain that the only truly sugar free syrups you have are vanilla and cinnamon dolce. Which I found out after speaking to another barista at a different location.The day I drank the “sugar free” chocolate coffee I was sick as a dog. I had no idea why. Now it makes sense. When I complained to that location I got nothing but an attitude. An employee who was working, literally said (in front of my husband, he heard her) “well I wasnt working so I know nothing of it” and walked away. SHE then proceeded to make my coffee wrong. Again. Not caring to pay attention. I feel like I can’t trust anyone to make my coffee without sugar now. That could have resulted in a serious medical issue for me. I’d like to how what will be done about it. The way I was treated when I was telling the employee about it was insane. The only reason I brought it up was because I needed her to Know how serious it was that my coffee be made without sugar/with the right syrup. She was horrible to me.

This is a review from my friend Hailey and I!Basically the people who work at the Kittery Starbucks have been rude to us on multiple occasions and have made it uncomfortable for us when they make our drinks wrong and we ask for what we paid for. One time it was so bad that we drove to the neighboring town and has them fix our drinks because we paid $6 for them, they were really nice about it though. Today they messed up our drinks again and were not nice to us when we asked them to fix it and it was uncomfortable. Don’t get us wrong there are a lot of nice people who work at the Kittery stabs too but we have had a few many bad experiences to not write a review. We hope that it isn’t as awkward next time we go and we get our moneys worth!

This is a very small Starbucks, designed more for an in and out experience versus a sit down and enjoy your coffee experience. It can get very, very crowded in here, so prepare for tight quarters during peak times. It can also get stent and grimy when the weather is bad outside. With that being said, the baristas are great, fast and funny! In addition, the drinks and food are always good.
