If you like candy, you just HAVE TO go there. It is candy heaven. There is so much candy there, my blood sugar goes up 30 points just looking at the candy they have there! Good thing for me, they do have sugar free candies as well. They have non candy items to buy as well, like t shirts, mugs, key chains and pez dispensers. GO! You wont be disappointed!

Always very clean, organized and well stocked on almost anything I am looking for in a sweet treat. Sometimes you can even score some awesome things you havent seen since you were a child!

High quality selection of new and legacy candy. Some pricey but not available elsewhere. The dark chocolate is not as dark tasting and probably is only 50% but still good. Nut mixes are fresh tasting.

This place is amazing!! The vast amount of different candy you can get is hands down the best thing ever. The greatest thing however is the wall of jelly beans that you can pick and choose and pay by the pound! Totally worth going there just for that.

I enjoy Yummies and always stop for the Salt Water Taffy and other fun & nostalgic candies.

My family loves Yummies!Customer Service: 10/10. We weren’t able to drive up to Maine, so we ordered our favorites online. I asked in the order notes if they could please send our order ASAP because we had a time constraint. I got a personal response and they mailed our order the next morning!Candy Selection: 10/10. I highly recommend the dark chocolate nonpareils, dark chocolate covered espresso beans, sour Jelly Bellies, and the red and black raspberry gummies. The pure chocolate fudge is also delicious.

Always a great place to check out. Wall to wall candies. Love that they have boys of everything to choose from along with a large selection of Sugar Free candy for those that need it. I can always find my favorites from the 90s and chocolate covered espresso beans. If you enjoy candy this place will definitely surprise you. The only part I didnt like was we bought 4 bags of assorted candies along with 2 other small items and the bill came to just over $32, which is abit pricey in my book.

3.5 Overall pretty Meh. Tons of options, but you could find 90% of it anywhere. For cheaper. And in a manageable container. Large Pez selection but again, only ones you can find anywhere. When I go to a specialty candy shop I want to be able to sample your whole selection of items, not buy a freaking pound. A few unique options, some nostalgia candy, and shelf after shelf of stacked baggies full of basic candies you can get at 7-11. Cant speak to most of the flavors or quality because I wasnt willing to buy pounds of it...

So much to choose from. Hard time making a selection.

The candies that I tried were okay, nothing special. The reason why I only give two stars is because everything is now pre-bagged, due to covid, (they claim) because of this you you must buy larger quantities. If you have an unlimited budget thats wonderful but if you dont want to spend $50 which will only get you 4-5 different types of candy youre limited to a couple of different choices. Quite frankly I dont understand, if you can handle all the pre-packaged bags why cant you handle individual packaged candy? I have been to several other candy stores that still allow you to purchase, say one box of candy cigarettes instead of putting 20 boxes into a zip lock bag, forcing you to buy the whole thing unless you want to disappoint your children. I can understand unwrapped candy like jellybeans and such, but this is in poor taste. No more penny candy almost everything is a 5 dollars and up with 8 dollars being the median.

They have just about every candy there is! Love going there...it brings back all kinds of memories of my youth.

Ive been here several times, tradition during visits. But today I introduced my family. One of the things I love, besides the nostalgia and sharing decades of candy favorites, is the stories. Literally every time I visit I overhear a mature generation telling of childhood sweets to a young child, happy memories and, dare I say, even a few wet eyes as they regale. Yummies is a treasure that is well worth the visit and will always be in our hearts, generations later, and hopefully many more to come.

I am never had a worse experience in my life, Answer the store to 2 gentlemen behind the counter asked him whether or not they were out of peeps there was an attitude even with that. I proceeded to make my selections and make my purchase. His card reader would not take a brand new car that I just used at another store. I was then told by the clerk to insert a 3 times because it wasnt reading. I just use the scene system in pad company everything at the gas station down the road. No issues with my card . And there is a balance of 63 cents. He proceeded to tell me to do it a sime because it wouldnt go through. Now keep in mind I feel a ping in my pocket alerting me that I was charged. Hi then proceeded to ask him he said no my phone pinged again. How many new security features caused by him not corre And insisting Fat I did not charge me. Hi proceeded to open much app to show him he continued doing and insulted me more I left without my purchasectly Clark show no desire to work with the customer only to defend his faulty hardware.

I give this 2 stars based on my many previous experiences and the fact that I have always found any candy I could dream of here.My last experience was anything but pleasant. I purchased 2 bags of peanut brittle at $5.99 each. I couldn’t wait to try it so I opened a bag In my car and sampled a small piece and noticed it had no peanuts in it. I looked for another piece and found several large pieces without peanuts. It seems that the peanut dispenser must have run dry in this particular batch. I went back into the store, with my receipt in hand, to exchange the bag for one with enough peanuts to call the candy PEANUT brittle not just BRITTLE. I asked the cashier for an exchange and he said he would ask the manager because I opened the bag which was fine. He returned and said he was unable to exchange them. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out he was clearly annoyed even before I spoke to him. I explained To him and showed him that the bag didn’t have enough peanuts to call it PEANUT brittle and I wanted to exchange it. I showed him several large peace’s without ANY peanuts and the few peanuts in the entire bag! He asked if I opened the bag and I said I did. He asked if I ate any and I told him I discovered the lack of nuts only after I had a small sample. He then threw the bag on the counter and yelled, “take your candy and get out”, because I had eaten some. I again explained there was no way without first examining the package or sampling a piece to know of the lack of peanuts and he yelled at me again to take my candy and leave in front of the many customers checking out as if I were a naughty child attempting to steal from him. He was young, slim, tall with dark hair. Completely humiliated by this so called manager I left and then immediately returned to get the name of the manager. The cashier refused to give it and I didn’t want another loud embarrassing response from the manager so I left. I’m so disappointed with this manager’s lack of customer service skills. I’m also disappointed that any store owner would allow this lack of basic human respect towards any customer to exist in their establishment. I don’t usually complain to a manager because I’m usually a careful shopper. This was truly eye opening experience and I will not be shopping here while visiting Maine in the future.

Old school candy. Yum! A little tight with even just a few groups inside. Arrows would be helpful to keep the flow moving forward and keep safe.

Tons (literally) of candy. Most has been repacked into 0.5 to 1 lbs bags. If you can think of it, they probably have it. Also a good selection of old school candies and candy bars, as well as fudge. Nice staff. Aisles are snug, so prepare to wait outside if busy due to covid.

I do love to go to this place especially when I have out of town guests because they love going there and its a 45 minute drive from my house but not happy about their hours they close at 6 did not know that and drove all the way down there only to find out by 6:15 they are already gone for the day so was a little upset about that. But the store itself is a gold mine, great candy especially candy from back in the day. The staff is also very friendly.
