I love cycle parts. They get my bike in great running condition and always have the bike running spot on. If I need maintenance on my cbr. From chain maintenance to changing tires and really fast oil changes. They have stickers clothes, helmets and other accessories as well just have to come see for yourself. Have been my favorite motorcycle repair shop since living in Orlando......moving and prob will never find a place this good and on point!!! Gonna miss this guys! They even helped me load her up for my big move to the west coast!!

They didn’t do a good job, kept the bike for weeks plus charged me $900 for one tire then kept moving parts around different bikes to see if they can find the right one. I’ll never ever take my bike there again. They never fixed the problem but sure charged me as if they did!

They were AWESOME!! I had a bent and stripped screw in the exhaust system and they were able to take it out in the same day for me !!A few months have passed and it’s now oct.12.2021, my Suzuki boulevard got hit and I hat to change the air filter, headlights, blinkers, and they fixed it all up. It rides better then it did.

Not too sure how to feel about this place I came into this place to get my radiator hoses changed on my motorcycle and they did an analysis on my bike call me back and told me it would be $2,000 or roundabout all I wanted was my radiator hoses fix I have an old bike and I really wasnt looking to hear that I need to have my Pistons boarded out or anything like that maybe its true maybe its not waiting for a second opinion from a different shop so I really dont know how to feel about this place

Needed tires. I bought the tires online and these guys changed them for me. Same day service. The staff was really engaging and ready to serve. Ill be back!

Was charged $150 and told my bike was perfect and good to go. Halfway home the bike shuts off on me. I bring it back to the shop and tell them what happened. They proceed to ‘check the bike out’ over 2 days. They call me to come in and tell me it’s a $900 problem without any guarantee that that’s the actual problem or that my bike would be fixed if I paid the $900. Would not recommend, would put zero stars if I could

Got my first motorcycle and heard nothing but great things. Took it in for some routine maintenance and the staff is extremely friendly. They work hard and really love their jobs. Even took the time to help teach me some new things. I highly recommend them if your looking for a motorcycle shop.

Theyre just there to get your money and move on. Spent 1800 on on a supposedly complete rebuild of my bike and they only replaced cylinder and piston didnt touch anything else water pump reeds nothing else was touched . STILL HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO RIDE IT SINCE I GOT IT BACK!Jose is the real scammer here. WATCH OUT

I followed the advice, I took my dads motorcycle to Cycle Parts and they fixed it for me. 1988 Honda Shadow, arrived in a trailer and ran back home after 4 years as in 1988. Organized and clean, deliver your motorcycle in better condition than you expect. I had no problem of any kind.

Dont go to this place they will charge you 1000s of dollars and take forever to fix you bike and guess what the bike still not gonna work properly and they will tell you that its normal

My husband gets his Honda cbr600rr worked on at this shop and they’ve been so amazing to him. They are so helpful, kind, and professional, he’s gotten brand new tires installed, flushed gas tank, fixed fuel pump, and about to get a toce exhaust system installed. After he had the fuel pump fixed and took it home the next day it broke down and the owner himself came in his own truck and pick up the bike at no charge at all, and fixed the problem (minor) at no charge. They are truly awesome!! We love in Haines city and make the drive because they are just so good. Definitely recommend!

They fixed a problem with my bike not starting correctly after a year of going to different shops. They are great and do proficient work.

This place was recommended by a friend and I wasnt desapointed. The owner and the tech were friendly and passionate, pro and with great positive energy. They performed the full service, tire change and cleaning on my Ducati with a lot of love. Also gave me some advices and answered some questions. They saw me coming with an expensive bike and an expensive car, not speaking Spanish, not knowing much about mechanic, not discussing cost...they could have inflated the bill with no problem but they did not and they earned my trust and my loyalty.

Great service! Very knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain everything to me. The price was more than 25% lower than the other shops I called. I brought it over to them, Jose the owner told me that he personally will work on my bike. He fixed the problem with the bike and went as far as giving me a discount on all parts and labor. They are very polite and eager to help you. I will continue to bring my bike there. I highly recommend cycle parts to anyone, who is looking for dependability and good mechanics.

Been there a 1 or 2 times. Was a bit surprised by the arrogance of the owner. I went for probably the last time this past week and try to get a headlight and rear light bulb for my motorcycle as he was looking at the computer for the part I needed. I asked him a couple of quick questions trying to form simple conversation. I asked him if he needed new customers. And he’s response was no is actually a bit overwhelming sometimes. I was a bit surprised by his answer. Cause who doesn’t want more customers especially if it gives you the chance to open a new shop. Like common are you serious. Then tried to charger me 15 dollars for an, H3 bulb that caused 8 dollars at Walmart and seven dollars at another near by shop. He is so content with his base foundation of customers that he is willing to treat new customers like they’re nothing.

I called the day before I went to get a new tire when I came the following day the tire was gone which was a real bummer. But they worked with my budget and got me what I needed within 20 minutes of me being there. Jose is a really great guy. This was my first visit to this shop and damn sure wont be the last.

I was not pleased with the service I received.Also, after having visited a few times I find that the manager is very pushy, constantly pressuring to have more work done. I was even pressured to having the same service I had just a couple weeks before.What shops like this dont realize is, when you push more on the customer, yes youll squeeze more $$$ out of them immediately, but lose them in the long run.This shop is just down the road from me but, I wont be returning.

Be warned. The guy running the place has a huge chip on his shoulder. always adds extra charges. I had work done and now Ill have to do the same work again at another shop because it wasnt done right. I would normally go back to the shop to have them fix it, but I am soooo over this place.

Need a custom bracket or fitting? They can do it! Took a shadow in trying to fit harley mirrors on it. They jumped on it and had them mounted within 15 minutes.

Had Jose re-route a my rear brake line, counter shaft seal, and shifter collar. Bike came back how I wanted it, not pricey either. Hopefully I will continue to bring my bike here.
