First time here taking a package. Never saw anything like it. Post office and gift shop store is huge. Great selection! Plaza also has a dollar tree and family dollar!

The absolute best place in town and to add there is a post office located inside the gift shop. Nice staff and good products

Nice quaint post office with little to no wait time, but they operate under limited capability. I came here to refuse delivery of a package and return to sender and the guy just scanned my package without thinking. It was obvious he didnt listen to what I said and was going to send it back to me so I asked where he was sending it which he then proceeded to pointe at my address. I asked if he could return it to the sender and he wanted me to write down the address (which was already on the box). I then provided a return to sender QR code which should print them a return label to scan and was told they cant scan them. I reluctantly did this since I was already here and its the closest post office to me. I ended up having to write the address which was already on the box and pay for my free return. Makes no sense- they can scan bar codes and he printed a new label after I paid, but they cant scan QR codes that print free return labels. Signs also say debit or cash only.

Ive been using the Disney store location all 2020 to deliver my packages. The rate always seem reasonable no problems. Plus Family Dollar and Dollar Tree in same plaza

Its a tourist trap! Its Disney knockoff store with a barely functioning Post Office inside. No supplies, your mail isnt secured - NOPE.

Did not know this place existed until recently! They are fast a friendly! They are even open late and on Sundays to take care of your USPS needs!

Wrong opening time. Drove more than a half hour to come here on Sunday then it was closed when arrived.

Horrible! The schedule says that they’re open until 6 and I get here at 5:54 pm to send a small envelope and the lady close the door in my face and didn’t take care of the business.Don’t trust them!

Hands down most helpful post office I’ve been to, very quick and kind. The staff was amazing and answered all my questions. I loved how they’re open later than the other post offices as well. I can definitely say they have a new loyal customer here!

Very good experience with shipping a package at this USPS location inside a gift store. The clerk, Safy, was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. They also had an inexpensive box and packing materials. Highly recommended.

Post Office located inside the Disney Gifts Store. Helpful staff. sent a package and dropped of several packages. It was great that they were open late. we dropped of the package at 8pm when all other post office was closed.

One of the best USPS service I’ve had in central Florida! The staff was efficient and attentive to detail, I was literally in and out within minutes, plus they are more than willing to help you pick out the best option for you.
