If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and a nasty attitude towards children. As soon as we entered he told me to watch to please keep an eye on my little person I laughed and said of course. Later my daughter picked up a CHILDRENS toy she wanted and he shouted at me to watch my child! Not to mention the entry for the store has childrens Disney characters on it so you would think children would be welcomed. Apparently not. Do not recommend the store

Terrible customer service. The man at the store immediately called out my son for touching one of the small Disney wood characters. He literally intimidated him and was cruel to him. He kept saying “little people don’t touch”. It’s a shame that kids should be treated that way.

Intimidating terrible customer service. Products pieces are “sensitive” break easily. I wouldn’t recommend going on with a stroller either as he will call you out and try to say you damaged an item.

This is certainly one of the most amazing displays of woodwork weve seen in a very long time.Mostly everything in the store is made by the family of the owner.
