Brought my Z1211 in for full maintenance service all filters,oil, and hydraulic swap $600 and 2 weeks later now my mower only pulls diesel from one tank and can not afford to have it gone another 2 weeks. This would be now the second bad experience. Lost my business forever. Not everywhere deserves a second chance. Cost my company more money than they have earned. Would love to find an alternative shop that will warranty their Derelict workmanship. Nothing like having to fill a tank twice for one use now super efficient now. If you want it done rite just research and do it yourself.

Great service and equipment

I tried really hard to buy from them. Never could get them to call me back. After several attempts, even to the manager JB, I got them on the phone and the price had gone up by $500. This was from Friday right before they closed till Monday morning when they first opened. No way they sold the unit I was looking at. I ended up going Clermont Mowers and Equipment and buying the a new Gravely. Saved hundreds of dollars and was treated like a customer should be. I will not be stepping foot back into this place and would recommend anyone shopping for a mower or service find somewhere that has not lost their customer service skills

Bought a new Kuboto 60 in. Zero turn first time went to change blades found out it was a poor design . The dust cover comes off the barring cover plate comes off . You have to clean the trash off the barrings put more grease back in then you have to hold the barring cover plate the dust cover a insert two washers and a bolt. Not to forget the blade all with one hand and screwing in the bolt with the other. Who ever designed the blade attachment should have to change them to .what a pain in the A__ .my experience in the store very nice good people working there lots of good products I have Kuboto tractors and they are very good products. With the exception of the zero turn.BFW

Thought for sure it would be a major repair or possibly a replacement. Only 1 rear wheel with traction and wouldnt turn to the left. Eddie provided prompt, courteous customer service and even returned my call which is unheard of today. It turned out to be just a couple of worn gears and had the mower back in 4 days for less than it would cost us to fill our car with gas. Thank you Eddie and crew. You have a customer for life.

Service department is a huge improvement from the last tractor store there and Doug is great, realizes you make money with your equipment and does anything he can to get it back to you promptly.

I bought 2 gravely zero turn Mowers.I dealt with April, who was professional and knew her product line. I walked in, talked it through,agreed on a price, paid for them and they were delivered.I am glad that i didnt go the Home depot or Tractor supply route, I got an upgraded machine with good availibility of parts. I would highly recommend 5 star tractor. solid place,good people, no hassles.My daughter and wife who got the machines absolutley love them

GOT ME OUT OF A JAM;I was finishing final grading of a road into one of my jobsites and my Kubota M6040 wouldnt shift into high range reverse. Its been a great powerhouse of a machine and this was the first issue Ive ever had with it. I had three more jobs waiting on me to get there to grade for driveways and sod, etc. I called one shop in Tampa; we cant look at it until one week. I called another shop; we cant look at it until 2 weeks. I called Five Star, talked to Pete, and told him my dilemma. Pete told me to bring it in and he will immediately look at it.Kissimmee is about an hour and a half drive from Tampa, but it was worth it. Pete and his lead mechanic looked my machine over immediately when I backed it off the trailer and told me they would get on it right away. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, Pete called Friday and said its ready. I picked it up Saturday (yes the service department even work on Saturdays) and delivered it straight to my next job.The tractor had to be disassembled into two parts at the transmission, I was expecting an invoice in the $2500 to $4000 range, given the work required to investigate and replace the part, the invoice was shockingly far less.Five Star has courteous mechanics and staff with friendly attitudes, they are very sensitive to time constraints customers have with down equipment, reasonable shop rates, just a great overall experience.This is by far the best Kubota dealer I have dealt with ever.Thanks Pete, Ill be back.
