Buyer beware!! This dealership takes wrecked, barely running cars, fills the engines with saw dust and diesel oil so that they will run smoothly just long enough to drive it off the lot, then boom! The car explodes. Sold my uncle who is a disabled veteran a car which ran for less that 100 miles before needing $7,600 in repairs. Refuses to make anything right!! Stay away from these crooks!!

Scam artists!! Stay away from this dealership!! Their cars do not run! They will sell you a car and then take no responsibility for intentionally deceiving you into thinking the car runs well. They even ripped off a disabled veteran. Pathetic!!!

I didnt find the right car for me, but the selection was good and their prices seemed to be fair. Four stars for the experience. I was treated VERY well, even though I didnt buy a car here. Very friendly, and no pressure. They showed me all the Carfax history on the car I was looking at, and they even stayed past closing time to talk to me.One star off only because the location isnt so great, but theyre definitely a bright spot in a less-than-shiny area of town.

Such a great experience and such a great place. Gina knew what I could and could not afford and did her absolute best finding me a financing company as well as working with my time constraints. Where do I start...hmmm 🤔, lets start with Mrs. Gina, this lady made me feel welcomed when I stepped foot on the dealership grounds, she never hassled me about buying a vehicle, and was forthcoming with whatever information she had available... I appreciated her and Mr. Nestor.Mr. Nestor, hes a good guy too, Because he was able to help identify where my problem was when I needed to replace a hose that wasnt a part of the dealers responsibility, showed me what I needed, took me where I needed to get it, and we got a deal.. Cant beat that. Mr. Nestor and Mrs. Gina both provided me (someone new to the city of Orlando) with resources to have other services rendered that I requested as I didnt have the connections other then Google and I thank them for that.Now, for the quality of my vehicle....ohhhhhh my my my...how they let me down...I just wanted to 😭😢. ...Justttttt kidding, no... REALLLLY, I was.They sold me an awesome SUV, somewhat clean but for the age it was in better shape then most Ive seen and drove for my purchasing price. They answered all my questions, gave me a good deal, and worked with me to pay a small remaining balance I didnt plan for. I would RETURN to them because of their loyalty honestly...
