I have to honestly say HD auto sales owner Hendrick completely changed my mind. I unfortunately had a bad experience with an employee who I thought was the owner but Hendrick’s customer service was exceptional! He turned my worst buying a vehicle experience into a great one. I’ll definitely do business with him again. He shows that he truly cares about his customer. Thank you Hendrick!

Worst place to buy a car. I started financing a car which they said was in perfect condition and never mentioned that the car was as is so no warranty nor nothing. They ended up erasing codes with the OBD reader they had when i was signing paperwork. I’ve been having a lot of problems with the car since i bought it 2 months ago. And the financing part was such a hassle with them saying the down was only this when in reality i had to give another 2 grand. Worst experience ever but now i have to pay this piece of garbage off.

Around 6 months ago, I purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz c230 from HD Car Sales. Although I fully understood that I was buying an As Is - I wasnt fully disclosed to the number of issues the car came with.I was guaranteed by both the sales representative and manager that the Engine and Transmission was going to be covered for a certain amount of time. Upon leaving the dealership, I experienced gears popping out of place while in gear and on the road. I quickly called the dealership in regards to the issue, I was called into the shop to take a look. The manager took down my information and assured that he was going to call me back to schedule a time to fix the issue. Never received a call.Since purchasing the car Ive fixed the following:Broken Engine and Transmission MountsBroken Control Arms, Bushings and related pieces.Replaced all 4 worn down tiresMalfunctioning headlights and blinkersI do not regret purchasing the car. I would just like to suggest to the seller to be more open with the buyer. And to also commit to their word.

Buyers beware of this seller he’s a liar will promise a bunch of stuff and then disappear as he did to me, won’t answer calls or text messages, also the car I bought from him had some lights on the cluster covered up with tape!

Would have given more stars. Hendrick will tell you he will do anything for you, poor follow through though.I went to see a 2006 Suburban with 148,000 miles, new tires in great working order. What he was selling, and I bought, was a 2005 with 161,000 miles, non matching used tires with 2 rear windows that didn’t work. He was asking $6500. Bought it for $5800.He replaced the 2 broken window regulators. Wouldn’t budge on the tires.A fair transaction. Now the bad. His mechanics forgot to put door lights back in when they took them out to fix windows.They didn’t register my liscense plate right and ended up where I can’t use my custom Florida plate.When I talked to Hendrick he said he’ll send the lights and go to the DMV to fix the registration error. Nothing got done.
