The store is pretty standard for Joann the reason for my 3 stars is the staff. The restroom was out of order but I saw several staff go use it. They also unabashedly blocked the isles while restocking and make no effort to move or even acknowledge customers.

I will always come to Joanns. This one in particular is great. Its never crowded, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Quick checkout and easy to read isles. Its my favorite Joann so far.

The store needs a remodel, a better layout and a good merchandiser. It has potential to be a really fresh, cool store. Some of the items are over priced, some yarn I found at Michaels for 1.99 was 3bucks here. The beads had a good price buy only because they were on sale. I guess I will only shop here when items I want are on sale.I truly wish a craft stores would stop playing games with pricing. Every single craft store raises prices so they can have sales and coupons. Why cant one of them break the trend?

I came with my mom who loves this place. It was really nice to see all the different fabric, yarn, holiday decor.

So happy to find bolts of fabric! Lots more variety than Walmart.Also, scrapbooking supplies, even with separate 12*12 paper.

This store always has big discounts, but their prices were high to begin with.

The online experience is horrible! They charge you when you first place the order then again each time the package ships so you end up paying DOUBLE and over drafting the account cause bills still need to be paid but Joanne is holding $117 of your money saying it’s normal. Do not order online unless you have the amount in the account twice cause it’ll take them a week to put it back. Customer service did nothing help so don’t waste your time calling the useless center about it

The line was very long with only 1 cashier who did not call for help. Other people walked out. They did finally have 2 more people come to help check out customers.

We headed over to this location, which is a bit far for us, but online they showed that they had some cotton fabrics left and the location close to us were pretty much cleared out.They do a good job with social distancing and kept the overall capacity low and clear markers for distance where needed. We were able to find some really cute fabrics and went to the cutting area. The line was a little backed up, which was fine, but sadly employees in the cutting area were really rude and pushy. I know its a super stressful time and they are overwhelmed with demand on fabrics for masks, but it really felt off-putting to be there buying. We are making masks for my husbands medical co-workers and our friends, so we really are trying to do something good.The cashier on the other hand was very friendly and helpful on our way out! She got us through quickly and had an upbeat smile and even worked to give us a coupon deal we didnt have on the app. Very nice!!Overall: BJust okay - the fabric cutting area was stressful, but the rest was just fine!! Cashier was very nice!

Had a 50 % off coupon which worked out good for what I was looking to purchase. Other items that were close to it were on sale but not this particular luggage type thing for crafts on wheels. Didnt have a long wait in line either.

There are a nice store, with nice discounts. For people to love crafts there its a perfect place to buy.

A little disappointed in designer quality fabric. It was also obvious they raised their prices quite a bit just to say they were 40 to 70 percent on sale. Sorry wont be making that trip to Kissimmee for a while.

Terrible customer service in the fabric area. I brought up 4 rolls to be cut of upholstery fabric not knowing that they were NOT on sale as the signage does NOT specify that marine vinyl is excluded from promotion. I kindly apologized to her because I didn’t want the items and her reaction was to slam the scanning device on top of the table. I again kindly apologized because I knew it’s frustrating to have to place them back on the rack. BUT this is her place of work, you are on the clock getting paid to SERVICE your customers. After working 12 years in retail management I have never gotten such nasty mouthing customer service in my life. I even told her I was going to speak to the manager for her nasty attitude and she didn’t care. Here’s a tip. Don’t work in retail if you can’t handle working with customers. Absolutely ridiculous this is a location I visit weekly as I am a crafter and purchase tons of fabrics, embroidery items, Cricut items and more. I will continue to use hobby lobby as they atleast know how to treat a customer that kindly apologizes for not knowing a promotion and having a question! Extremely disappointed!

So my son needed plants to make his animal cages look more real and the pet store only had hard fish tank like ones for snakes and lizards so I was like lets check out Joanns and omg my 15 year old son was like a kid in a candy shop so excited picking out all kinds of plants for his snakes and frog lol.

This is a nice store but their prices are high on many things. You wont find a good price on a sewing machine at this store. For that matter I didnt see any general use sewing machines for under $800. Most were $1200 or more.

I enjoy doing crafts. Sewing, beading, embroidery, relaxing by adult coloring, knitting. You can decorate your home with Holliday pillows,towels, boxes, artificial flowers, do scrap booking, children art projects. Theres always a sale.

Great help from staff, and checkout took the time to make sure I had what I needed to complete my project.

I always go to this one to get any crafting/art supplies I need, and they almost always have what Im looking for. Theres a robust fabric section and loads of various materials and tools. Theres always some kind of sale, too, so you can usually find a good deal on a lot of things!

The worst store Kissimmee! I ordered things online to pick it up, and in the order everything was wrong. The woman prepared the order was totally rude, the cashier was very kind. I will never return to this store again. The staff is not trained for customer service.

Odd setting while walking in. However great customer service experience from the cashiers. I also visited the fabrics section and had 3 Representative for help. The one lady I will assume she been there for some time. She was very knowledgeable however was firm or aggressive in tone. Maybe could be how she is unsure. Nonetheless the store was nice and presentable and fast check out.

Iike the store .I found what I was looking for. I have to come to florida to buy the plastic canvas kits once a year. Cause where I Iive they dont get any new ones.

You like crafts and fabric? Not into supporting religious based corporations? Then this is the place to shop. Lots of the normal craft stuff found everywhere, but a decent selection of fabrics as well. Not as much fabric as they used to stock. Yes you can go online to their website but if Im going to buy fabric sight unseen and wait for it to arrive, there are already large fabric companies that offer 10x the selection. So if you dont mind making due, Joann fabrics is a good place. Given that this location is one of 2 in the area, it gets 4 stars inside of 3.

Its been awhile since I was last here but times are changing and there is more of a need for places like this. I have been ordering online to avoid personal contact but needs made me have to go in for an item. In the end I bought several things to make the trip worthwhile. When I arrived they were fairly busy but most everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. The only thing I avoided was the fabric line as it was fairly long and just getting longer. I was easily able to get assistance with finding the things I needed and was able to get out at a good pace. The checkout line was short and well spaced. All the employees were masked and very professional.

Fairly empty fabric selection and the store seems really run down.Not enough staff to take care of the amount of customers they have in a fairly decent time frame.We ended up at the winter garden location after this one.The employees were friendly though.

Sales people were nice, no line at the cash register. The store was very clean and organized.

Great selection of fabric and paper crafts

By far the most unprofessional craft store in town. Placed an online order one week, got the confirmation that it was ready for pickup. Upon arrival I called to let them know I was there for pickup. The woman on the phone said “I know for a fact they’re not doing online orders right now”. So I asked to speak to a manager and she simply stated, “we don’t know what was said. Well, that’s why I was telling you what was said because it was unprofessional. And why would you offer pick up orders if you’re “for a fact” not doing them?! Especially odd when i got the confirmation email saying it was ready! Fast forward to today. Went to picked up another online order that I got an email was ready. I walk up to the online order table and a worker says “umm line is back there”. I told her i had an order to pick up and she just walks away. Another girl comes out and takes my name, and returns with the wrong picture frame. The same picture frame I had in my hand which I was hoping to return during the visit. I said “I’m sorry this is wrong, I don’t need two of the wrong picture frame”. I was told I would need to wait in line to have that corrected since they’re only allowing twenty people in at a time. The line was at least an hour long. So they expected me to wait in line to correct what they messed up??? No i should’ve been next in the store to fix THEIR screw up.

This is the largest JOANN Fabrics store I have ever been too. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have EVERYTHING! I come here everytime Im in Orlando. Love it!!

I found some awesome yarn in the clearance section for like 1.67 a skein. This store had a particularly good selection.

While I voted them poorly mid-pandemic shutdowns (see below), things have gotten a lot better. The staff is much nicer now, very helpful, and a lot more organized.They close the doors to let people in 45 minutes before the store closes. I thought with their second round of reduced hours they would allow customers to come inside. They let people wait in line for over an hour and then turn them away.They limit customers inside the store to 20 people, which is understandable, but the line outside the store is always an hour or longer.They have no efficient method of waiting, people wait outside in heat, rain, tornado warnings, etc. they need to come up with a better system so guests can wait in the safety of their cars.Most of the people who work here are very nice, but there is one who is constantly lying to customers about how many people are working there, acting quite rude when asked questions, etc.

They definitely stand by the Fabrics in their name with one entire side of the store dedicated to them, So there is an amazing selection. They were running a huge clearance promotion, but prices were still higher than their craft competitors. Was really surprised on some of the everyday item prices. As such if you are looking for fabric and sewing related items this is your place. For everything else save your time and money and visit one of the other big box stores.

I enjoy shopping at Joann stores because I do crafts and sewing and this is the only store where I can buy fabric.

JOANN does NOT post anywhere, storefront, google hours or Joann website, that they will STOP permitting people to enter after 6:15pm if the store is at capacity. They will turn around guests that are currently waiting in line outside as well, so be aware.Lady that approached front of store at 6:50pm asked us what we needed...we had NO IDEA the store stopped allowing people, because again, there was absolutely NO SIGNAGE. All FIVE of us felt stupid, and even more stupid after lady from Joann was EXTREMELY RUDE.We understand capacity is being limited due to the pandemic, but NO WAY should ANY company make their guests feel the way they did, especially since we ABSOLUTELY HAD NO IDEA because again, THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE.Requested to speak with Manager 2 times to let them know they should be posting that information instead of making us wait outside like dummies. Also, train their employees to be more understanding that not all of us are getting company memos like the staff.

I was in their with my husband we got what we came in for our cashier Diana she did not want to accept our 20% off coupon she acted like it was we were all a bother. A customer wanted a paper to have confirm that her order was canceled she also walked away from her i could tell she did not have the heart to deal with a crowd. Very poor is customer service. But the personal by the sewing machine she was great to help me to make sure i was getting the right sewing machine needle she also helped me to sign up in store she will b the reason i will return.

Store is clean, plenty of light, and well stocked. Team members all courteous and wearing their masks during our COVID 19 Epidemic. Store is set up with the 6 foot spacing also to help remind us of the safe distancing.

Check out is slow. cashier took 15 minutes to check out one person and then 10 minutes for the next person.

We visited to look for circuit supplies and while they had two isles dedicated to circuit the inventory was not great. The store is extremely clean and spacious. If they had what I needed they would have gotten 4 stars.

One of my top favorite stores in my area. The cashier Kathy was so helpful to me by helping me download the Joann app in order to get the coupons for percentage off on Crafting supplies. Joanns has about everything you need : fantastic prices and great customer service to boot.

The best branch of others around, its very new and modern inside. The cutting bench for fabric has a great queue system and the staff are very helpful and efficient. Really good wide range of fabrics compared to some stores.

Terrible!!! Store clearly said close at 5:00 went in at 4:20. A guy stood at the door said we’re closed. I asked him why do you have a sign on the entrance said 5:00pm. Oh we’re close at 4:15 to allow to curbside delivery only! If that’s the case put that on your window. Don’t people who drove 30min away to come at your store just to sent them away. All I can say is I’m done with this location

Bunch of lazies who don’t know how to communicate. Heads up. They don’t close at 5 like it’s posted everywhere they close at 4:15 and won’t even tell you until 4:15. I watched people who waited over 40 mins in line get turned away just because these people specifically want to go home. Must be nice, when everyone else is struggling for a job and these people don’t want to work theirs. Go to any other crafting store, they actually will stay open late just to accommodate the people in these tough times.
