The place to be for your tiles. They have everything. Even their own bathroom sinks and faucets. Amazing place.

I give it 3 stars just because of my overall experience. I went in specifically looking a certain tile flooring & the guy that addressed me was nice but he really could have gone further in depth about the process, & the financing, the install etc. Just give me the entire rundown so that I have all the ammunition to make decision down the road. I assume that this guy doesnt work on commission based on the lack of trying to make a sale. He was nice & informed me about the product but he couldve taken it way further.

***This Review is for the Cabinet Department!***I will NEVER EVER! do business with this company again. When I first purchased the cabinets, I told them that I wanted them to be all wood, including the center panel. When the cabinets arrived, they were not all wood. The center panel was compressed wood. When I spoke to the owner he said They dont come like that, I cant do anything for you This was a lie because prior to finally making a deal with this company, I spoke to several other companies that sell the same cabinets all wood. We hung up and I told the installer to take them back. The owner called me back and said lets work something out. We agreed to take off a couple hundred dollars. If it wasnt for the holidays, I would have never agreed to this....The cabinets all arrived assembled. This was very different because normally I see companies assemble the cabinets at the customers house. As the installer started to install the cabinets, I noticed a couple damages to a door. It was VERY VERY clear that the company knew about these damages because it was obvious that they added some paint or some sort of spackle to cover the damage. Now that I knew there were damages to one door, I went ahead and started inspecting the other doors and noticed other problems. I told them about it and their response was I am being very picky and Its not a big deal. They gave me attitude as if I was wrong. The damage finally got replaced but in the most unpleasant manner! Just when I thought everything was good to go, I noticed a different color finish to one of the doors and another door that when its closed, it doesnt make full contact to the box (Please look at the pictures below). The original finish to these white cabinets are a matte finish and one of the cabinets had a semi-gloss finish, very obvious that they painted it. At this point I have reached my boiling point! I called them to replace it and they did but as you may have guessed, there was a damage to that door as well. I gave up at this point, the installer was lost of words and didnt know what to do.I am writing this lengthy review because we worked so hard to finally have our dream kitchen and to see damages that were no fault of ours! is the worst. We all work hard for a better living, please take your money elsewhere, where you will be appreciated as a customer and not looked as a dollar sign. This is exactly how I felt. I dont expect everything to be perfect but I do expect for a company to make things right for their customer in a professional manner. .Note to owner: I am going to copy this review, save it and repost it if I check and see that you got the review take down just like you have down with other negative reviews.

Huge selection of floors. Most of the beautiful and elegant styles you cant find at other places. Dont buy anywhere else before visiting this place. Prices are even better than most places. Sales person was extremely helpful and actually trying to help and not only sell you.

We are all human and we all make mistakes but several mistakes were made with my order, 2 different tiles, twice, wrong item, got charged instead of reimbursed, no problem, things happen. The last and 4th mistake I called Javier to talk to him about it, he was rude and told me that I could go exchange and that I can go exchange and that he was busy with a customer and he dismissed me.

Very expensive I was better well going to Lowes. I like this And they dont even . And I want you and take it to your home you would have to get someone to pick it up. Have to spend so much money bag business

I bought tiles, floor laminates T moldings and other materials from this store to do the floor and bathrooms in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. They told me that they would gladly receive the unused materials back. All smiles up to that point.The contractor took longer than expected and when I brought the materials back they told me that the refund policy was only for 30 days.I explained that I could not bring the materials back until the contractor finished the job and that the merchandise was not a perishable item and was in perfect condition to no avail.Companies that are customer service oriented post their refund policies in large print and in a visible place. This store shows you the fine print in the receipt when you come back instead. They are all smiles before they got your money, but after you pay things change.Save yourself a big aggravation and go shop somewhere else. There are other tile stores in town that would love to have you back as a customer.On my part, I will never go back to Floor and Tiles.

Do not order cabinets with them, they have a very bad organization and you have to wait longer than expected. I made an order of my kitchen and bath cabinets, and I have been waiting to get my order, they changed the delivery times a couple of times, and I still miss one cabinet to finish my project.to summarize, Im stuck because I cannot order the granite until I finally have the last cabinet.The warehouse people are very polite and nice by the way.

Visited the kissimme store mid july for 2 projects, one to start immediately, the 2nd on sept 1st. Received estimate for both but the sales rep refused to give me a printed copy if the estimate. Odd. 1st project no issues, went ba k in sept to get the rest if the order, paid for it in full then proceeded to go pick up the items. Several items were special order & I would have to wait weeks, other major item was discontinued....poops. in the meantime I has a contractor ready to go ...horrible

My husband and I started our adventure to remodel our kitchen. We had an idea of what we wanted. So, we went out to several establishments looking for our dream kitchen. After several months we decided to sign contract with Floor & Tiles. We had the pleasure of working with Yohe, she was very knowledgeable, a great listener, always able and ready to adhere to our request, demands and needs. Yohe gave us so many great ideas on what to do or what not to do. Attempting to select style, colors and tying to see the final picture was challenging.The process, installation was right on point. Yohe always kept us up to date with delivery dates, installation dates, and was always there for any unexpected issue that arise.The quality of the cabinets and the installations was exceptional. The counter installation was done very careful, they took their time and looks stunning.I fell in love with a model sink and faucet, at the show room in Kissimmee, so decided to also order one for us and wow it looks amazing. I love it!We also decided to replace the floor and purchase it with them as well. To begin I say the excellent attention of all your staff including the manager was incredible in helping us choose the tile and wood for our house, but I want to give a special and very personal review to an excellent designer, yohe, my kitchen is not It was just spectacular but it was super functional, in my personal opinion she is the head and ingenuity of the kitchen remodeling and design department, her efficiency measuring, designing is very meticulous and at the time of installation she is present and checking measurements. Anyway. Costum kitchen always need adjustments and I do not recommend anyone else to achieve that high end kitchen. So thanks .

I went through the area and decided to stop looking for moldings and with my husband we entered and the first impression was WAOOO everything beautiful. I go closer to the counter where two very nice young ladies stare at me like and who are these I say: greetings and ask about the molding and one of them answers that they do not have it, but as cutting as I have nothing q look there. I felt so weird because the customer service was lousy. I go out and my husband says to me: Lets go because these are sour. Q bad impression. Im not coming back.

This is my second time in the store and none of the 2 occasions any employee attended me and I was like 25 minutes and everyone who entered attended. I went to change the floor of the house, remodel the bathrooms and the accent walls and several other things. Very bad customer service
