Came in the store to pick up my sons Halloween costume I ordered online. I went to the table that had a sign on it that literally says Online order and delivery order pickup area and stood there and waited... After standing there for about 30 minutes, watching the employees behind the counter stair at me while helping other people, one of them asked me if I needed something. I pointed to the sign on the table and told her I was there to pick up an order, and she pointed to the other side of the counter (which is literally aisles away from where the table was) and told me thats where I need to go for pick up orders. So I literally just stood there by that table for absolutely no reason and wasted 30 minutes of my life! I wish someone had said something to me sooner, or better yet there wasnt a pickup sign in area that wasnt for pickup! The store was a lot cleaner looking than most other Party City stores, but there were a lot of items out of stock throughout the store.

A few days before Halloween the store was filled with people looking for costumes. The cashier line was so long that it went halfway up one of the very long aisles. I almost turned around and left.Since I was shopping for a last minute birthday party, I made my way to the party aisles. They had plenty of variety and a good amount of stock. I found almost everything I wanted.Prices were reasonable for a specialized store. The line moved quickly and my cashier was efficient and friendly.Im glad I gave them a try. Id go there again.

Funny how the owner representative only responds to the 5 star reviews….THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!DO NOT EXPECT ANY or you will be disappointed. Like another recent review mentions, online and curbside order customers are ignored and their time is not respected but they sure want to charge full prices for their products. Save yourself the frustration and order everything delivered straight to you home if possible. If you can not avoid going in person, don’t say you haven’t been warned. Good luck!

This is one store I’ll never do business with again. Placed a pick up order at 5 PM, never received an email or notice until a phone call at 10:30 that night to inform me that they were out of stock of the item that I had purchased. I asked why they waited over five hours to fill my order and she told me she was busy. I asked if any of the other stores had the item and she informed me we don’t have access to that information. She put her manager on the phone who continually talked over me as I asked questions, was rude, And refused to provide any assistance other than informed me that they would be issuing a refund. Worst customer service experience, would think that they would at least call A few of the other stores to see if they had stock but they wouldn’t do it. The item I ordered was in stock when I ordered it and if it had been pulled off the shelf when I ordered it there would’ve been no issues. I understand being busy, I understand having low stock, what I don’t understand is not offering to take that extra step and help a customer out rather than be pushy, rude, and obnoxious over the phone.

They have good prices on most items. Very clean place. They employees were very helpful too. They have good holloween costumes. I would recommend it.

First, some of the reviews are borderline laughable, Angelica, this isnt Walmart. Most stores wont let you return items you did not buy if you do not have the original receipt or form of payment. Second, Jay D and anyone reading this, if youre buying latex balloons their average peak float times are 10-12 hours, other factors like heat and cold and direct sunlight can affect these times. Do NOT buy latex balloons for something more than 12 hours out. It does not matter where you get your latex balloons, they are day of items.Anyways, about this location. The front counter service area is a bit messy and they seem to be pretty busy, but this location has a lot of stuff you cant find at a local store. The staff are very friendly and did their best being attentive with the line. I did get some foil balloons which are nice bright colors and slightly better quality than the Dollar Tree versions, but some balloons arent worth the cost. Their inflatable non-float table balloons are fantastic. Nice size and fun for table decorating. Highly recommend. Overall, will be shopping here again, but will be expecting a line.

We went to pick y a few items which took less than 3 minutes to select from the shelves.There were at least 3 or 4 employees behind the counter with only one assisting with checkout and 3 looking like they did not have a clue.This was a perfect example of why there is and should be a low minimum wage.Within a few minutes I counted 13 people waiting in line to get out.I would not shop at this location unless you cant get the product elsewhere.Very good selection of Party Accessories.Also Very poor management of a retail store.

The associates are always knowledgeable of their stock. They are always pleasant and helpful. I order on line also and I receive the same prompt service. Nothing ever arrives late, or broken.

I went to Party City to purchase balloons, picked out what I needed and paid for it and was told it would be an hour wait for them to fill the balloons and arrange it, which was fine.I came back to pick up the balloons and it was ready in time. After 12hours of having the balloons at home and saw that the balloons have lost the “float”. Called the store and had to leave a message and was told someone will call me back. No one has called me back. I would drive back to the place but I live 45minutes away.I had deflated balloons for my moms birthday.For what they charge and also the extra charge for high float this was very disappointing.I ended up going to a Dollar Tree and got the balloons there and that is holding up a lot longer than Party City. Never shopping at Party City again.

This is a huge party supplies depot!It’s a nice place full of items to make your party experience a memorable one.Aisles are super wide and there’s no pressure to buy as you walk up and down each section of displays.

When I went to purchase balloons and supplies for a birthday party, 1 - The store had barely any supplies. 2 - I went to purchase balloons and they said they couldn’t fill them up until 1 hour when I went to cash out. I told the cashier I don’t live in the area and they were the nearest party city to where I live, which is a 35-40 minute drive. I don’t understand why they weren’t able to just quickly blow up these balloons they were just plain balloons. And the store had barely anyone in it.

I always have to call to speak with a manager, the employees see 5, 7 10 people in line and they dont care. I spoke to a manager and she said, there is nothing she can do, and blamed covid. If Party City headquarters and CEO do not maintain their store theybshould close them

I love going to party city for all my party & birthday needs! You can find just about anything thats related to having an event such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, baby reveals, etc. Halloween costumes are available year round! They may not have all costumes but they carry themed costumes that might be needed throughout the year. You can also find decorative candies and bowls as well as an array of balloons!! So many options are available for the balloons between themed, colored, numbers, characters, sports, literally all kinds of options! This particular store was fairly large and had large gaps between adk the isles. Due to this store being long with wider isle gaps it appears to be larger! Im guessing thats just how they made it look, dont think its larger than any other party city by sq footage. Id recommend this place for sure.

Stores a mess employees are lazy and unhelpful and their checkout takes 10x too long. You can do better, this location needs help

First, this location did not have the Mylar balloons that was in stock online. There were 2 employees filling balloons and did not know how to use the helium tank. They were popping other balloons in the process. I had to pick an alternate balloon option. I only had 2. No one else was in line at the store and the two other employees refused to blow up 2 balloons until 5:30 (an hour wait while I had a screaming toddler with me). Instead, I bought them and was told to go to Publix (a local grocery store) and pay them to blow it up. Next time, I will buy a helium tank myself next time and order them from Amazon or another store.

For a store that is all about life events, they lacked greatly in a lot of products. Not every event is about birthdays.

Lines are long and one cashier was with a customer over 25 minutes. People were just leaving the store. All I had to do is in door pick up and had to wait in the same line with everyone else.

I called and asked if they had 2 balloons. They said yes and I can come after 12. I was in no rush cause I needed them tomorrow but I wanted to pick them up early. I get there at 12:30 and Melody has an attitude and said the pick up time was 1:30 and i said okay on the phone the lady told me 12. So she tells me to get in line to get them. After waiting in the line for 30 minutes because only 2 registers were open she tells someone to tell me they can’t inflate them and I have to wait till 1:45 now. I told her to forget it. Melody was super rude and seem like she didn’t care and telling me to wait in line was pointless. I was in no rush and could have waited but the customer service was terrible.

This store is huge! Very easy to find what you are looking for. The only downside is that there aren’t enough employees. The ones at the counter are busy so there is no one on the floor to help a customer out.Besides that, it is well stocked.

So finally, decided to go to party City close to my house. All I needed was a balloon for a birthday party.Trying to walk through a huge crowd on a regular Saturday, while not stepping on the merchandise on a floor, it felt like a land mine field. If that wasnt bad, try waiting for 20 minutes in line to find out that INFLATING BALLOONS WOULD TAKE SOMEONE OVER AN HOUR LONG.Got pissed and left as soon as the cashier told me that. Heres a tip to this store: if you going to have an hour long wait for balloons to be ready for sale, POST A FREAKING SIGN, so people wont have to wait in line for 20 mins for nothing.

I am an event planner and due to the quarantine my balloon shop was closed, so I decided to use Party City. I ordered two 34inch black balloons Online to pick up in store, the transaction went smooth and the cashier was extremely nice and helpful.I spent $10 on each balloon, fair price and it included helium. I asked the young lady if they were tied properly, she said yes.I placed the balloons in my van and drove home, I grab the balloons by the string that was holding the balloons and behold it wasn’t tied properly and they both flew away, as I was still holding onto the strings.I called and no one could assist me with this matter, I definitely think they should have a better way to check if the strings are tied properly!

Bad!! Is always bad!!, The worse part is that this is the closest location. Staff is always too busy to help, always out of stock, today they were rushing to close the store and not taking care of the big line of customers waiting. In general always a bad experience.

Super slow cashiers. They didnt seem to care that the line was long. However they were pleasant.

Customer service really sucks. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I call them and they let me on hold for 1 hour. I call them again and they just didn’t answer and ended up hunging up the phone.

Horrible service. Assistant manager couldn’t help me with an exchange of merchandise. I didn’t had the receipt since my girls dad bought the merchandise. I’ve never had an issue here before! and yes exception are possible if the manager is willing too. In the past I’ve done merchandise exchange Without the receipt and now she wouldn’t help me. The nation is going thru difficult times and Party City is NOT helping their customers. Everything is about sales. Very disappointed. I didn’t even want the money back. I just wanted store credit.

Came to purchase items for an event I was going to. I bought a tutu, hair glitter, shorts and more, when at the register she told me that everything was returnable. Now came to return to the supervisor and manager telling me that they cannot return it. Don’t ever buy something here like clothing because they won’t even listen to the customer. The package was open from on of their employees but it’s my fault that it’s open. WORST PLACE for customer satisfaction, trying to offer merchandise card when it wasn’t my fault and I don’t live in the area to ever use that card. If you buy here try to remember the names of the people that helped this is all ridiculous. If I could rate zero that’s what it would be !!

But I would give 1/2 start to the Manager or supervisor that was there today ( white female, glasses, gray hair) cashier ( brian).The manager was having a small discussion with a customer and after the customer left the store she started to talk bad about the customers with other employee, so disrespectful, Im a customers too!!!!The cashier, he was looking so bad, hair and uniform . As the face of the place they left the name of party city down.

This location has unfortunately slipped down hill. Its lacking stocked shelves and counter help at check out. Most of the impulse buy stuff in the bins are empty and dirty. Not a fan.

This was my first time going to a Party City, and I am very annoyed about this unpleasant experience. I went in with my cousin on Sunday morning 9/20/20 to purchase a set of candles and asked a store associate if we could have our own balloon filled up with helium (we expected to pay for the service) for a gender reveal party happening on the same day at lunchtime. We also brought 2 packs of confetti and the babys gender result in order to fill the balloon. The store associate said that this service needed to be scheduled in advance, but we could purchase the stores balloon and they could fill up the balloon, as well as put in the confetti. We agreed and went to go choose a balloon, then waited in line for 15 minutes to pay for it, only to be told by a cashier that there is a wait time of 2 hours before they could fill up one balloon for us. The previous store associate didnt mention that there would be a wait time, hence thats why we purchased the balloon. We asked if they could make an exception since it is only one balloon, the party was starting soon and my family was anxiously waiting for us. The cashier left to talk with a lady that was in charge of the balloon service, and she came up to tell us that there would be no exception, even for one balloon. I told her about how the store associate at the balloon station didnt mention the wait time to us, but the lady was rude and insisted that the store associate did mention the wait time and that she heard it as well. I then became hesitant since I dont speak perfect English and thought that I didnt hear it, so we returned the balloon, paid for the candle set, and rushed to another place (not Party City) to fill up our own balloon that took less than 1 minute. After talking to my cousin whose English is her mother tongue and was there with me as well, we are sure that the store associate didnt mention the wait time, and the lady lied to us to cover for her colleague. The store associate is a caucasian man with medium length black hair, and the woman is caucasian with long length blonde hair.I can understand the reasoning for scheduling appointments and possibly the wait time, but I cannot accept the fact that the employee had lied to us. Even in case that we misheard the male associate, I still wonder why the store couldnt spare a minute to fill up just one balloon for us. The ladys rude attitude was also questionable since we were polite. I also filed a complaint to Party City corporate email, but you all can expected that they never got back to me. They (both the company and the store) surely dont live up to their slogan Make Any Moment Extraordinary.

This store has such a large variety of party supplies. I would suggest that if you would like to browse, go on a weekday evening. If you order balloons, order online for pickup. On the weekends, this place is MOBBED. Beautiful selection of balloons here though!

Seem to be low on inventory. I couldnt find much of what I was looking for to do a baby shower for a boy.

I give three because is closed to me and the staff was great 5* for them. The prices are outrageous not what is worth. Mostly all items get trashed. Lower income families like me cannot afford to have birthdays for our kids like others. Kids are mean sometimes, when they talk to each other about how good or better was their party.

Staff isnt very friendly. I called the day before regarding my order and the lady that answered seemed annoyed that Id called because my order was scheduled for pick up the next morning. However their email was misleading and led me to believe it would be available the same day. She told me in a not so friendly tone that my order would be ready tomorrow at 10 am. When I arrived the next morning at 10 am (my scheduled time), no one answered the phone for curbside pick up. So I went inside and noticed that they were still working on my order, although Miss Nasty Attitude told me it would be ready. No one acknowledged me although there were 3 employees behind the counter. 1 was assisting the customer ahead of me and another was working on my balloons. Even for it to be early morning, they still werent very friendly. I doubt Ill be returning any time soon. Next time Ill go to Dollar Tree for balloons.
