I needed brochures quickly, and they were fast! The price was extremely competitive and they did a great job. They found a discrepancy in the brochure (a photo was different in the sample that I left them), and they called to let me know. That is great service!

I went to this place because someone recommended me… I got some business cards done and also a logo… Can’t lie, I’m good with the cards my issue comes when I leave the store after I pay, I was suppose to received the logo on a File so I can use my advertisement or anything I wanna get some… at least that’s what they said… one whole week went by and nothing… had to call back yesterday they said again they will send them right away but now it’s Saturday and I still haven’t received anything…So when it comes to “delivery” “responsibility” it’s a no for me. Very disappointed

Im so glad I didnt drop 4k on a job with these guys after the piss-poor quality I got from just a test order of prints. Im rolling these prints to ship, the paper is heavy enough to stay rigid, and not curl, correct? Unbelievable.

Daniel, the owner, went above and beyond to help me and my company meet our deadlines.We were in town for a conference and had to print many spiral bound booklets (total of 208 booklets, all at least 100 pages per booklet) plus many many many more printouts and loose papers.Daniel and his team at Minuteman Press printed ALL of them, AND he delivered them, sometimes at 2AM at my hotel because we could not get the files to him until midnight.He was accommodating, and his business had a lot of integrity. He always delivered what he promised.I, and my team are very grateful for him and his business.

Im very agree with Victor RosarioIf there was a lower rating, I would give it too.[[[Daniel Li is a liar]]], i am the Graphic Designer Daniel Li was hired, the job i work for is need to follow customer the logo draft and used the software drew it out. Daniel Li told me is urgent job and didnt told me how much will gave me. After the first lay out i told Daniel Li about 2-3 hours i used. And Daniel Li call me and say my work every things is good and how munch is about the customer and didnt answer me how much will pay for my job.And Daniel Li ask me to send the file to him because is urgent. After 2 days i call to Daniel Li.Daniel Li just wont to give me $25.58 and i told Daniel Li thats too low and Daniel Li change for $30 or 40 and he told me he was busy. Talk to me later, but he didnt contact to me. Next day he didnt answer the call and i text to him . Daniel Li send me something he hired a new designer and steal my design and revise some font and colour and told me his new designer just used a half hour to finished, and tell me We will pay you 25 dollars. After Daniel Li blockade my contact i try to call his company and tell me he was busy just and say just 25 dollars nothing need to talk anymore and cut my call. After that he didnt pay me any money or contact to me. Hope that no one will be Daniel Li cheated again.

Complete and utter unprofessionalism. They ruined the binding of a year long project after specifically telling them and giving it to them in order. Charged double the price for half the service of nearby competitors. Turned my project into me with pages upside down all mixed. Then told me to fix it myself. No refund given. Horrible dont come here unless you like rink dinky service. BTW tried to charge me additional for plastic cover page. Ridiculous, disgusting level of incompetence. Refused to give me number to corporate.
