Stroller Rental Disney is a great company. Weve been to Disney a dozen times in the past 6 years and this was by far the best experience Ive had with a stroller rental. The double stroller we rented was like brand new. The delivery and pickup were both exactly on time. The rain cover came in handy every single day. Best of all they were $24 cheaper then the company we normally use. All in all this will be my go to company from now on!

Rented 2 double stroller from Stroller Rentals Disney for 14 days. I experienced impeccable customer service. Starting with placing my order over the phone, to the delivery driver who picked it up and delivered the two strollers. It was a great experience. They didnt require any deposits and didnt have any type of fees of any kind be it cancellation fees or change fees. The stroller was in perfect condition and the delivery driver said that they replace their stroller every few months to ensure the greatest condition strollers. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again! Great customer service!

Stroller rentals Disney had the nicest and newest stroller rentals we have ever used while visiting the theme parks. We rented a double stroller, a single stroller and an inflatable toddler bed for a week. We stayed at the Grand Floridian hotel and the delivery agent from stroller rentals Disney came right on time and delivered to us right in person. All the equipment we rented was perfectly clean and just like brand new. We were very impressed overall with the entire rental experience. We will be back in six months and will definitely call stroller rentals Disney again!

Stroller Rentals Disney delivered my rental stroller right to my Disney hotel room. They were clean cut and showed me how to fold the stroller. They even took the time to explain the damage waiver they included at no extra charge. Definitely made my trip much easier.

Stroller Rentals Disney gave me a clean double stroller rental when I was in Orlando. I call around 6pm and they had it to me the next morning and it was waiting at the bell desk with my name on it. Very smooth process. The stroller was clean and appeared very new. Compared to some others I saw around the park I was happy i went with this company.

I was glad I was able to get a jogging summit x3 stroller for my Disney vacation. It allowed me to still go on my runs with my son before we headed to the parks.The jogging stroller worked flawlessly, didnt have a scratch on it, very pleased.

My husband and I did come to Disney World prepared. We didnt want to destroy our stroller from home. Last trip we took we destroyed our double stroller and it took $500 to replace it. It is so much more convenient to rent a stroller for the week for just $65. They bring it to you when you need it, they pick it up from you when you are done with it. It comes with a rain cover that i dont even have at home and it rains like every day here in Florida especially in the summer. So for the $65 it is so worth not bring your stroller from home. My husband and i are extremely impressed with Stroller Rentals Disney. We called them on our way down to rent a stroller and explained we werent sure what time we would arrive because of traffic or pit stops and stuff like that. I couldnt give them an exact time for delivery. They were so flexible with their delivery and worked around OUR schedule. When they arrived the stroller was in meticulous shape. After seeing the ones other people had at the parks it made me appreciate this company and the service they provided!

The stroller rental was waiting for me at my hotel when I got there. My grandson was happy when he saw it after a long day of travel and I was relieved tosee it was brand new.

Both strollers we rented were brand new and the best of the best. Easy to fold and to fit in the trunk of the rental car. Easy to put on and off the Disney trams and also easy to navigate threw all the busy crowds. Nicest strollers we have every rented. Professional company delivery was on time lowest price and the price included damage insurance. They also did free delivery and pickup. Great company and a great company.

My wife Margaret insisted on getting a rental stroller at disney because she didnt want to take it on the plane. I was reluctant because I have seen the plastic rental strollers they supply at the theme parks. When we got there our rental stroller was waiting for us at the front desk. It was a city mini and was the easiest stroller I have ever used. Folds truly flat.

I was thankful Stroller Rentals Disney was able to drop off a stroller to me in such short notice! I went into the Disney park expecting to find plenty of stroller rentals available. They were all sold out, and to be frank I didnt want to put my kid in one of those hard plastic things anyway. Not to mention, they were extremely expensive compared to Stroller Rentals Disney’s $54.99 price point for a full week rental, which was a much better deal and far better equipment.

I needed a stroller rental for my son and daughter. I rented plastic ones in the park for $60 for two days, after seeing somebody with a nice stroller I asked them where they got it from and they told me to call stroller rentals disney. They showed up to my hotel with a an almost brand new rental stroller for $60 for the remainder of my vacation not just the two days. I wish I had known about this earlier and could have called them sooner and saved some money!

Reasonably priced stroller rentals. They include everything at one flat rate which is nice. No confusion or paying $10 extra for a cupholder. Crazy.

We used stroller rentals Disney to rent a single “city mini” on our Disney vacation. It cost about 55 bucks for the whole week and that price included delivery, pickup, a rain cover accessory, and an organizer with a cup holder. They delivered it in person which I like better then just leaving it behind at the hotel since I’m responsible for it until it gets returned. It was clean and in perfect condition, last time I rented one from a different company it definitely wasn’t as nice. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Rented a stroller from Stroller Rental Disney, the delivery guy was standing there waiting for me to get off the bus. Took about 5 minutes to do the paperwork and we were off to the park. Quick and easy rental process. I rented a double stroller because i didnt want to lug mine from home. Its a huge pain to haul a stroller that size and half the time it gets damaged on the trip. Very pleasant experience and the stroller was nice!

Excellent first stroller rental from stroller rental disney. it was an impressively clean and like new stroller. We experienced great customer service both over the phone and in person. They were very helpful and kind with working with our unique situation. Our son has advanced disabilities and they were able to help coach us through what we needed to do to gain access to the rides and special DAS passes so my son would be able to enjoy as many attractions as possible comfortably. I could tell that they genuinely care about their customers and their experience while visiting. I would not hesitate to rent a stroller from them again. They assembled a great team of people.

I chose to rent with Stroller Rentals Disney because they included the damage waiver free of charge. Many other companies are charging for this which i do not like. Everything should be included in the price not end up at checkout and find 10 different add ons for things like cup holders and rain covers? I was 100% satisfied with their services. The delivery was prompt and the communication was good. The stroller was nice, and the price i saw on the internet was the price i paid. Pickup was just as smooth as the delivery. The same guy met me in the same location and i gave him the stroller rental. He even worked with me for the time because i wasnt sure what time the magical express would be leaving. Great people!

Stroller Rentals Disney saved my butt when we went to the theme park. The theme park was completely sold out of rental strollers. My wife was ready to kill me. I recently rented a stroller rental from stroller rentals disney. The stroller they dropped off to me was brand new right out of the box. After a day of using it the stroller unfortunately wasnt folding properly. I could tell the stroller was brand new and had never been used so i called the stroller rentals disney and they responded quickly and offered to bring me another one right away. They dropped off another brand new one for me within a half hour and apologized for the inconvenience. They saved the day! This stroller rental company is wonderful and truly cares about the customer!

When reading all of the reviews of Stroller Rentals Disney i thought to myself there is no way a stroller rental company could have this many good reviews. It must be too good to be true. Upon calling i was greeted by a very friendly person on the other end of the phone. He was so thorough in explaining everything to me and took all of my information for my reservation. I was confused when he didnt ask for a deposit for the stroller rental. He explained that they did not take deposits and it was against their policy. The day before we arrived to the resort we got a text confirming our reservation date, time, and location. The day we arrived to the resort we got a text again confirming our delivery. When they arrived they texted us again telling us they were walking into the lobby. We met the friendly delivery driver in the lobby and he showed up with the stroller. We filled out all of the paperwork with the guy, he charged my card on the spot, and we were on our way. The stroller was well cared for and looked better then the one we had at home. The rain cover and parent console were a nice touch. One day before we were going to leave to go home they texted to confirm our pickup date and time, and again texted us the day of, and when they were arriving at the lobby. The communication with this company is incredible. I am so impressed with their customer service. I definitely saved their number to use again on our next trip. Believe the hype, this company is awesome!

I was soo relieved when stroller rentals disney came to the front door of my disney vacation rental with a brand new rental stroller. My rental stroller was clean and my child was comfortable in the disney parks all day. The seat reclined and he was able to take a nap. That was nice. 5 stars.

We received al white glove treatment at stroller rental disney. To prevent stroller theft they custom embroider all of the material areas of the stroller. They also put permanent id tags on all of the metal parts. This made me feel a lot more comfortable after hearing about all of the stroller theft that takes place in Disney. They delivered the stroller to me perfectly clean and sanitized The entire stroller rental experience with stroller rental disney was wonderful.They helped ensure our disney dream vacation was hassle free and enjoyable. I rented a pram from stroller rental disney. I ended up deciding after day one to trade it up for a double pram because the kids were continuously fighting over who would get to be pushed around. Stroller Rentals Disney was very easy to work with. They came back and exchanged it when i wanted a double, and they picked it up when we were done with it. They had the lowest price for pram rental that i could find and it came with a free rain cover and parent organizer console with a cup holder in it. I was lucky to get a brand new pram, they had just replaced their entire inventory of prams. Ill use Stroller Rental Disney again in the summer when we come back for the kids vacation. I appreciate the wonderful service and the kind and easy going staff.
