Ill be honest, I hardly ever buy anything at regular full price no matter where I go, but to chain makes that way with regular app coupons and sales.This location stood out to me as it was really clean, stocked well and staff was very friendly. Every associate I passed greeted me and asked if I needed help. The cashier chatted with me and munchkin whole I checked out as well!Overall: AGreat staff, cleanliness and well stocked shelves bring this chain location up a notch!

I was at Michaels at the Kissimmee Loop. My 13 year old daughter and I were shopping. I felt as if I was being followed around the store. Makes me wonder if they follow everybody. I asked an employee there about it. Apparently its a high theft store. I wouldnt recommend shopping there unless you like to be followed. I spent over $300 in that trip alone. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Dont order things for pick up!I ordered 6 items, i got those 6 items. Then realized I ordered the wrong size on four of the items. When i went to exchange them, i had to pay for the new items and then return the 4 wrong sized items, when they said one of the items i just picked up, was not on the Receipt! Clearly i was charged for 6 items, ao they put the WRONG item to begin with in my order bag! Sorhey said all they could do was give my a store credit gift card for that item!!! Unbelievable that i paided for this item and it was under $2.00 amd was treated liked they never seen this item!!I will NEVER ORDER OR SHOP AT MICHAELS AGAIN!!I felt like it was THEIR fault and then treated as if i stole the dang thing amd given a $2.00 store credit, told them to keep there dang store credit!Why didnt they just do a exchange is Beyond me, but againDO NOT ORDER FOR STORE PICKUP AND TRUST YPU GOT THE CURRENT ITEMS!!

Excelent place for craft and decorations stuff. Theyve always have good prices in some items. Customer service is always friendly! They also have some days for workshops, some are free and others are for a reasonable price!

I love michaels absolutely love michaels. My wallet hates them however. My wife loves making Disney ears and this is her go to place they always have what she needs. I always go browsing while she does her shopping and I always leave with things I dont need, things I didn’t think I needed and then new things to start some projects.

Big line and only 1 cashier. That cashier called someone to come help since she was so backed up. 10 minutes later a kid shows up to help her. I told the kid that she called for your help over 10 minutes ago. He replied with....Yea well I was on break.

I be back to that location 3 times to get some Vynals mounted and the price was very high.Almost $80 per sheet.I went in yesterday and got 5 mounted for under $200 .I was extremely happy

Love this particular branch of Michaels (loop). Place is clean and organized. I buy my canvas from them (theyre primed). They give discounts to teachers which is pretty helpful when youre on a limited budget. Management and staff are super helpful. They have great selections and if they dont have it - theyll check which store carries the product you are looking for.

Always a fan of this store. I get my Circuit tools and HTV Paper here. Became a member recently to start receiving rewards with them as well.

I went for some Christmas decorations, blue and silver balls and they didnt have anything but red,gold and silver. They had everything else I was looking for.

I was looking for products to make a door wreath for first time. Store was clean and well organized but I needed help. I couldnt find anyone.I found flowers, burlap, and wire for grapevine for frame. Flowers on sale for 40% off were ultimately same price as those not on sale. Frames were not clearly marked.I left store empty handed because I wasnt sure of anything. And prices seemed very high to me... one plastic flower for $10!Maybe Ill return with someone who knows about craft supplies.

The store is well organized and clean. If you look at the circulars the prices and deals match those posted with the actual items, and if youre trying to figure out whether a given coupon is better than the sale price the cashiers are more than willing to help. The one issue is that they usually only have one cashier which can cause a line to form and back up.

Melissa? Is her name, she was standing out front letting people in through the front to maintain capacity. Very rude, she was giving everyone attitude in the line even as we were quiet. Very unprofessional, the tone of voice she was speaking to everyone was awful. I don’t see how anyone that works there can listen to that and be okay with someone doing that. It’s Michaels and she’s acting like a bouncer with a lot of attitude that isn’t needed. I’m surprised no one said anything, I had to leave the line because I was so heated. I haven’t had someone talk to me like that ever

I really like this store. The staff is always helpful, and you dont have to look hard for discounts, look for the coupons online too.

I love this store....

They sent me two coupons to get 20 percent off my total purchase including sale items, but when I went to make my purchase, they said it was only on-sale items. I made my purchase but later returned it when I found it for less money elsewhere. When you use a debit card, they only give the change back in cash, rather than crediting your card. On top of that, the store was messy and understaffed.

Very well stocked for sure, however, prices are too high. If you know what you are looking for, you are better off shopping online. No pictures added here to protect the innocent, but I can tell you that what I was looking for, Michaels had it for over $30.00, and I bought it for $9.00 elsewhere.
