Nasty place. Very Dirty, the floor hasnt seen a broom, mop or vacuum in a very long time, smells like cigarette smoke. Employee was smoking right outside the door inside the company truck. The floor displays werent complete or non existing with just empty space. Not a professional looking business at all. Definitely WONT get my business.

Excellent management! Went in looking for a new dining room table and came out with a whole living room set too! All for a great price! Co workers were very helpful in aiding me in my decisions! Definitely will be coming back here more often!!!

Was getting torn rotator cuff surgery and was told I needed to sleep in a recliner. After calling, walked in and rented one from G-Rooms and these guys were incredible. Before the surgery they delivered and set up a CLEAN recliner with controls on the non-injured side. Picked it up with no fuss when I healed. No B.S. delivery or set up fees! These guys are legit and affordable.

Purchased 2 items here 1 of the items were stained and damaged on the bottom of it which was never showed to me when I purchased. I didn’t have the products more then 48 hours I called and told them I would like to return the items they said fine they will pick them up but I will not receive my $200 back even though there product was damaged. The manager even called me back after I spoke with the associate to insist on telling me he will not give my money back and even disrespected me in doing so over the phone. People are quick and happy to do the sale but won’t be as quick to do what’s right in a situation. Very disappointing situation and company. If you can drive the extra time to visit another location.

If they dont have it they will get it great customer service

They were able to satisfy my needs, also another thing that I LOVE about this location THEY WILL MATCH THE PRICE!!!! I recently purchased a 65 Samsung Curve T.V and They were able to give me a better deal then the other stores. THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE IT TO ME FOR AN EVEN BETTER PRICE!!!! I visited this store the other day. I was impressed with how nice it was. They had a large variety of living room sets, bedroom sets as well as appliances. I was looking for a new TV and found one here. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

I have worked with one person from this store who is more mature then the store owner. They left a note on my door, threatening me with the police. They were very nasty and rude to me on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend u shopping in this place. I’m looking into a lawyer for harassment. And I’m going to get in contact with your corporate office.

This place might be good to get furniture from but the delivery guys who work there dont care where they park thr van, like in a handicap spot and then dont even care when told not to do that and i got stared down like they wanted to start something

I went to Great Rooms looking for a Queen Mattress set and walked out with the queen set and a brand new washer. I was really pleased with their pricing compared to others. I would recommend this store to anyone in need. 👍

So I have gotten a bed a portable ac and a ps4 from here outta everything I have gotten here I’m still paying for the ps4 everytime I call they tell me a different price last week my bill was susposted to b 78 I just made a 50 dollar payment and they told me I still owe 40 I will never get anything here again the employees call and herras me
