Ordered Chlorox can spray for 61.00 plus dollars. The order specifically said 12 cans. These cans are wrapped as 1. I received a nice large box with 1 can of spray. I notified Amazon and my money was refunded. To Best Source Office Supply -If you cannot fulfill your orders please remove your company from Amazon. I have made them aware of your poor google reviews. To all customers BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

I ordered a bottle of red dye suede paint from Amazon which comes from this company. They sent black leather paint. Ughhhh. Amazon doesn’t have a exchange of return with these people. I googled and found their address and number. I called and had me on hold for customer service for 20mins. The call got disconnected some how and I called back and a recording came on say they are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm. I was calling them at 4:00 pm. Stay away if you see them as a seller.

Not surprised with all the bad reviews. I order some a bottle of clorox urine remover and I recieved on time but and empty bottle with a broken cap and it came in a plastic bag. Not even wraped up properly (you can put liquids in a plactic bag to get delivered i lt shouldve came in a box with bubble wraps. Def NOt Rcommend them.

Paid for $30 worth of Paint Markers, received $3 worth of Staples. When I told them, they offered me 40% off the $30 to just keep the $3 Staples. Amazon will not let me return the staples because they think they are flammable paint sticks. Called the company, was on hold for 30 min as Caller #1 until they eventually hung up. Thieves.

Wow!! Apparently Wal-Mart out sourced my order for Dial hand soap pump to you. I am going to report you for price gouging. You charged me $9.50 a piece for an item that usually sells for around a dollar. Im just as mad at Wal-Mart! You should be ashamed of yourself. And when the 2 bottles finally arrived one had broke open in the mailing bag. What a mess and a rip off. How do you get away with this? I will be reporting this to the proper authorities

I ordered some epoxy casting resin from best source office supplies via Walmart. I was appalled at the contents and the condition of the box. The bottom of the box was half gone, the edges were frayed as though it had been sitting around and moved from place to place. The part “b” of the epoxy was yellow and thin as water and looked as though it had been around for 20 years. Where is the quality control and why would they send anything like that to a customer and think it’s ok.... shame on them.... they don’t even deserve one star!!!!!

I place an order for hand sanitizer back in Feb 28. The order was supposed to be delivered Mar 11. There was no communication whatsoever about the product. The package didnt arrive and went to check my order and it was canceled. I understand the limited inventory due to the virus, but at least I would have expect some sort of notification.

Horrible. Ordered the product and the tracking shows in one state and when I called USPS they said it was some where else. They said it was stuck because of the weight?? I couldnt understand the guy. they did a claim on the lost items and we are waiting. This is the SECOND time this has happened.I would ordered elsewhere. Every time we order office furniture off Amazon we have issues. Not just this company. Look at ratings before you order. Apparently there are a lot of people who dont care about customers.

This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. I ordered an item (that had been listed as having only 9 in stock and to order soon!) twice from them thru Amazon and twice received the wrong item. When I emailed them to get help they said I needed to talk to Amazon with no further contact information. I called them and the recording said that I was calling after operating hours even though it says on their site they are open 24 hours. The recording said their operating hours were btwn 9-5 and I was calling at 9:30am. I continued to call throughout the day and NOTHING but a recording. This company is a sham. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!

0 Stars!!! I ordered a pack of 25 folders (based on their product description). I paid for 25 folders. They sent me 1 folder and refused to send me the other 24 folders. When I complained, I was told they would give me a refund if I return the (1) folder I received. Very bad business!!

Bought via online through Amazon. Returned item due to damage...corner of clipboard was dented and caused a sharp edge. I asked for a return label and sent the package back (in far less than the 30 days required). I didnt receive a full refund. I understand if I didnt care for the item or not exactly what i was looking for...but give me a friggin break!! I paid almost $200 and they reimbursed me less than $140.

I was sent wrong size product, different size from what was clearly indicated on my order I placed. their policy states not only does the customer have to pay return shipping, but their policy says Your return will be subject to a 20-35% processing fee ?!?Further investigation into this companys performance clearly shows a long standing precedence of similar mistakes with other customers.so, bottom line - theyre going to charge me over 50% of the cost of the product, to return it, because THEY sent me a different/wrong product from what was clearly indicated when I placed my order.* UPDATE: Shortly After uploading my dissapointment, this company was fairly quick in responding & corrected the situation fast, without any questions or expenses on my part, which I really appreciated!So, all said, I give this company all hi grades -EXCEPT: when I looked up their written policy on returns, their written policy on returnsNeeds serious changes to accurately reflect the excellent customer service I experienced after I read & contacted them about my order problem.I take their excellent customer service on merrit, and given the effort & quick response to correct their mistake, I will use this company again, and recommend them, until they prove other wise.****Company response & fix:They responded very quick, and didn’t keep me waiting until they received my return – no hassles or problems.Some more research of the company showed me that they appear to be a squared away company, at the core. But it became apparent that where they fall short is whatever processes they use for on-line orders, and their written policy of how they correct their order mistakes by putting the financial & shipping burden on the customer, for the company’s mistake.But my experience after I made them aware of my situation, was very impressive by their effort to correct it! And, I really appreciated it.So, bottom line: this company needs to make a serious review, and change their “ written Return policy” that is likely so old that likely most of their current employees have never read, and the older ones that were around when it was first implemented, probably don’t remember how bad it sounds to a customer trying to return a product that was a mistake on the Office Supply company’s part.Suggestion:Immediately pull the old company return policy from their web-site; and replace it with a more accurate policy that truly reflects a quality & timely action I experienced, once I notified them of their mistake.Again, I do appreciate their timely response to fix the problem. But their website needs some serious updating. And finally, something very valuable during my career in the Army Infantry – mistakes will happen. But how those mistakes, in training, are addressed, usually meant the difference between life & death in Iraq.We always did what we call a “Hot-Wash” (an after-actions review) immediately following a training exercise.In the business, it may not be ‘life or death’ for owners & employees, but is likely ‘life or death’ for the company to survive.I really hope this company will put in the necessary effort to correct it’s short-comings, because I think, at its core, it still has potential for success!-Jim Yuchuckp.s. - to google:I had attempted to post my experience of this company’s response, many months ago, on google. Ordered from them and received a notice that my order was delivered. It was not. Sent a notice three times to them that my order was not received and they did not reply. Amazon refunded me for it and on the “reason” line it said “ returned by customer”. Never received it so never returned it. I won’t be doing business with them again.

This business is a fraud. Their business model is to send you less then what you ordered, or send you an inferior product, then charge you for return mailing while only giving you a percentage of the refund, so they still wind up making money off the sale. Its petty fraud, but fraud nonetheless, and they bank on it being too insignificant for people to make a big deal about. Welcome to the new economic model.

You had better make sure you definitely, absolutely want the item you are purchasing from this company because their customer service is not good and their return policy is even worse. First of all they make you pay for return shipping and then they deduct a 20-35% processing fee. I spent $28 on the item, paid $9 for return shipping and then they refunded me $23 for returning an item that was not even opened.

Ordered a 2019 planner refill from this company through Amazon in December 2018. Product advertised on Amazon clearly said 2019. Received obsolete 2018 refill. And was instructed that I had to go through the headache of returning the obsolete calendar to get a refund. 😡
