I love that you dont have to wander all around the store to find something you need. Friendly people there to help you with whatevers going on. Patrons are greeted right away, and you dont have to feel embarrassed if you need to ask for advice

Staff was very helpful in answering my questions without judgment. As someone who is not handy, this is very welcoming and vastly different than my recent experiences at Lowes. Kirkwood Hardware is now my main hardware store

We bought a 90-year-old house and had no idea what we’d gotten ourselves into. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and have helped us problem solve our old house issues from “how do you hang pictures in plaster?” to “how do you wire a new light fixture when both wires are black??” They’ve even down-sold us to a $10 saw from a few hundred dollar electric kind my husband was looking at for a certain job. I feel so bad when their advice is worth $100, but the thing I need costs less that $3 😫...and I use a credit card. I guess this google review is the least I can do 😊

We have frequented Kirkwood Hardware for40+ years. If you want one nail or knob ORa Weber grill, you will find it here at thisfamily-owned one of a kind hardware store.Staff is very helpful, always available withanswers. (Not like the Big Box stores!)All in all, a pleasant and fun shopping experience.

Always great service and so helpful

The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledge. They are problem solvers. Does not matter if you have a newer home, or trying to repair a historic home. They always have just the part, screw, etc. you need.

This store has amazing personnel and almost everything youll need. Before you go to a big box store, do yourself a favor and stop here. Youll leave leave happy and probably save money.
