You can get a lot of things that you cannot find elsewhere here. For example, the pictured rose syrup. Also fine selection of candies like Ritter Sport. Groceries from Europe and the Middle East. India, Latin America, Southeast Asia and more. The only knock. . .its sometimes hard to find stuff because they have so much. Thankfully they have a customer service counter that has very helpful employees.

Store is amazing if youre looking for international products and groceries. True they dont have everything but its better than most places. A truly unique experience for grocery shopping. It is truly a place to find and enjoy an incredible variety of ethnic foods and produce at reasonable price. They have a very friendly and helpful staff, that has helped us figure out what to buy and prepare Pad Thai and other oriental dishes. Always look forward to shopping here.

When I first went to this store it was well stocked in South American foods. By 2020, they shifted almost all products to Goya brand. There’s no other choice pretty much. Please bring back the authentic brands that we have enjoyed for years

Really nice place, clean, well-stocked, and loads of variety. Produce was super fresh and priced better than most supermarkets.Tons of cheeses as well, and exceptionally priced!I was disappointed to see there wasn’t a huge selection of meats, however. I expected quite a bit more in that department.That said, if you’re looking for good, fresh produce, a particular spice or herb, or some packaged food from home that you just can’t find here in the States, Global Foods is probably going to have it!

I live on the other side of St Louis County from this place, but I still always go there first if theres a specialty international food I want to try out. Id rather go to a local business that order through some place like Amazon and the place is great to walk through and discover little treats to bring home! I also like how the aisles are set up with signs and flags so you know which cuisine/products you are looking at, makes finding things much easier!

I am very surprised and shocked that this store is still living in the old ancient times when everything used to close before dusk. While in this era people work 24/7, this store closes it doors at 7pm.

I absolutely loved Global Foods Market. This massive grocery store is divided by country and world region. And nothing is left out. If you want to eat your way around the world, this would be the place to start.

The best place in Missouri to look for international food, especially one from Eastern Europe, Middle East and South Asia. The variety is amazing, though some food can be found elsewhere cheaper.

Overall good selection of international foods. I find things that I cant find at other places here such as the Bulgarian feta or Tzatziki sauce brought in from Chicago. I even found orange club (like kit kats from England). Bring them back please! The best is the produce. You can find such great deals on the fresh produce. For example, I got two handfuls of dill for .99 compared to a few strands at the supermarket for $4. They are unbeatable on this front!

I went looking fora seaweed snack and to my eyes they also have everything else I love using all of the great spices and fresh produce from all around the world they make it easy to shop if you look at the sign over each isle it tells you what country the product in that isle is from the store is also very clean as well I will be back !

Good store for fresh Indian and clean vegetables. For someone interested in multi cuisine, this store is a must visit. As far as Indian groceries are concerned, there are not much brand options as the most prominent one is SWAD. Even the cost list is pricey. I would skip for groceries and instead opt for only veggies.

This place has international products you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else in such abundance. With Nations/Ethnicity organized by aisle, things are not hard to find. It is an international cornucopia! Its fun to walk through just to see it all!. Prices are reasonable, service is good. They still ask that you wear a mask. If you need specialty rice? They have items from different countries at a more reasonable price. Palm oil, garri, Egusi, among other Nigerian food item youll find for great prices.

Global Foods is a great place to spend some time on a cold and icky winter day. Or any day!Today they had some Cheese Fatayer from local Cham bakery. It looked delicious so I had to get it, and I was not disappointed! It was so good! And best of all, for me, it had very simple and natural ingredients.I love taking an hour or so wandering the aisles of #globalfoodsstl! They have so many interesting food items there - things I like and go there specifically for (Rose yogurt, Bulgarian feta, blue potatoes), things I’ve never heard of, things that I’d like to try and might “buy next time“, things that I would never in a million years put in my mouth, and so many unique produce items.Since I only get there every couple of months (I live way north of the city and they are south) it seems like there’s always something new or overlooked the last time, and it is always an adventure!

Ive been shopping here for 2 years. If you have international culinary needs for staples from pretty much every culture youve got to check this place out. Especially the produce. Especially the specialty items. Especially everything!!! BE CAREFUL THO- YOUR PHONE wont work inside!

My husband and I make the 2 hour drive here about once a month! The only place to find more exotic ingredients. We mostly come here for the Indonesian food and produce, but you can find other odds and ends here too! The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Just wish we could get even more Indonesian food!

I have been looking for Walnut oil and a sushi mat for a while. Happy to say I found both today at Global Foods Market. Surprised to find a very nice produce section. Including an impressive amount of greens that are simply not available at local chains, as of my last visit (watercress and three different greens for example). Also picked up some avocados that are much nicer then ones purchased at the big box yesterday.Really had fun exploring the international brands!

Good place to buy India and Pakistani Korean, Mediterranean Brazilian I mean really global grocery and vegetables from all over the world. They bring some special seasonal fruits, sweet, betel leaves,coconut and other puja samagri too. If you like to experiment with different cuisines you are going to love this place.

Very clean grocery store that has such a diversity of food from all over the globe. Many food items that you thought you wouldnt be able to find in the US are gathered in one place. Also some produce that you would usually find in specific ethnic grocery stores. The only disadvantage to this store is that its not really one stop shopping so you would have to still buy detergent, etc at the supermarket. Parking lot looks like out could be challenging at peak times. Really wish we had a store like this near me.

One of my friend suggested for Global food. I am delighted to visit and buy groceries from global food. Lots of Indian options at competitive price. Also, there is availablity of almost all the country foods including UK, Russian, Germany, Romania, Korea, Japan, China etc. Ample parking space. Go to place for daily shopping needs.

This is a place where one would go to get items from your home country. . Or for items that are not found in American chain stores. . That special spice... condiment.. flavoring. . That unusual vegetable or fruit. . Only issue I have that while many of the items are available. .. the freshness is not guaranteed. . Items are bought in bulk then sold off over a period.. also only when it is finished will they get new stock..So the fresh veg and fruit is not always at its peak.. I have also noticed that more and more American produced goods are filtering in.. in other words . That Russian style meat.. is actually made in USA by an Russian. .. not best or authentic. ..but near... or that Asian stuff is actually grown in USA ... but we are charged the international price...And some people will notice some of the brands there are not actually of the superior or choice grade available in that country..They say if you have a request.. they will try and get for you.. so far nothing turned up yet . Though they sell nivia products.. just not my face cream...

Great produce and meats. A little more $$ than some of the other international markets, but Global Foods carries a huge variety. Staff was friendly, store is clean and well stocked.

They have some items that are very hard to find other places, like tapioca and grape leaves, halvah. Sometimes you would expect a specialty store to have jacked up prices, but Global Foods prices are very reasonable, especially if youre trying to go gluten free. Lots of good quantities and prices of gluten free flours.

I absolutely love the selection of international foods here. The staff is very polite and hardworking. Place is usually clean except for when they are stocking, then there can be boxes everywhere. Carts are plentiful and the parking is abundant as well.

They have a unique variety of groceries from all over the world . Yogurt soda is something that I have only seen there . I have a friend from Eastern Europe that introduced me to several products they only have there many years ago . The people who work there are friendly too .

This supermarket is amazing. They literally have everything from all around the world.

It is almost like a quick trip around the world. No, just kidding, but it is very interesting to take the time to look around the whole place. You will see flags from everywhere and that means you are in the area related to that flags country. Of couse, the amount of stuff available is connected to the amount of people from that country living in St Louis. There are over 30k Indians in St Louis, so theres an entire aisle dedicated to sell indian food. You can find every rice you can and cannot imagine in this area and it is very cool. On the other hand, there is no more than 3k Brazilians, so their area is basically 2 bays in between the South American countries with very limited stuff. They have a full area, by the entrance,dedicated to chocolates and treats. It is incredible. They even have orange Kit Kat from Japan.The coffee area is also very nice, its located by the produce.I would expect a better liquor aisle from a place like this, but its fine.The business itself is not very well managed, it has a lot of room for improvement. It looks confusing and not well organized. They for sure need renovations. A better marketing staff, up to get to know and interact with the international community would be valuable too. A suggestion box would be a good start.

This is one of the best stores to go to for differnt types of food items from other countries. Their produce is always fresh and looks/tastes amazing. This is my go-to store for any food item I cant find. They have different brands for each item allowing more available options and items to try. Every time I go to this store, an employee (or more) is stocking the shelves. The prices are comparable to other stores. There is also a deli inside with friendly workers.

I highly recommend this place for exotic food. Its rare that something is out of stock. The place is also very well sorted and has kind staff.

I was in this store on 11.19.20, spend almost $400 and they forget put all MY GROCERIES IN SHOPPING CART . I SPEND 2 HOURS TO COUNT EVERYTHING. I LOST HALF DAY TO COME AND PICK UP REST OF MY GROCERIES. I CALLED NEXT MORNING AND ASK THEM WHERE IS MY REST OF MY GROCERIES, THEY SAY ITS HERE IN THE STORE, WE PUT IN A BOX . I come back next day on 11.20.20 and I FOUND BROWN BOX WAS INSIDE SHOPPING CART, BUT NOT EVERYTHING WAS IN THIS CART. WORKER SAID YOU CAN GO AND GET YOUR MISSING GROCERIES OF THE SHELFS. LATER HE TOLD ME THAT MANAGER IS NOT HERE, BUT SHE WAS IN THE STORE 10 MINUTES AGO, WHAT IS LYING. I ASK HIM TO GIVE ME SOMETHING ELSE JUST TO COVER MY TIME,GAS AND LOST HALF DAY BECUASE OF THEM. HE SAID NO !!!! I NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN AND I AM GONNA TELL TO ALL MY COMMUNITY NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE AND THEIR SERVICE . Yeah so its that time of the year to have mangos they just started to receive marathon mangos and we got a box of 12 for just under $ 15 dollars. Like how the store is setup and cater to all nationalities living in STL. Like that they have a good selection of fruit and spices. They dedicated an isle just to food of the Philippines, but only carry frozen fish. If you want to eat butter that is from Ireland and Denmark then this is your place...

I love the variety of things you can find here! It often encourages me to experiment and while not every experiment has been a success, its still fun to try new things. Prices are extremely reasonable; quite often cheaper than other area grocery stores.

A visit here takes me to another country. Or several countries! Fun, entertaining, delightful and rather low prices, it seems to me. If it sometimes takes me a little extra time to find basic everyday grocery items, Im never sorry for the overall adventure. And the staff has always been wonderfully polite.

This business is a tremendous source of ingredients for cooks, particularly of international foods. The selection is among the best in the area, the prices are good, and the workers are helpful. However, I wish that they would pick up the trash from their parking lot which is constantly littered. I feel that they have a responsibility to the community to clean up after themselves, and they are ignoring that responsibility.

What I really like is that you could find awesome food items from countries you’ve never been to! Sometimes you might find a slightly different international take on a your favorite food items!
