The store has a great atmosphere that gets you into the mood for the spooky holiday season. The staff was friendly, which made this goth kid smile through his mask. I got this really nice skull decoration and a set of pearls for my Rocky Horror outfit idea!

Google maps says the store is open. Drove a good distance and it isn’t open. Phone number won’t give you info. on whether stores are open. Wasted 40 minutes of my busy week.

Had what I wanted cant go wrong for Halloween!

Great Halloween store, was surprised they had almost nothing for adult sized people in star wars, especially with ep 9 coming out in a couple of months.. my son is 15 and was thinking jedi robes, and coming up with his own creation from there, but no robes, no anything with the exception on one cheapish looking Darth Vader, and tons for little kids, otherwise fun shop, even just to look around and have fun in

Over priced. But if you want a great costume they are the place to go.

So many options!! Halloween gets better each year. So much to choose from for little kids to adults. They range from very scary, to funny and sexy outfits. The choices are amazing.

This was THE WORST experience ever!!!! If I could give them a zero, I would; and solely because of the substandard, unbelievably inequitable, and unacceptable customer service of the manager, Dana.I bought more items than needed (i.e., smudge proof make up, hair spray, wigs, etc.) on Tuesday, 10-27-2020, as I wasnt for sure what would work best for my DIY costume. I was told that I could obtain a refund as long as I brought the receipt with me.I, literally, came in for 2 items and with the associates assistance, I walked out with 7 items. At no point was I told that I needed to return the items before a certain day.I attempted to return the 3 items that I didnt need. After waiting in line for 15-20 minutes, I was told that it was too late for both a refund and an exchange. I was directed to go to register one and talk with the manager. I waited another 5-10 minutes while the manager processed an exchange for another costumer.When it was my turn, in addition to attempting to help a customer who walked in after me, the manager grabbed my receipt out if my hand, circled the bottom of the receipt which outlined the return and exchange policy, and proceeded to tell me that there were no returns after 10/22 or exchanges after 10/28.Note: I made my purchase after 10/22 (on 10/27) and was told that I could get a refund -AND- I literally on 10/30, just watched the manager exchange another customers merchandise, two days AFTER the deadline. I might add the the other customer was of similar hue and race to the manager.Needless to say, Ill NEVER shop here again. NEVER! And Ill be sure to take my professional business elsewhere also. Terrible customer service is costly!!Dr. M

Plenty to choose from

Had a good selection of popular costumes. Polite staff. Fewer masks than ideal, so I had to head to Johnnie Brocks. This place is very convenient and Im sure great for family shopping

Overpriced and cheap looking. The place was packed and i couldnt get around easily. Costumes looked cheap and costs three times as much as it should. Even the accessories were super inflated. I know it was peak season but not a good excuse. Most of the costumes were on the trashy side toi.

Went here the day after Halloween and picked up some official minecraft foam pickaxe for 50% off the regular retail $24. Lots of fun stuff.

Its a spirit halloween. Many of the robots werent working. Got what I needed though. Tombstones and zombie arms.

I was sad how overpriced they were compared to all of the other stores. :(
