Wow. Went to this 24 hour pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions at 11 p.m. Monday, only to find it locked with the lights out. When l called the next day, l was told they had just changed hours this week to close at 10 p.m. l pointed out that there wasnt even a note on the door noting the new hours. I was told that they would get one up soon. Gee, great!
Tried to call about the Vaccine. Was told to go to the website. Tried to get a simple question answered from a HUMAN... was just repeated to go online. Clearly I have the internet, but theres several people, especially high risk individuals who dont. If youre so interested in getting everyone vaccinated, maybe actually try to act like you care. I cant believe how frustrating this process is🤣😂
I was having a Murphys Law kind of day trying to get a money order. After failing at 3 stops I called ahead to CVS and asked if they actually did money orders like their online presence stated. I was told that they did and if I came over they could issue a money order to me. So I went directly. They required my photo ID for a money order (which I thought was odd for a cash transaction) then proceeded to immediately have problems with their equipment. After standing there for several minutes I was told that their money order machine was out of paper and that they had no paper to put in it. So, even calling ahead is no guarantee of success. Very disappointing. This felt very unprofessional and unnecessary...reactive rather than proactive management. They were not too concerned about having taken me out of my way and not being able to help me as they said they would.
Unbelievably horrible customer service by Ashlyn R. the pharmacist. Not only was she rude to my doctor, my insurance company, and me, she wasted so much time with all three parties as well. I am never using this pharmacy or any other CVS brand pharmacy ever again after my ridiculous and disappointing experience with this location and Ashlyn.
Awesome connected service. My wifes prescription was called in to the Watson location but the pharmacy was closed by the time I got there. Manager there said this location could help and could pull the scrip. The pharmacist was great, he was super busy on his own for the night shift but got the prescription filled within a few minutes. Plus everyone at both locations was friendly.Terrible beer selection tho. Best they had was High Life. Need to get some Schlafly and 4Hands.
The pharmacist named Ashton or Ashland was very rude and humiliating she was making jokes about me with the other pharmacy techs right in front of the customers too.My cvs app said my prescription was ready at 4pm I sent my friend to pick up around 5:30 they made him wait for 20 mins then told him it’s not ready I called to see why the app says ready but the store says different the pharmacist name Ashton was extremely rude and immediately went into how behind she is in her workload and how busy Monday’s are and how wrong the app is, she says the faster I get off the phone with you the faster I can fill your meds she refused to let me speak to a manger and when she hung up with me she went into a tangent with her coworkers about how she “told me” and on and on and was very disparaging to me in the public- my roommate was right there hearing and watching the whole interaction...
Best pharmacists and pharmacy workers around. They are always going above and beyond and greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. I waited 10+ minutes behind one customer in the drive through. Apparently some people can be told to drive back around instead of making others wait and others are more worthy of sitting 10-15 minutes. I called and someone helped the lady move along. Then they said I don’t know who started the customer but they should have told them to pull around. Perhaps the whole staff should get on the same page.
Its a normal CVS.
Great store, great people.
Always fast friendly service! In and out no problems!
Staff is very helpful and kind. Store is new and clean and well-stocked. Pharmacy staff is nearly always very patient and helpful
The people who work here are helpful and friendly, but literally every time I go to the counter to check out theres no one there and I have to wait for someone to show up to check me out. I was there again today and ended up just loudly asking if anyone worked there. Its not the employees fault, theyre clearly trying to stock shelves and help customers. This is a cost saving measure implemented by the company. Im just not interested in a company that saves money by inconveniencing customers. Because of both my experience at this store and the installation of the turn lane that was created when this location was built, (it has made making a left onto Kirkwood road impossible and exacerbated traffic on Manchester) Im sadly headed back to Walgreens.
Took over Schnucks pharmacy and absolutely horrible service
I decided to try this pharmacy because it is near my work and the one near where I live is so bad, but I could not have expected the negligence, ineptitude, stupidity and slowness that awaited me. I will find another pharmacy now as this one is very clearly staffed by inconsiderate morons.
My daughters prescription was sent to a different CVS I went to this one by mistake and they were able to give me the prescription. The pharmacist was very helpful and creating a schedule for my daughter to take her medicine.
An ear piercing alarm greets you when walking in later in the evening, however the employees ignore you.
Cvs said they would not fill my ER script, I asked cvs to call ER, they said they would not, I asked ER about it, ER said people call them all the time I was still wearing the ER plastic wristband, near midnight Sunday, I was tired and only there because CVS was 24 hr, CVS has terrible customer service, CVS sent me on wild goose chase and made me sit, never did fill it, down the street, Walgreens filled it in 5 min, no problems
