Fills a nice gap between the hyper expensive and bargain warehouses. Wide selection of everything with the ability to customize. Very large venue that you can browse for a while easily.Only issue we had is the sell was a little hard. We said we were just here to look and get ideas, but the sales person who got us kept laying it on. She was very nice, just more involved than we wanted on this visit. We will probably be back when my wife feels less overwhelmed by her choices.

Went to Stash because we wanted service, quality and prompt delivery. We ordered couch, chair and a rug in August. Couch and chair came in October as promised but it took more than 3 and a half months to get a rug and it came damaged! We also ordered a second chair and a coffee table, chair came with the wrong legs and coffee table is nowhere to be found! Called Stash on Sunday and they promised a return phone call from the manager (Lisa), today is Tuesday and she hasn’t called us back.

Went here yesterday because they have going out of business signs up and down Manchester Road and I can see why! If you are basic and like cheap furniture, then by all means have at it. Im old fashion with a keen taste of eye catching furniture. Ill go to Atlanta, NY & Illinois for now on. Continuing doing what I know BEST!

Very friendly staff. They didn’t hover while we looked around. A staff member checked in on us every now and then and gave us useful information. They didn’t pressure us into buying anything right then. The furniture section they have is amazing. Everything feels very modern and trendy compared to other furniture stores around St. Louis. I would highly recommend anyone to go there if they were looking for any kind of home furnishing in the St. Louis area.

LOVE this furniture store! We went all over St. Louis looking for a couch and nothing compared to the inventory and personal service of Stash. Kevin helped us find the perfect couch. We were able to customize it and select our fabric. They have SO many choices for fabric. I was impressed by our furniture shopping experience at Stash Home. This is a large store with multiple showrooms, but Kevin Smith met us near the door and guided us to the perfect items. He was knowledgeable without any sense of pressure. My sense is that you would get great service whether you are looking to buy an end table or an entire house of furniture.Stash offers a nice range designs from traditional to modern. The majority of their furniture is American made.

I had shopped mattresses here previously and wanted a good pillow for sleeping. I often wake up in the middle of the night. Jennifer greeted me and helped me find just what I needed. I came in with a lot of questions and if she didn’t know the answer right away, she found it for me! Will definitely go business with her again!

Been here a few times, but purchased my first couch here last week. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff - can’t say enough great things about them, especially Jennifer! After shopping around a lot, this really is the place to go for mid-high quality furniture in St. Louis. We had a great experience at Stash over the busy holiday weekend (Thanksgiving 2019)! Lisa the design consultant helped me and my friend find completely different furniture that was perfect for our living rooms. After visiting 5+ furniture stores (and numerous online) over 2 days (and finding nothing) I was extremely pleased with the selection at Stash - I wanted a little bit of everything! Lisa went above and beyond to mention items that might be in the clearance room or to look in special order binders for what I wanted. I highly recommend Stash! Can’t wait for my special order couch and ottoman!

My fiancé and I had great experience shopping for our sectional today. We were able to customize everything shape, color, fabric, etc. We went in to the store multiple times to make sure we were certain about our purchase. The professionals at stash home never pressured us and let us shop and decide at our own pace. Austin (I believe) was able to walk us through the process and answer all of our questions with ease. We will definitely be return customers. The couch we chose is also the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on!! Can’t wait to have it in the new home.

Horrible experience!!! This is harassment. Went there yesterday for their out of business sale and within 5 mins 4 different salespeople were at me. No one left me alone. And they were competing with each other . Also their discount prices were not posted you have to go find your sale person and talk with the manager . I walked out after the 4th person came up to me. It was harassment!

Again, I love the products that I have purchased. Some of my post-sale experiences have been less than acceptable though.

I have been looking for a new sectional, and with the help of Joe White, I found the right one. I wanted quality construction that will withstand time, and he explained the different options and how they fit my needs. He also has a great eye for color and details to help me select the perfect finishes.

I bought a sectional two years ago and was very pleased with the experience at the time. I told the salesperson that while I didnt want a leather sectional, I wanted a very durable fabric as we have kids and pets. She recommended a specific brand/fabric and patiently helped us find a size and configuration we were happy with.The sectional had loose threads and began to look worn within six months - even before we gave up and allowed our dogs on it. After two years, it looks worse than a $900 sofa set I bought when I was right of college. That furniture has been through it all, is more than a decade older, and still looks newer than the sectional we purchased from Stash.A few weeks ago, my husband and I decided against replacing the sectional and to purchase replacement covers to make it last a little longer.I started calling two weeks ago and was finally able to order the replacement covers today. Not only am I spending $450 to replace covers I was assured were durable, but Ive had to make five separate phone calls (only one of which was returned) to order them.I was so pleased with the initial experience in 16 that I returned and bought a dining room set a few weeks later. Weve also been happy with the dining set. But, after the experience with the sectional, it isnt likely that I will purchase from Stash again.

Well shame on me. I never came back to update my review until now. And the reason I am now is because we just bought new bedroom furniture from here. In between the last review and today we also have purchased several other pieces so this is probably our 5th - 6th time purchasing from Stash. You could say that our house is filled with Srash furniture!!!Dan, our salesman knows our tastes and did a fabulous job, as always. We love the quality and the pricing and the personalized touch we get even from the manager. 5 stars all the way around!We havent received our furniture yet, so Ill update once we do - but we loved what we saw. We fell in love with several pieces and got a smokin deal on a couple of electrical/power recliners. We usually dont purchase the warranties but were told that since the chairs are as is... meaning floor models that the extra protection covers everything (except animal punctures) including if the motors fail, so we decided to get the extra peace of mind for 5 years. Well pick up our chairs later this week - gotta paint our family room :) then our cocktail and end tables should be in within a few weeks. Ill come back to edit my review down the road - but really happy as of now!!!!

I went into Stash to find a reasonably priced headboard for my daughter - and was so impressed with Joe White that I went back and bought furniture for three rooms in our new house. Lots of one-of-a-kind type pieces here, and Joe actually came out to help us decide what pieces to order - measuring and mapping out for me on paper what would go where. Excellent experience!

I had a wonderful shopping experience today!! I was greeted warmly by several salespeople and staff upon my arrival - they were full of genuine compliments on my attire. The sales associate who assisted me was informative without being overbearing. At the end of my purchase, 2 sales associates carried my merchandise to my car and put it in for me!! Shout out to Randall, Leslie and Precious. They were all warm, friendly and helpful. And they sent me off with anniversary cookies to boot! I will definitely return because of my experience today.

Stash, You had the chance to do this right. You missed your chance.Enjoyed the shopping experience at Stash. Everything after that has been a disaster. They took our money in early October. 8 -10 weeks they say. Call on week nine. Your order was only placed with the factory on November 6. This is only week four. No.... You took my money nine weeks ago. First it was the factory. The next phone call it was the tariffs. The next phone call is was oh we will deliver for free because of the headaches. So we are now on week FOURTEEN. That free delivery? That will be ANOTHER week and a half. Yes, well deliver it for free, but well set the date so far in the future, we know youre going to come pick it up anyway. Stash, to go above and beyond, you have to actually go above and beyond.Beware folks. They have pretty things, but when it goes badly, the customer always loses.

My wife and I bought furniture back in January of 2020. We was told it would be delivered in 8 weeks. It is now June going into May and not even an update or a courtesy call. We have made several attempts on our end to reach out via email and phone with no response.I would not recommend Stash.

On the contrary, she guided us in a pleasant way and helped us make the right choice. She is a management material!

Love the upscale, quality furniture they carry. Call me frugal but in my opinion unless there is a sale the prices are expensive. But I love nice things and will carefully bargain shop and negotiate until I can get what I want. I love the unique, ecclectic styles. I recommend having a look if you want substantial, quality furniture. But it will cost you! The sales people, well theyre sales people. Some nicer than others. But I am an informed decisive consumer who does research before making a purchase. It is a bonus if the sales person is nice and knowledgeable. Check out STASH. Great furniture store.

The Store Manager Randall and Assistant Manager, Joe were great, as well. All of them knew their product and did everything they could to earn our business. When you can leave somewhere having spent thousands of dollars and feel good about it, you know the staff did an amazing job!

Pretty much expensive IKEA furniture. Bought a sofa 3 months ago, use it for company only and it already has tears at the seams. I brought it to their attention and I just keep getting passed from one person to the next with no resolution. They are nice and helpful at the sale but need help, everyone runs. Im finding out this happens quite a bit. Do your research before shopping there.

My wife and I visited Stash for the first time and it was great. There is a lot of inventory in the store and they have a lot of really great options available. The sales team was helpful but not pushy or smothering. The prices were better than we expected to be honest (based on the quality) so that is a plus. Really nice furniture but the sales associate was annoying. He was a typical salesman and he was constantly interrupting us to talk to other employees on the walkie. At times he was trying to help several customers at once so he would just stop talking to us mid sentence to talk to another customer. Otherwise, the the store is very nice and they have a good mix of contemporary, traditional and rustic type pieces that are on trend.

Great experience so far... I haven’t picked up my item yet so my review is solely on the customer service. I’m originally from STL but live up north now. Stash has the exact gliding recliner I wanted in leather, I didn’t want to miss out on the back Friday sale so I called and they were able to honor the discount and keep the item in the warehouse until I am able to make it down next month to pick it up. Joe was my sales agent and was so helpful and nice. Thanks Joe!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I do not recommend ever buying anything from Stash Home/Ashley Furniture. The customer service is like nothing Ive ever experienced! I bought a couch in July and its been one nightmare after the next. Its now December and they just delivered me another broken couch and NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO CARE! Theyve passed me around from person to person and today they told me the best they can do is order a 3rd couch (which could take up to an additional 12 weeks) and give me 10% refund. I AM APPALLED!

Taylor was phenomenal! I will keep coming back each time to work with him. He had my mom and I dying laughing and made the experience so fun. Plus I got a beautiful couch!

Went there to purchase a chair for my mother who has back problems. There was a credit card issues. I could not purchase the chair yesterday but would be able to purchase the chair today. I wanted to know if the chair could still be able to be delivered on the on 11 /27 and they told me yes but after purchasing the chair today I was disappointed because they told me the chair could not be delivered until 11/30. I already threw my mothers chair away now she doesnt have a chair to sit in on Thanksgiving because of a lie I was told. And they didnt seem to caring either I guess as long as they made a sell.. after waiting all day today which is Saturday November 30th I still didnt receive my chair or a phone call. Now today is Sunday I havent received a call from the store about the delivery of my chair I was able to talk to her receptionist but unable to talk to a assistant manager or a manager. I was told that my chair would be delivered December 11th which is unacceptable. I want compensation or I dont want the chair anymore. I didnt want to put the one star but it wouldnt let me post my comment if I didnt

Furniture is great quality but I was surprised the service was so poor. I was so sad after spending $10,000 my first visit, then my second time in, I broused for an hour and not one person asked if I needed help. The three women at the front desk were too busy ordering lunch to even acknowledge me. I actually was searching for a large sofa for my living room as well as a dining room set, and needed assistance for different options. I ended up leaving because no one even looked at me let alone asked if I needed assistance. I don’t know if I will return but I truly love the quality of the furniture.

The employees were too engrossed with each other to assist. SO ME AND MY MONEY EXCITED THE BUILDING, NEVER TO RETURN. I was a customer of Phillips Furniture, it was so much better then.

Alex Bauer and Shane Wool were a great help in picking out my furniture. Also Jeff Will was great to work with. They were a perfect team. Will use them again for sure.

We came to Stash looking for a dining set. It was our good fortune that we met Alexander because he took us under his wing and helped us devise a great table for our unique space and purposes and then helped us coordinate a set of chairs that compliment the table. Alexander made this a simple and enjoyable experience. Without his guidance, Im sure this process could have been quite frustrating.
