The donation process is the worst I have ever seen cars backed up though the parking lot. People shopping can’t even park or get out of there parking spots because cars are blocking them. Only car at a time takes 10min a car because they sort everything before the next car can pull up. This is the stupidest system I’ve ever seen!! If they have a manager they have no idea how to operate things!!! Needs to be fired!!! A.S.A .P

Waited 30 minutes and 2 dozen cars deep to unload donations. They have you boxed in with cones and palettes. Apparently employees no longer assist with unload and instead only sort or play on their phones. We helped the nice lady in front of us. If you are at all in a hurry or need assistance with unload, find a different location to donate.

It takes the staff 10 minutes to unload a car in the donation line. The donation line is about 15 cars long, meaning youre looking at well over an hour wait just to donate. Who has got that much time to waste?Postscript: I donated the several hundred bucks worth of stuff to St. Vincent de Paul instead. In and out in 5 minutes.

Mandated mask wearing but dogs can be in there unruly and barking. Its ghetto. How do you expect ppl to take you seriously about your rules if you dont follow them yourself? I did find one thing although it wasnt where it should have been, and it was a bit on the high priced side although I dont know why it wasnt a name brand. Wont be returning to this store. 😕

My daughter had some items to donate after remodeling her home work space. We had packed for transport, a small tv that she had replaced, a small entertainment center, and a media cabinet. The set-up at Goodwill for donations was fairly quick and efficient. The items were donated with no issues and we were on our way.Goodwill earns three stars from me for delivering an as expected experience.I begin all my ratings at three stars. When Im pleasantly surprised, stars are added. If Im disappointed, stars are lost.

What a lovely goodwill!Easy to find location with a very large parking lot.Large floor plan which is nicely laid out. Lots of men and womens clothing and shoes. Jewelry selection is large as well. This location doesnt seem to get as much childrens clothing, but a lot of what I did find was of the more expensive brands, reasonably priced.I didnt get a chance to browse any of the other sections but there seemed to be a medium sized selection of furniture, and nice dishes/trinkets/etc.The staff that I had interactions with were all very friendly. Id definitely come back to this location!

We have been trying to donate a box full of useful items to this center. Tried 4 times and each time they have either said they arent taking anymore donations or closed. Mind you we have tried during their donation hours and even arrived as soon as they opened at 10AM for us to sit in a line for 15 mins after 10 and then a worker to say they dont have staff and cannot take donations. Ridiculous! She told us to try the other locations nearby and those were closed! It has never been this difficult to donate something ever. Absolutely absurd!

Theyre doing construction, so you have to enter on 100th.They had good items and the store was very clean. I was looking at barstools/counter chairs and each one was as much or MORE expensive than what the major retailers prices are! $70 for one chair?! Ill just shop on OfferUp or Facebook Marketplace for second-hand furniture.

I dont usually write reviews, but my gf worked here for almost a year and she said it was the worst experience shes had working somewhere. A lot of the people who work in the back dont do their job, people drink alcohol on the job, there is A LOT of unnecessary drama, and the prices are so high. What happened to 49 cent cups? My gf complained multiple times about the other employees to the managers and they just told her to toughen up and find some actual proof. So they wanted her to stalk her employees for them to get proof. Even though they have working cameras literally everywhere. I see why they always need employees. Please do not go here. It really is not worth your time. It is sad to see a store corrupted in Kirkland, however there are better stores to go to that treat their employees with respect and they have better prices. Like a value village or Saint Vincent DePaul.

This store discriminates against people with disabilities. I have a medical exemption and was asked to leave or I would be escorted out for wearing a facesheild?!! (They also deleted my first rating? Why?)The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation based on disability. It was intended to ensure that people living with disabilities have access to all of the same opportunities as those without disabilities.

Don’t writhe feedbacks usually, but it’s the time. Drove all the way from Renton with my brother to make an exchange, I accidentally bought the wrong hair iron yesterday. It was 5:55 PM. My brother entered, I locked the car and the door was closed to the store.Manager Jonathan was around and said that they are close and I can’t mane an exchange now, I asked him if we can have a look if the iron I need is not sold, so I will not drive the next day for nothing. Jonathan acted very aggressive and said we have to leave and come back tomorrow. I said, sure I will be back, I just want to be sure that the needed iron is still there to not drive for nothing. The guy who is manager, the same Jonathan, was so mean and aggressive, that I just scared. Did you meet people with so angry eyes close to being insane? That’s what I saw.Do you know if the goodwill check their employees for past aggressive behaviour? I would like to proceed an official complain cuz his behaviour is abnormal.

Definitely one of the more organized stores. I will stop by again soon to check the inventory of departments I browse the most which are: lighting, tools, and electronics, because only electronics had a decent enough level to shop. Clothing was abundant, and there were a statistically significant number of 20 and 30 something females clothes shopping so take that for what its worth. Furniture was also decent in that there was enough and a variety, linens too. Anyway, not transcendent and not terrible either. Thats all I got.

Just tried to donate here. The donation line of at least ten cars was not moving for at least five minutes. I got out of the car to see what was going on in the front. As I was approaching the donation site I was yelled at that there was no walkable area and I should have remained in the car (no signs telling you that). I suggested that maybe they should move a bit faster and was told that I could park my car and do their job for them. I will try to donate at a different site now but will consider just throwing away good stuff I do not need instead of coming here next time. People are giving away stuff for free and even come to you to do that. You should value that and be nice to them.

If you are trying to shop on a budget, you can check out this Goodwill store which was formerly an Albertsons store. This location usually carries both new and used items. I found some sections of the store are easier to navigate and find stuff than others. Usually, the new stuff is sold near the registers. You can find everything from knick-knacks to furniture to used electronics and of course clothing. While pricing is pretty competitive especially when compared to Value Village or other thrift shops, the quality varies greatly. The store also carries some jewelry and collectible items. There is plenty of parking.
