I ordered an edible arrangement for my friend for her birthday. She is allergic to chocolate so I picked one that does not have much. I have called for over a week now to speak to a manager to get my full refund & they have not helped me what so ever. The worse service I’ve ever received. I try calling everyday & either someone does not answer or the manager is not available. I have emailed them all of the evidence that the wrong order was delivered & still no one has reached out regarding my refund.Update: still nothing from them. & it’s been two weeks since I have ordered

Edible Arrangements is my go to for birthdays, holidays and special occasions for my friends and family who live out of state. I have used several different locations and the recipients are always amazed and excited to get this. Whether it’s the fruit boutiques or the baked goods, everything is always delicious and delivered on time. I definitely will give them 5 stars in my book!!!

Arrived late and destroyed.Update: I did as the responder suggested and emailed the given email address, including pictures, order numbers, a copy of the receipt. I have not gotten any response at all. Absolutely nothing. Im removing a star for the terrible customer service.

Edible Arrangements came thru for for my daughters 22nd Birthday. I live in L.A. and wanted to suprise her with an arrangement while she was visiting Seattle for her 22nd BDay. I contacted The Hilton in Seattle where she was staying and Tom ( hotel front desk) & I set up a suprise for when the arrangement would get delivered to the Hotel. Our plan worked and she felt very special. LIFE IS ABOUT CREATING SPECIAL MEMORABLE MOMENTS and this was one of them.

Exceeded my expectations. Ordered the ‘Father’s Day package’.They were well received. The fruit was extremely fresh and the chocolate great quality. The cheddar popcorn was a really nice addition.Service was quick and prompt and the delivery driver courteous and respectful.Will definitely be ordering from Edible Arrangements again. 10/10

Ive ordered many different types of products over the years from Edible Arrangements and they have all been excellent! Fresh fruits and desserts every time. The products always arrive on time too.

Sadly, Im terribly disappointed on the delivery. It was dropped well past 5pm and not delivered to the intended recipient. It was just dropped on the front door on a random table in the Lobby. And the box was banged up. It was embarrassing to give it to the intended recipient. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location. Instead opt for pick up, or buy somewhere else.

My best friend sent me a box of treats for Mothers day yesterday. It was my first Mothers day so she was trying to surprise me. The box did not get delivered until 10:40pm Mothers day night!! On top of that the card and flowers she ordered with them were missing. Worst part is that when I open the box the treats were a mess. Smashed together. Melted and the bag smelled like smoke. No wonder the delivery person ringed the door bell and left in a hurry. This was awful service. Now were calling the store and they keep hanging up the phone. Horrible service and shame on you for ruining my Mothers day!!

Our experience is with the Bellevue location, but the tag on our order was from this Kirkland location, so providing this same review for both.My husband ordered me a bouquet for my birthday and it was a disaster. First, the delivery never showed up during the day - my husband tried calling them to see what happened/where it was, but they were already closed. So we figured it would come the next day. But then, around 9:45pm, already in bed going to sleep, we hear a knock on the door and lo and behold it was the fruit arrangement. My birthday was on a Wednesday, and not around any major holidays, so it was not clear why it would come so late. Although frustrating, we were just happy it finally arrived.Then it got worse. First, it looked udderly horrible (see photo), fruit fell off down the sides into the plastic, and it was very wet and messy inside the packaging. Still trying to be optimistic, we went to actually try some of the fruit and it tasted bad as well, really low quality and just not good. THEN, I come across a moldy strawberry. After that, we decided to not even try and eat anymore, because who knows what else is moldy and what other fruit it might have touched.Feeling defeated, we tried giving them a call to get a refund, because it did not meet their Certified Happiness claim, and these things arent cheap. Unfortunately, we are now struggling to get a refund. They asked if we had pictures of the mold and asked it was still in tact and wanted to come pick it up?! Like what are you going to do with it/why would you want it back? To provide proof, we dug the moldy strawberry out of the garbage to snap a picture and send to them (photo below). But we have yet to hear back or receive a refund. :(We will continue reaching out to try and get our money back, but would not recommend these guys to anyone.

The Edible Arrangement Store in Kirkland is very helpful and wonderful. If the recipient isn’t there they will hold onto it until they reach them. They won’t drop the item snd walk away. The person I gave the arrangement to was very happy.

Edible always comes through for me. Whenever am sending gifts to family and friends whether is get well soon gifts or congrats on a new baby I always findwhat I need. They even have a beautiful arrangement for Ramadan and for Eid. My friend was so surprised when she got her Eid Mubarak arrangement. She was so happy and grateful for that unexpected gift of yummy arrangements. Excellent customer services and so very reliable! I wished all companies took a little lesson from edibles. I’ll surly keep using this company for as long as am living in the United States!

My daughter is always happy to receive an edible arrangement. The Kirkland location always does right by her and she lived in Seattle. Very happy with them.

I sent a holiday cookie tray to my college student. The tray was well priced, the cookies looked great and were delicious. They were taken to a Christmas gathering and enjoyed. Everyone said they were delicious and it was an easy way for a college student take something to a party that they did not have to go out and buy/make themselves. I would recommend the cheesecakes as well as the chocolate covered fruit. Fresh and yummy!

Great store! My friend received her chocolate covered strawberries and she said they were so fresh! I highly recommend them.

A friend sent me a heartfelt gift, a box of chocolate covered strawberries, to be mailed out overnight. They were made April 8, and to be delivered April 9. I received them on April 13, and in such sad condition, broken, rotten, the box oozing with fruity sticky juice, aka Smelly Smashed Strawberries. What a disappointment and bad service!

I use Edible Arrangements MANY times throughout the year. Its just such a wonderful gift to give to someone. And they are always fresh and absolutely delicious!

Absolutely horrible, flowers were delivered half of them were broken and smashed. When they packed them they set the frozen pack on top of the flower, so the chocolate was melted because because they were not kept cold. Tried to call on hold for 40 minutes had to hang up. Finally called later someone answered finally he could care less. He gave me a customer service number to call and here I am on hold again. Save yourself the headache order from somewhere else.

I am very hesitant to order from Edible Arrangements again. My last order was for a birthday, and once it got to its destination, the birthday was short of being over. The order was not delivered until 9:00 PM. The day was gone and the point of the fruit platter was mute. I dont think I will ever order again unless I go and pickup myself.

1 star because at the very least the chocolate tastes good. My best friend who lives in California wanted to send a treat for my birthday. She scheduled a delivery to me here in Olympia for July 20th. She got a notice that they were sent via FedEx so instead of being delivered the day she has scheduled, they went passed my house to Troutdale, OR. then back to Olympia and finally delivered the following day (today July 21st) they were no longer cold, flipped all over the place and because they were no longer cold or had been refrigerated as stated on the box, they had started to go bad from the humidity inside the box causing them to sweat. Thanks for literally leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered this for my friend for his birthday. The status has said “out for delivery” for over 6 hours. I’ve been trying to call the store for an update on the order but despite calling multiple times throughout the day, I’ve never been able to get through to the store. If you want to have peace of mind and trust while sending loved ones a delivery, do not use this store!

Ordering and scheduling the delivery were no problems, and it all showed up on time and with no missing items. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh as can be. My only issue was when I called the store in Kirkland to adjust something in my order, I called for 2 days, numerous times a day but never an answer. Resorted to calling corporate and had them transfer the call, the person that answered was wonderful and assisted me right away. I would buy from them again.

I love Edible Arrangements. Alan, the manager at Juanita Kirkland store is awesome. This is such a great gift idea but it has also been a mainstay during the last year. We have sent gifts to BFFs just to let them know we are thinking of them and missing them.

Living in Canada sometimes it can be hard to surprise friends living in the United States for their birthdays. Edible Arrangements helped me do that with a beautiful little gift a fruit and cookies for my friends birthday. She was thrilled and said it was delicious.

Being a prior customer, I was given a 12 piece dipped fruit for my Birthday. When I picked it up, they could have cared less that I was there. When I got home my husband & I opened the box after dinner to celebrate my Birthday only to discover the fruit were seconds! They had previously been on skewers so air had entered the fruit & they were brown inside & the banana ones were rotten inside.So disappointed in my experiences with this company. I will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend buying from them to anyone.

I ordered the St Patricks Day platter and had it delivered to my daughters house where we were visiting - it was delicious however it wasnt delivered until almost 6:30pm - at dinner time.

Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone that actually wants items delivered on an important day. Delivery driver dropped off our order for my mother in law at 11:15pm and left so the product was left out all night to be ruined. Store refused to give us a refund even though we were sent a contract stating the delivery would take place no later than 9:00pm. Tried to call 8 times before finally getting a hold of someone at the store to “help” with the situation. Their voicemail is full and calling the store just leaves you on hold for a few minutes and hangs up.

Even the packaging is First Class!

The snow closed this store for two days at Valentines. The store did not reach out to customers with orders via email to update the status of their delivery. I spoke to them today and said I would have like to have been informed. The very terse person who took my call said that they could not EMAIL ME BECAUSE THE STORE WAS CLOSED. I reminded the employee that email can be accessed remotely to inform customers that their would be a two day delay. He said, “you don’t know how our business operates” and hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN. Note: you might consider some employee training in customer training.

Do not use this location. I tried to order delivery, on Friday for delivery Saturday so I could get it before mothers day Sunday. The driver delivered it to the wrong place, after 4 attempts at calling the store and getting hung up on and leaving a message the store manager Allen finally got back to me on Tuesday. All he offered was to redeliver with refund of delivery charge or a full refund. This was a gift both my mom and wife were looking forward yo. I have been back and forth with customer service and no resloution to actually take care of the customer or for thw inconvenience. The store manager didnt even apologize and basically called me a liar cause he kept repeating it eas delivered.A week later the comment below popped up and asked me to reach out to a customer service number Ive called 4 times and never got a call back with. Sent an e mail doubt anything actually happens though, will edit if it does.

Waited all day, said was out for delivery at 2 Pm the 9th and still says out for delivery at 9:30 am the 10th. Cant get ahold of anyone, this store keeps hanging up on me while I’m on hold. I want a refund since I’m clearly not getting what I paid for but you cant contact anyone in customer service- very unprofessional.

I made an order last week. I put it two days in advance of pick up date. One of the items was an assorted box of cookies. When I picked it up it only had chocolate and sugar flavors. I went back and told them its the wrong order, they said thats all they have right now. I showed my disappointment and they gave me a mini cheesecake to make up for it. I think if you cannot provide something you should contact the customer and let them know to see if they would like to change their order instead of forcing what you have available on the customer.
