My parents and I came in the first week in October 2021 to buy a car. Crystal was our salesperson and she was so great, very down to Earth, helpful and really nice. We then finished our purchase with the manager of the dealership, Siamak, He was fantastic, very personal, nice, professional and made our purchase really an enjoyable experience. We were treated really great and we never felt pressure to buy, and we really appreciated that too. We highly recommend buying your cars from Ford of Kirkland. Excellent experience.

I ordered a vehicle recently and ran into the supply chain issues that all manufacturers are experiencing. However, Ford of Kirkland (specifically via Dan Lozott) were very communicative throughout the entire process and I was assured that things were proceeding as fast as they could. When the vehicle came in the financing and delivery experience was great and I was on the road in no time. All in all a great experience and would certainly buy from them again.

I worked with Peter Rowberry at Ford of Kirkland to purchase a new Ford Shelby GT500 and the transaction was actually a pleasure and a far cry from other dealership interactions Ive had in the past. Two things stood out to me as compared to other purchases Ive made from dealerships.1) Directness and transparency: I initially called Peter and told him the specification of car I wanted, asked him if he could match the price of another dealer and he immediately told me the best price he could offer (which was not as good as the other dealership). About a week later, I made a counter offer to Peter and he called me back within 30 minutes after checking with the sales manager to let me know they could accept my counter offer. There was no game playing or haggling and this allowed the transaction to move forward very quickly and smoothly.2) Responsiveness. Peter gave me his cell phone # so we could execute the deal and he was extremely responsive. He went out of his way to work with my financier on his day off and was able to get me into my new car with a very short turnaround before the weekend—which he knew was a goal of mine. He kept me appraised of all progress during the execution process and the two times I came to the dealership, Peter had the car already pulled out of the showroom for me to look at and was ready waiting for me when I arrived. During my time with him, he was extremely focused and attentive.I highly recommend working with Peter if youre looking for a low friction, hassle-free sales process. I wish purchasing cars from dealerships could always be this easy.

Let me start with this, I had an amazing experience with Hyundai of Kirkland years ago. So when I decided I wanted to see what Ford had to offer I came here first believing that Id be served with similar level of professionalism.Unfortunately none of the sales rep was trying to sell me the car. In fact the Hyundai sales rep who walked us over did a better job of trying have me put down a deposit on the car. All of the sales rep were so busy watching the game instead of answering questions or trying to sell me the car.There was other customers looking at the same car as I was and they were asking me questions because the sales rep were not helping either of us.Although todays trip has been convinced Id be buying Ford. Believe that I will not be returning here.

We had a great experience at Ford of Kirkland. We went in to look at used Trucks and were approached by Alex who is the manager of used sales.He was excellent, incredibly helpful and generous with his time, offered us as much or as little help as we wanted (turns out we wanted a lot of help!).He clearly explained all features of the various trucks we looked at, let us test drive with no hard sell and helped us decide between new and used.We ended up taking our favorite truck for a longer demo which was perfect to really see if it was the right truck for us.When we decided to buy the truck the manager Eric and finance lead Nima were also really helpful and good fun to work with.We felt like we paid a fair price and got a good trade in price for our used car. All in all, an excellent experience particularly thanks to Alex.

Came into Ford of Kirkland to look at Ford Rangers, they had 3 different options, a 2020 Sport 4x4, 2021 FX4 Off-Road, and a 2021 Tremor edition. After speaking with Dan he handed me the keys to the Sport for a test drive. After returning and looking over the options available, I decided on the 21 FX4 Off-Road and I absolutely love it. Dan made the whole buying process smooth and easy. There was no pressuring to go for another model and we worked through all the logistics very quickly. Clance also helped with the buying process and made signing paperwork quick and painless. Dan knows his stuff so I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new vehicle! I always have a very good experience when bringing my truck in to be serviced. Everybody from one end to the other is always friendly and helpful. The real positive is Dean in service. He always trys to be very accurate with the timing so I dont have to circle the parking lot to many times. He knows I am a business owner and my time equals money. More so than that the guy is unflappable, handles huge volumes of work and personalitys with ease. hang on to this guy however you can.The true test is coming up next week when I bring in my $ 65,00.00 dollar dumbstruck for the third time. So far we have not solved the reason for the engine light to keep coming on. I purchased a 2016 Focus from Ford of Kirkland and the experience had some hiccups but it was all worked out to my satisfaction. Since the purchase I have had to deal with a known issue with the car. The trans clutch has issues about every 10 to 12k miles and needs to be replaced. Even though it has been replaced 3 times and there is a class action suit due to the issue Ford Corp will not replace it even if it continues to have known issues after my initial warranty expires in 2 months. Ford of Kirkland has been very good about getting it replaced but Ford Corp is now the problem.I am having second thoughts about other products I have ordered, namely a full size Bronco and the F150 electric. I know they are first year models and will have issues but if Ford Corp is unwilling to stand behind their product with known issue what can I expect for unknown problems?

First off, I am not the easiest to work with on buying a car or truck. I have bought plenty and I had a truck already so buying a new one was going to be a bit of work on salesmans part!Justin Soga was up to the task, I initially walked away as I didnt think the value was there. Justin let it all sink in a few days and reeled me in and now I could not be happier. This new F-150 Hybrid is seriously cool factor 10!I appreciate Justin for staying on it, I ran sales numbers from other dealers and he gave honest opinions and really made the buying experience the best it could!

One of the worst dealerships I have been dealing with. I bought a Ford Edge from this dealership last year. Besides the unsatisfactory car purchasing experience( they did not provide spare key for the car and after selling the car they just told me the previous owner has lost the key), I recently had to deal with their service department since edge models got recalled from the ford company due to brake safety problem. When I wanted to make a service appointment, they said they won’t offer substitute car or even shuttle more than 5 miles( most interestingly, I talked to several people and every one said different stories about the shuttle mileage). They told me that “this is my problem”. I would never work with this dealership anymore👎🏻

Purchased a 2013 Flex last month, my experience with these guys have been great!Peter was really nice and no pressure, big difference from a lot of the other sales people Ive dealt with recently. Him and the finance team worked with me for a good deal on the car. I had the keys the next day along with an inspection report.Had some minor engine trouble a few days later, Erik from the service team was very understanding. They were able to help me get it completely taken care of even though I live 5 hours away!Great used car experience! Go check them out, hope yours will be just as good.

We had a great experience working with Dan Lozott to purchase our new car. We expressed right away that we wanted a no hassle and quick process and he delivered the experience we asked for. So, I went there yesterday to get my license plates installed and I was treated very bad. The person was very rude to me and asked me if I had a screwdriver at home so I can do it myself. On top of that asked me later during the “conversation” who sold the car to me, so I could just tell him to do it for me. This never happened before at that dealership. I was very shocked and I felt totally disrespected. This was my 6th car I was going to get the plates installed there, so it was not my first time... If I could get them less than a star I will do it.

My F-150 needed some unexpected brake work that ended up getting complicated. Rick, my Service Advisor, was just super keeping me informed of what was needed and the next steps. I even was able to talk with Evan, the technician, to see what was going on when my truck was on the lift. They both explained things thoroughly with no mansplaining (wink) and did an excellent job at getting my truck back in good shape. Id like to give a shout out to their extended warranty option, that I got when I bought the truck there - it is really great! Ford of Kirkland is a genuinely an honest and transparent place to do business with - glad to have them here in my community! :o)

Easy appointment set online for an oil change. I was assisted right when I arrived. The advisor contacted me about the same recommendations as other places (air filter and wiper blades). My car was completed in less than an hour. Service and efficiency were great!I initially pulled into the sales entrance and had to get out to go to next entrance. You’re unable to drive through the parking lot to get to correct location. “Service/parts” sign is small to notice it. Lot is small and tight.

I reached out to this dealership as part of a Ford Maverick reservation. I was working to convert the reservation to an order. This dealership was close to me and seemed to have okay reviews. First, they did not know how to order. No biggie. They put me in touch with the fleet guy who knew how to order. I confirmed my order config and he had to go on vacation, so he was unable to submit. No problem. As per his email he would get back in touch with me on the day he returned Monday June 28th. I did not hear anything on Monday. By, Thursday still with no updates, I had contacted another dealership who promptly put my order in that day which was confirmed by ford via email shortly after. I did eventually get an email from someone else who I have not heard of before on Friday asking again for my build details which I had already provided to the dealership. On top of that I just heard back Today from the fleet guy asking to verify my identity and information for the order! 19 days later! Note: the initial order period has also passed at this point with ford. Communication is extremely poor with this dealership! It takes 5 minutes to write an email to keep me in the loop. This is not how you communicate with customers. Would not recommend this dealership if you are looking to order anything!

I love my F 150 Super Crew Short Bed Pickup! It is perfect in a normal America, where garages are built to actually drive your vehicles & park for down time, not a storage space garage. I am disabled and its the best wheelchair out there!!!

He has paid attention during Ford Training and was very familiar with every aspect of the deal that mattered to me. Justin S. and Steve C. are awesome. I was shopping around for a new truck and they made things super easy. They worked with me to agree on a great price, ordered the vehicle, kept me updated, and wrote up a clean deal with no weird fees.When I went to get the vehicle, they did not try to upsell me on anything. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.5+ Stars.So I had to take the truck in because Ford managed not to paint a small spot behind the cab (???). Kevin over in service was awesome. He walked out and took a quick look at the missing point, and quickly arranged to have the local body shop take care of things. He kept me up to date on what was going on, and even said I could get the truck back over the weekend when they were going to need to keep it for a few days longer (because of the approval process from Ford Corporate).The local team continues to impress. Maybe they can yell at Ford and ask them to do a better job on QC :)

Spotted our 2017 Kia NIRO on-line. Contacted the dealershipa and had availability and condition confirmed. Drove 104 miles each way to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Drove away a satisfied customer. Excellent staff, very professional and friendly.While we were waiting to sign paperwork, Barry, our salesman, helped us connect our phones to the car and walk through many of the controls and features. It was a pleasant experience, unlike many car dealership experiences over the last 53 years.After getting home we identified a couple of places that should have been better cleaned, especially one where coke had been spilled on the back seat carpet. We also emailed a question about the dealer installed anti theft system and have yet to receive a response.The KIA NIRO appears to be an excellent vehicle. We are currently averaging 56.7 miles per gallon in this hybrid, cutting our gas costs by nearly two thirds.

Had a rude awakening when I showed up at the dealership, they had a 10k markup on the vehicle and refused the test drive when I asked about the mark up. They said “Ford” slows them to have the markup.I would have not driven 20 miles had they called out about the markup

On Thursday my son and I were driving to Seattle childrens for an appt. When we stopped to go to the bathroom my steering column went out locking my car down. I called all over the Seattle area to see about getting it in and Dean was able to get us in that day we missed the window due to the tow truck getting there late. But Dean went above and beyond to not only take care of my car but got us into a loner car. He called and kept me in the loop with everything even made sure everything was good to go before I made the 4 hour trip to get my car. My husband’s friend Jacob recently purchased a Mazda 6 from these guys, roughly 2 weeks ago. It is a very nice car. The issue is that they sold him the car with VERY bad brakes. The front brakes AND back brakes need to be replaced immediately.While the car was purchased “as is” this is a HUGE safety and customer service issue to even allow someone to drive it off the car lot. Jacob makes trips to Portland with his family which includes his INFANT son. With brakes like this and with the rainy weather the last couple of days this is a very dangerous situation that Ford Of Kirkland has put this young man in. The brakes SHOULD be replaced ASAP AT NO COST or a serious discount.I am hoping the owner of this company can do something to help out, Jacob is young and buying a new car is expensive. Having to throw another $250-$600 at your brakes two weeks after purchasing the car is simply unacceptable.

I had Mike Sylvan as a salesman. I got a used Ford fusion 2012 hybrid w/ 83k for 11,899. I thought it was an okay deal and I need a car with good gas mileage. The car is in good condition but the battery went out a week after I got it. They also did tax exemption for tribal members which I appreciated. I just want to make it clear that Mike was great, but the other members of Ford that I had to deal with was my issue.

My 2018 Expedition Transmission failed just miles before the warranty was to expire. Rick and the crew at Ford of Kirkland went out of their way to make it right, to get Ford to replace it at no cost and get me back on the road asap. It was hard getting the service department to return my calls in order to schedule. I was told Id have my truck back the same day but when I dropped it off they said it would be the next. I mentioned what I had been told and explained it was my only vehicle. In the end they finished the job just a few hours after I dropped off the truck at a price lower than their estimate and lower than what I could have hoped for.

Recently purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer ST, used with about 4k miles on it. When I test drove the car for the first time it only had maybe 1 gallon in the tank, i dont think it was intentional, but its a detail that caught me off guard. So as you could imagine it wasnt a very thorough test drive, but they did let me drive it again, this time with more fuel in the tank, and were accommodating when i wanted to compare it to another ST.They were pretty rigid on their pricing, it wasnt unreasonable, however just a little more than I personally wanted to pay, plus my preference is to always support local businesses whenever possible.Price aside, they gave me a reasonable offer on my trade-in and when it came down to purchasing the vehicle, the Sales rep I worked with Justin Soga, was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me into anything i didnt want. The transaction went very smoothly, and the various other people within the dealership were very friendly and helpful.Ford of Kirkland and Justin Soga, would definitely be on my short list of dealerships to contact if I wanted to purchase another vehicle.

Went in to look at a Ford F150 after emailing and chatted with Kevin Chou for awhile. Was greeted promptly by him, and the truck was cleaned up, and ready for test drive when I arrived.Sadly, few dings on my credit report caused me not able to get a loan at the rate I wanted. Kevin spent tons of time with me without making a sale, but he still remained happy and walked me back to my car as if I just purchased a car from him.whole sales process was not pressured in anyway, if you want someone who is knowledge, able to make fair comparison between each brands, and truly care about your experience for buying a vehicle, give Kevin a ring.

Highly Recommend to Service your vehicle AT this dealership.After talking to all the ford dealer around Seattle and Bellevue area. Ford of Kirkland is the only dealer who had a clear understanding on what they are doing, friendly attitude and stood on the customer side.I am really sure that My Explorer ST needs a warranty fix but all these other dealer giving me a hard time on the inspection fee(Ford dealer will ask you to pay $160 for the inspection before they confirm its a warranty work). And Ford of Kirkland is the only dealer who is honest and willing to help me out without any hassle.The Service advisor RICK is the man who can take care of your vehicle. Definitely want to give a shout out to RICK who provided me a wonderful and hassle-free experience. This is the person you can trust! While the actual buying experience was decent, the after sale experience was not. They did not process the transaction correctly, then didn’t keep their word on resolving the issue. I had to call multiple times to get resolution, which remains pending. All in all, a typical car dealer experience.It’s a shame, as simple follow up would have kept this a five-star review.

Thank you Rodney Zins for getting our family into our new car! We came knowing what type of car we wanted and Rodney helped us find the right one! He was very laid back and relaxed. We walked cars together and then he wrote down the part numbers while we walked, and kept track of ones we added to the list and the ones we took off! He was very conversational and never forced us or pressured us. After some test driving we chose our new family car! Rodney chatted with us while paperwork was sorted. Thank you for Rodney for helping us find our new car! It fits all the dogs too! My biggest take away is how easy going and relaxed Rodney made the whole experience.

My sales associate, Nima, was fantastic! We started our purchase process by creating an inquiry online. Nima was quick to engage, and helped us begin our process. We then met Nima in person when it was time to test drive the vehicles, and make our selection. Nima was always friendly and helpful, and never pressuring us. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERESales manager tried to swindle me out of thousands of dollars by printing out a BS carfax suggesting there was odometer fraud on my truck. I called him out and asked that we both go to the dealership down the street to figure out the issue. Next thing I know, I have a clean carfax report for my truck in front of me. On top of that, he made the whole negotiation process a joke, with a final stand off over 50 dollars for a dent repair they had agreed to.Finance- the whole signing process was easy (of course) they want your money. But now, a month after I traded my truck and numerous phone calls, I get told I was charged extra interest on my loan after I released it to the dealership (because they were busy). I also have had to make numerous calls to my previous lender who did everything in a timely manner only to be blamed by ford of Kirkland for the delay in my overage repayment.sales person was great.service advisor was greatThey continuously pressured me on giving them 5/5 on every review/platform from the sales process all they way through. I will never consider buying from this dealership again and encourage you to look elsewhere as well.

Service tech neglected to replace the oil filler cap after changing my oil. Engine covered in oil, discovered the error far off road so no telling how much dirt and dust got into my engine. Dont trust your vehicle with these clowns.Update: After months of trying to contact them for resolution I was completely ghosted beyond the apology seen below. All I got out of this was a charge back handled by VISA and lessons learned.

Ford of Kirkland has horrible diagnostic pricing. They charge you the hourly rate of $168 instead of a flat fee like everywhere else. If they spend 5 hours and dont find the problem, you are on the hook for $840 with no resolution. Every other repair shop I have ever used charges a flat fee. Im unsure why I would have any incentive to have my vehicle repaired here when it costs $168 an hour with no limit of how much I might be charged and no guarantee paying that cost will result in finding a problem. I hope Ford of Kirkland reconsiders their diagnostic fees and charges a more reasonable fixed fee. Until then I will take my vehicle somewhere else to be fixed.

We drove from Spokane to Kirkland to purchase from Ford of Kirkland! This is our second transaction with this dealership and it was worth the drive. We did a lot of research for the vehicle we wanted an could not find another dealership that could come close to the prices at Ford of Kirkland! Dan Lozott was great--he is a no-pressure, honest salesman and really worked to help us get a price within our budget. I needed to buy a new vehicle and because of my work schedule I was unable to visit the dealership in person. Viewing their website I was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for. Getting pre-approved for the purchase with Ford Credit took about five minutes. I was contacted by one of Ford of Kirklands sales staff (Nima Mirzaei) within a short time and we began the purchase process. Once again, because of my work schedule, our communications were carried out using text messaging and phone calls. The process began on a Monday and by Wednesday Nima had delivered the vehicle to my home at a time that was convenient to me. The professionalism and service that I received was the best. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Ford of Kirkland and staff, especially Nima Mirzaei.
