This company is a complete joke. Charged 300$ on my card last year. That same year I upgraded my whole alarm system to a new company cuz this company was a complete joke to work with. Now they want $500 from me. Nobody from there company tried contacting me and it’s almost been a year. Now there saying I’m stuck with this bill and i haven’t used this company for over a year now. The lady hung up on me after she was rude and unprofessional. And threaten to send me to collections. I will be taking this company to court. If they don’t make this right. This alarm company is an absolute joke. No wonder they have bad reviews. They will be reported to the BBB.
Fraud Alert 📢 i dont know this company. Never used them. They kept for months sending me weekly invoices. They claimed that we are signed up with them. They sited talking to a person who was not working with us for over 6 years. When pressed for proof they claimed that they credited me the invoice and hang up on me. Do not use.
I have had the Alarm Monitoring Services for over a year and have had a good experience. I have dealt with Phil (their GM) and the technical staff who helped me install the system. They were fair and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and am happy to renew my contract with them. I have recommended my friends to use them and some have even switched over to them and have no issues. I recommend them.Best RegardsLaksh Vaswani
They promise a discount if you submit a five star review!I’ve used them for many years and recently tried to get a refund when I re-subscribed too soon. They immediately charged my credit card, even though my account was good for five more months.That was a month ago. Still waiting to hear from them after submitting a dispute through PayPal. Terrible customer service, in my opinion.I bought several cameras and sensors from Wyze instead of using their e-monitoring services.
This is a complete SCAM!!!!!! They gave me ZERO for my money except a piece of cheap equipment that I am apparently leasing from them that they could not get to work!!!!! And now they have sent me to collections!!!!! I pre-paid a year and got nothing. They continued to invoice me even though I tried to cancel, which you cant do by email. The link they give you to cancel doest work. And they wont even try to call you to tell you your bill for AIR is $1700 before they decide to send you to collections!!!! These guys are RUDE! And RUTHLESS!!!!!
Do not use this company. They will bring you in at a cheap price and make you pay for a cheap device for $20.00 and then after a year they will jack the price up to $20.00 a month. I cancelled then they wanted to charge me $20.00 for not cancelling in 30 days and then charge me $35.00 for what they call a refurbishing fee for the cheap device. If you dont pay then they will try to bill you for $500.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Been with them a year, just renewed. Straight forward service, monitoring the security system originally from ADT that came with my home for lower monthly cost. Prompt call for alarms.
Ive been using their service for about a decade with no problems. I Recommend them. I think people who called this a scam reviewed the wrong place!
Terrible company!!! They have several business names so be careful. They change names to stay ahead of the bad reviews and do not have to pay as much to buy the good reviews I assume. Nightmare. They make the process of canceling a nightmare to frustrate you. I wanted to cancel 1 year in and somehow now actually cancelled 5 years later thankfully.
Have been with this company for several years. Use basic landline monitoring of an older system with no problems. Customer service has always been helpful.
What a SCAM! Stay away from this nightmare. Call your lawyer! Don not let them charge you fees for their scam.
RUN AWAY, UNTRUSTWORTHY. Unless you like being overcharged, and charged long after you cancel dont trust these people. This company will take advantage of you. They will charge you more than their advertised price. They will also continue to charge you long after you have canceled service. They make you go to a website to cancel your service and then they deny your request because they purposely give you the wrong account number. But they wont tell you whether or not it is canceled, they will continue to charge your card. I have canceled 3-4 times. Yet, they still continue to charge the credit card on file. The lady in accounting is super helpful, and it is obviously not her fault. But I can not recommend this company. I supposedly canceled again, yet the next day they charged my card.

They couldn’t set up my alarm system and I sent back the equipment. A few days later I get charged hundreds of dollars to my CC for canceling. I called my CC to deny that charge and A.S. called me back to threaten to call collections. Push comes to shove I settled to pay to be rid of this nightmare. I still have flashbacks of them harassing me to this day. I don’t know how they’re able to run business like this.
Prices are very low and the service is great. Easy switchover from ADT in less than 30 minutes.

They sold me a wireless transmitter to keep uninterupted service. I paid in full. Easy. It is when you cancel their service is the problem. They will then tell you it was a LEASED EQUIPMENT and you have 30 days to return. I told them I didnt agree, but I will return the unit to move on. They sent me an email 2 days later stating they were going to ACH me about $350 to make sure I send it back?????? It was a PURCHASE! They didnt ACH $350. They ACH my account about $450 three days later stating they COULD NOT ACH the original amount of $350 from my Bank of America account, so now they charged me additional REFURBISHING fees. Again, it was a PURCHASE, so it should not be a LEASE with refurbishing fees. They didnt have problems deducting my account for $450, so why did they have problems deducting $350? Fraudulent claims! Bank of America will laugh, bc millions of transactions plus mine goes thru every minute. They didnt have problems ACH my account every month on time before and I didnt tell Bank of America not to let them ACH me. I CALLED BANK OF AMERICA AND ASKED FOR A CHARGE BACK right away! I got my money back. I called to speak to them and tried to return my equipment back even though it was MINE and they told me, since I didnt a CHARGEBACK, I CAN NOT EVEN RETURN THE EQUIPMENT bc I defaulted the account? Lol CHARGE BACK IS A RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! NOT A PRIVILEGE. Ben threatened he will report me to the credit bureaus. He will do that to you too, so you have to waste your time to prove you do not owe him. Call your bank to do the CHARGE BACK to get your money back 1st. Call the attorney general in WA to report their business practices. Call the credit bureaus to make ALARM MONITORING SERVICES provide documents of their claims to clear up your credit. They DO NOT have signatures on ANYONE signing a lease. They are just acting on the fact that if you CANCEL their services, they are going to screw up your credit. This is America. We all have rights. Great news. They have done this to many people or subscribers. The court system will see this. You will win.
Efficient, affordable service
Tried unsuccessfully to cancel service on a month to month plan for over six months. They make you go to a website to cancel and then they never notify you if cancellation doesnt work. Horrible company.
