Scheduled a pontoon boat 3 months in advance, called the day before to confirm, all set. We show up to get the keys and they tell us they dont have one and theres nothing they can do. Unacceptable, we had family drive from over 2 hours away and some fly in from Arizona on a date planned months in advanced. The most they could offer was to knock an hour off the price for the next time. Unreal

I have called and emailed to book a reservation 2x now and ZERO response. I hope the owner of this company sees this. As a business owner myself, Id fire whomever is supposed to be booking and reaching out to potential customers.Even if they are on fire busy, they should be able to follow up with emails and calls.

Great marina to dock a boat in; well-covered and easily accessible to the rest of the lake and the locks. Also an easy place to rent a boat to take out for the day.

We made reservations and thought it would be polite to let them know I have service dog ahead of time. They required formal documentation which is illegal under the ADA, and also impossible because there is no official ADA service dog certificate. I emailed them to clear it up, but they never responded. Ended up going to an ADA compliant company instead.

Everything went well until we started to dock, the new person misghided and the boat made a small bump stop not strong enough to cause any damage. The person blamed us for the incidence and tried to show a small dent on the boat on the side that didnt even bump. We had a good exchange of ideas but he wouldnt accept and started heckling minors in our party. Fortunately the surpervisor on at time knew about the boat and cleared us. But completely wasted our beautiful evening on the lake.

My cousin Showed up at 3:55 to get gas for his 40 ft boat.. the guys were here leaving the station and he waited about 10 minutes for them to come out like they usually do. He finally went in and they were leaving. He asked to get gas and they refused. Looks like theyre missing out on $1,000 We will go to another gas station and wont be coming back. The guys working today were rude.

I’ve been doing research for YEARS to get a well needed procedure done. I wanted a woman doctor and wanted someone trust worthy- who doesn’t!LOVE LOVE LOVE the doctor a staff!When I finally got the courage to do a consultation, I knew right when I met Dr. McMillan that she would be my surgeon.Some people think with their heart, others think with their brain, it was my GUT that knew this was the right place for me.My overall experience was just easy, not stressful or embarrassing. The staff are friendly and don’t make anything awkward, and I’m a very awkward person....🙄And in conclusion, Dr McMillan is such a sweetheart, she just put my mind at ease, although I had no clue what she was talking about ( I just nodded my head to not look stupid) I trusted her. Professional, but yet feels like your friend, kind but you know she kicks butt!I just want to say thank you for changing my life. It feels silly to say a cosmetic procedure can change ones life, but it did mine. I can do so much more now that I couldn’t before!

Good Marina & friendly staff. 5 Stars if you correct your online / voicemail hours of operation. Both say open 7 days a week until 5pm. Stopped by for fuel @ 3:30... Closed.

Tried to have them service our boat. They only work on Mercurys and will not work on anything else. They were not even interested to do any other work on the boat. Not a service shop.
