This purchase was overdue and with all the back orders due to the pandemic we were sure we would have to wait months. Our brand new bed is getting delivered tonight!!

Im a combination side and back sleeper, and have started having some lower back soreness after sleeping, which usually means its time to replace a bed. I went into Mattress Firm after days of researching various mattresses for my height, weight, and overall build, so I came in already having a rough idea of what I was looking for.Dan was top-notch in service here. He started me on what I came in aiming for, but still took me through some steps to help zero in on other possible options. He was both friendly, and knowledgeable during the extensive time I spent trying out laying on several mattresses. Overall, it came down to a tie between the one I came in looking for, and another that I hadnt looked into that felt just as good, but was cheaper.While laying on it, Dan had to help another customer, which gave me some time to look up the second option on my phone, and it actually had roughly similar marks through sleep lab testing to the other. He came back, and I got the other mattress instead of the one I initially came in for, saving me roughly $300 in cost of the mattress.If you need a new mattress, you should always do a little research to get a rough idea of what youre looking for, but just buying online doesnt give you an opportunity to actually feel it out. For that, you should definitely go here!

After spending weeks researching and scrolling online and getting nowhere in my search for a firm mattress that is also able to contour to your body, I stopped by at Mattress Firm in totem lake. Kevin very pleasantly greeted us at the door which was refreshing since the store looked rather busy on presidents day sale. He was very polite and thorough in finding out about our requirements and preferences and started showing us different mattresses with insightful details on how each works. Hes definitely a mattress nerd (which is great for customers coming in with little knowledge about these) and was able to help us finalize on a great mattress with an excellent deal. I strongly suggest visiting this store instead of buying blindly online and I will definitely be back in future.

We went here to buy a new mattress for my 77 year old mother. We had a great experience being helped by Matthew and Daniel. Both were extremely informative and helpful without being pushy. We never felt rushed or pressured. They answered all of our questions and gave us space to try what we needed. My mother had trouble with one of her pillows after taking them home and sleeping on them for a few days and they easily and generously gave my mom new pillows. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Me and my friend went there just to browse but hopefully find a good firm matress to help with my back problems. Daniel greeted us with a friendly hello and asked me what I was looking for. I told him that Ive had my matress since 2012 and that in the last 2 weeks Ive noticed that my back has been hurting more and more. He asked me my budget and showed me two mattresses which were meh. He then showed me a Beautyrest firm mattress and I immediately felt the comfort and the difference even my friend loved it. I told him that I was currently also in search for my first car and he offered me the friends and family discount which brought it down from $1,299.99 to $650 plus tax which was $715 I couldnt let that opportunity go so I went for it and now Im super excited to be able to sleep without waking up with my back hurting. Wednesday cant come fast enough thats when it will be delivered. I had never step foot in that location before but I am SOOOO glad I did. Thank you SO much Daniel even after a long 12 hour work day for Memorial DAY and only 30 minutes left of your shift you gave me an excellent customer service experience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK!!! After testing out different ones i decided i liked medium firm foam mattresses more than the traditional springs. He gave me an incredibly great deal, much better than i could ever expect so im thrilled cuz i got a much better mattress than i thought i could and also an adjustable frame and other accessories.
