Called this company after reading some of the positive reviews. I was more than a little misled.I called on a error code and the wait was more than a week out, I decided to have the drum seal replaced instead, I knew it was over due and my husband was able to do the work on the error code himself.Upon arrival the repair man was punctual and courteous, I watched as he replaced the drum and completed his work. The next day I begin to have problems with the door lock system, called to have them return and fix this issue, I was given another week to wait. I had my husband step in again and canceled my appointment request. Two weeks laterMore error code issues. We investigated the problemAnd discover the Drum was installed improperly and the drain holes were not in line with the drain also the seal was not properly fitted around the outside. My husband had to re install the entire thing. This improper install had allowed for garments to go thru the drain and end up in the filter causing the washer to not drain at all. I know for a fact that I would have ended up paying a high price for the service work to be done. The repair man mentioned that it is very expensive to do work dealing with water and drain hoses.🤔I just kind of wonder if it was set up this way to cause a bigger problem so they can make more money.I will never recommend this company .

Great experience! I had a Liebherr refrigerator that needed to be repaired. I called to make an appointment and At Your Service was booking a few weeks out. I was concerned that they would come look and then I would have to wait again for the part to be ordered. Not the case. They called in advance to confirm the part and I sent a picture of what needed to be repaired. The tech showed up on time with the correct part and repaired the refrigerator. Well worth the wait. I was thrilled with the professional experience and my refrigerator is now fully functional again! Thank you.

I needed a Fisher-Pykel repairman and Karen and Hubie Holland, owners and technician, were willing to go out of their way to make sure I was able to get good service and get my oven and burners working again. Hubie was knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend them. I thought their charge was very fair.

Hubie was fantastic - he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to get to the house within 24 hrs of our call. Looking forward to recommending him to any one that needs appliance repair. He does it all at a fair price and gets the job done quickly!

Parks their truck in places they are not to supposed to park without concern to whos parking spot they are taking. A visitor spot is 10 steps away! LAZY!
