Freely is always very helpful and it’s a great place to store my stuff

Very clean, manager was very polite older man who was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions.Removed a star as they keep odd business hours in store and on their customer service line making it hard to make payments if you have any daytime obligations as I’ve been told they do not take payments over the phone. Customer service is NOT helpful and while I know this has more to do with the franchise and not necessarily the property in question, it is something to keep in mind.

I have had the greatest experience locating a storage unit. Mary and her husband both have great personalities. I recommend anyone to lease here. I started online and got a thank you call the same day. After meeting them at the storage, I was very excited. I knew I had chosen the right place to store my emergency contents. Blessings to them.

Mr Freely made this experience hassle free & took me to visit my assigned storage before signing the paperwork. Due to my needs, he said it wouldn’t work & reassigned me the perfect storage room. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A PERFECT SATURDAY & STORAGE RENTAL!

Ms. Mary Smith went beyond the normal call of duty and was outstanding in helping me find storage for my belonging when I ran into a problem of not being able to get into my house until tenants moved out. She was courteous, understanding and very helpful in helping me obtain the proper type of storage place which solved my problems on 11/21/2017. I also observed her helping 2 other people who walked into the office while I was there; I saw the same outstanding service given to them to. The company is very blessed to have an outstanding employee like Mary. I highly recommend the Cube Smart Self Service

Units are clean and well-maintained...Site is meticulously-managed and in an easy-to-access location, with a secure and safe environment. CubeSmart is extremely blessed to have these 2 wonderful on-site managers! In fact, your rates have gone up too high---but were staying with you because of the Smiths!!!

Mary and the other staff here are friendly and attentive. When I moved in, I was able to tour the unit to make sure it would work for me, before signing the lease. The location is close to everything and quite convenient. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area!

This was the worst place to get a storage at. The Goldsboro facility was flooded by the storm which the insurance the MAKE you get does not cover anything! Yes the staff was friendly but sneaky and with held information. CubeSmart did not pay for any of their customers items that were damaged. CubeSmart received payment from the insurance company for our personal belongings! Customers did not get one red cent but lost everything. I myself lost clothes and shoes for all four of my children and myself, living room set, king size bed, two twin beds, microwave,tvs, Xbox and games, pack and play, toys, a jumparoo. I will never rent from them again. One guy had 2large units and lost everything 😢 I feel extremely hurt that they didnt pay him anything for his loss he had his whole house in those units moved in a few before the storm. CubeSmart also made charges to my debit card without my permission and for months I had already paid! If you find somewhere else to rent a unit please do!
