I recently purchased a home through this place and I can’t recommend this place enough, specifically Kimberly. If I ever need another home for any reason, this will be the first place I go to.

God has blessed my husband and I with a home and he sent me to the best team in this world. First Choice is all about caring for their customers and gives the best services. Excellent place to shop for a home .All there staff is so helpful and they take the time to find you exactly what your looking for

They came to fix alot of things that had to be fixed by someone else. My rug in living room and kitchen is getting air under it when air conditioning is on. They came to fix it but guess what air is still getting under it. The rug floats. You can see air under it. Got a video of it. Chris did try at first to address everything but its like he just got all my money and then he didnt care.

Was very pleased with all workers there! They were easy going and understandably people. If you are in the market for a house, defiantly give them a call you will be glad you did!

Thought after careful consideration and 6 months of shopping we chose the right dealer. We have been truly let down. Con artist, who talk a good game. Home was not what we odered, have failed repeatedly to make it right. Hot headed sales person, and the owner makes excuses for everything. Still waiting for a door to my bathroom and door for the end of my home. Counters, floors, the list goes on. Go somewhere else. Kim is real nice but forget the rest.

I am very happy with my experience at first choice home. Me and my boyfirend lost our home to the hurricane. What I liked about first choice was that the price they gave me was the price we paid. They could explain where every dollar was going. The only extra cost I had was from the city of New Bern making me add stairs to electrial box. Chris was great I worked with him for a few months he answer all my emails in a timely manner and was very helpful. I feel like I received excellent customer service and I would recommend them to all anyone.

Kimberly has been so helpful. This makes buying from them a great experience!
