Justin went above and beyond helping my grandmother with her hearing needs. He was very professional and made both of us feel like he truly cared about her well being and how the ability to be able to hear can improve her quality of life. Service was very professional and Traci was very understanding and tried everything available to help me and coach me along my hearing is really bad but she helped me with every guarantee you could ever expect and knowledge that gave me faith and now i am watching TV without close caption for the first time in 20 years and thats big and Im answering 100 phone calls a day and can understand what they are saying,,,not just volume but clearly and i truly can tell anyone that you dont have to be satisfied with volume, and you can appreciate clarity, good luck

What a wonderful experience! Miss Becky is kind and patient and very professional. This is the 3rd attempt Ive made to get help with my hearing loss (once in Winterville and once with an actual ENT doctor) and I guess 3 times the charm!! Satisfied is not a strong enough word to express how I feel about the service I received! Would recommend highly!!
