Not sure what has happened with this store. Two years ago it was a solid store with helpful associates. Maybe there has been a change in management, but these days it is hit and miss with customer service. I was checking out last week and a customer asked the store associate if they had any rotary cutters. The store associate stated if they had any they’d be in the fenced in area of the parking lot. The gentleman had just come in from looking. My experience, the store in Jacksonville, NC would have invited the gentleman to the service desk and searched their computer to see if other stores in the area had any, or at least have seen if the customer wanted to place an order. This is an in store purchase only and I get that manufacturing and assembly lines are hit with trying to adapt to the ongoing pandemic; however, I’d like to think companies are trying to keep customers and add to them. I like TSC stores, but am finding it harder to find knowledgeable and helpful store associates.

Bedding for kennels.Clothing, footwear, farm, garden, repair, tools, tires for backyard equipment and other.Childrens toys tools and farm decor plus many other items.

Was my first time here, its a big but nice store with good prices I needed dog kennel shavings to fix up a spot for out outside 🐕 dog well I got 4 bags each bag is good for up to8.0 cubic feet

The ultimate man cave! And woman cave too! I love to just stop by and browse through the store. But, Id better always have some money because there are always great deals too good to pass up. The good part is, a few dollars goes a long way for great value at Tractor Supply. One of my must shop stops.

I usually dont stop here unless I cant find it elsewhere because Ive not seen anything here you cant find at your run of the mill big box chain store. Most often the exact same brand will cost youi more here than anywhere else.

Tractor supply is a great local place buy feed for livestock or your pet supplies. The staff is always pleasant and helpful while the building is clean. I did think it was strange that they have a large portion of their inventory is sitting outside in the parking lot.

I love this store! They have lots of items to choose and usually always have things on sale!

They have real, outdoor, clothing, for women...I get coats, etc. For my daughter, and grandbabies, shirts gloves...real clothing, to keep them warm.......outside in the cold

I went in to buy chick feed staff was helpful. Went up to the counter with my purchase notice before paying to the bag had been bitten into and some was missing clearly it was a rat no problem I told the lady I didnt want that one I go get another one finish paying for the item went grabbed another one. Was walking out another cashier offer to Discount the one I already had it had been bitten by Rats I didnt wish to do that since these are chicks and I do not want to expose them to any kind of disease that rats carry I told her no thank you and proceeded to walk out and she said I couldnt. She made me wait go through the process of returning it signing the return because it would throw off her numbers quote-unquote from her throw off my numbers . Working in retail in the past I know that she could have changed the numbers return the item is defective but chose not to she wanted to make my day harder for no reason will not be going back theres too many other options and Kinston 4 chick feed

Nice . They go out of there way to help you. They always ask do you need help befor you can ask for it. Keep up the good work. And o more thing they always have a smile when they help .

I needed a gas welder, but the store didnt have the size I wanted in stock. They promised to have it the next day. After work the next day they had the welder, loaded it up and were helpful and friendly throughout.

Always helpful and friendly. Tractor supply is a great place to get what you need when you know they will have it. Very rarely am I let down..

Great store! Typically alwys has what I need. If they dont they will order it for you and have it within in a couple of days. Courthouse staff,that is always willing to help.

Recently purchased a commercial grade lawn mower from these folks. Nice enough during the transaction but when it broke down within six weeks of the purchase, getting it back has been a real problem. Ive offered to drive to their service provider (who only delivers once a week) but was told thats too complicated for us.If youre dependent upon having an operational lawn tractor, Id suggest you go somewhere else to purchase it.

I had to go to 2 different TSCs over 20 miles apart to get my feed. Very frustrating! The TSC in Greenville/Winterville, NC is often out of feed that has been ordered on time, in accordance with their procedures. Thank goodness for the good folks at the Kinston store!!

I usually love Tractor Supply Company as my country hardware and workwear stores, but this particular store was very disorganized, messy and quite the shambles compared to other, more remote locations I have been to.

We do a lot of business with TSC but it can be a pain because they arent great at stocking. Dont see what your looking for especially in the feed section ask they generally can pull it from the back.
