The customer service started off great. Covid hit and the delay of sofa I ordered was delayed a month beyond what I was promised. The delivery of sofa was the best experience, by the 2 men who brought it. But upon delivery, I noticed what appeared to be paint splashed on a very expensive sofa. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. All I wanted for my new house was the perfect sofa to relax on after a long day. Back to the waiting game on my perfect sofa.

We were looking around for Elran furniture and we came across Highland Furniture. Not only were they prompt in their response but very competitive in their price. Even though we live about an hour and a half away it was worth the distance for the pricing and the excellent customer service. Any question we had was answered promptly. Top-notch customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I were looking for a Stressless sofa and found Highland Furniture from a print ad. When we visited the showroom we were asked politely if we wanted help but were not pressured. We then looked around at our leisure.We purchased a sofa at a reasonable price. It was delivered and our old sofa removed as per our agreed upon schedule. The delivery men were very prompt and courteous.While completing the sale we asked out salesman, Charles, about our 11 year old Stressless chair that would not stay locked in one position.. He mentioned that the braking mechanisms on the sides could be easily replaced and were probably the cause of the problem.When we returned home I checked out the sliding locks on the chair and they looked easy enough to replace. We called Shawn to see if we could order replacements. He had some in stock and had them delivered with no charge.It is so gratifying to deal with a business that not only answers their phone but also accomplishes what is promised..Thanks!charlie

I wish I could give more stars than 5 because Highland certainly deserves it! I live in Maryland and was looking for furniture for our retirement home in Myrtle Beach in anticipation of moving within a few months. A friend had recommended a furniture place in North Carolina. I accidentally found Highland thinking it was the shop my friend recommended but later learned I was wrong. By this point, I had already been in contact with Shawn and Kathleen and they were so helpful and knowledgeable I wouldnt have considered changing - what an awesome find even if by accident!! Due to life circumstances, our move was postponed but we continued to work with Highland, or should I say they continued to work with me as I wasnt always quick in replying to their communications. Buying anything long distance is difficult but Kathleen spoke with me at length to get a feel for what I liked/wanted and when we visited our future home, we stopped in to their showroom to see what they had found for us. I loved the things that Kathleen picked out and she and Shawn were so helpful and accommodating. We couldnt have asked for a better shopping experience! Thank you Kathleen and Shawn for all of your time, patience, understanding and compassion. It is very much appreciated!

I purchased a new couch, side chair and recliner from Highland Furniture. The staff was so nice and very helpful with helping me choose various pieces of furniture. After only a week I discovered I’m not a recliner type of person. So I called Highland Furniture to see if it was possible to exchange my recliner for a rocker. They immediately came to inspect the recliner to ensure it was still in the perfect condition as when delivered. They agreed they would exchange it, so again they helped me decide on the style, color and material texture so it would blend with my couch and side chair. I absolutely love all of my new furniture. It’s beautiful and matches with my personality and style. Thank you so much Highland Furniture for assisting me in choosing my new living room.

I visited and made a major purchase the same day. I was so so pleased with the quality and service. The sales lady was knowledgeable, non pressured, professional, and friendly. The guys who delivered my furniture were very friendly and professional. Ive had my furniture for about 6 months now and i continue to be pleased with my purchase and plan to return for any furniture purchases. I highly recommend this company.

Shopping for Flexsteel leather recliners. Pretty good selection. Saleslady was extremely helpful and very informative. She was a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely consider making a purchase from them once I have made a decision on the style, color, etc.

I would like to post a raving review but the fact is we purchased a high end leather sofa and in less than two years the material was literally falling off. Also purchased for the sofa a five year extended warranty that is useless and Highland will not stand behind either.

Just bought 2 Flexsteel recliners there and the buying, ordering and delivery experience was all flawless. We will shop there again, it had beed a while since I had bought there, they sell a lot of different brands and levels so it works for a good variety of customers.
