I ordered several items online for Christmas gifts and my experience was great! I would highly recommend them to others. They were professional and timely with my order and the embroidery looked amazing.

I received my order and it was missing a dress, have yet to get a response regarding this matter, I have emailed several times and tried calling the phone number but with no success. They didnt have any delay in charging my card for the item but very delayed in responding to not sending the item. Im getting angrier by the day and will report them to better business bureau and Pinterest if this is not resolved shortly.
