Website says store is open at 10am. Drive a hour to get here to see that the store is not open until 11am. That is my reason for 1 star. From the looks of the inside thru the window, I would say dont waste your time visiting this location in Kinston, NC.

I ane my husband have always spent alot of money at Hibbets we buy all our grandkids shoes there for years. I received a 25$ coupon and my grand daugjter wanted a pair of shoes so I decided to use the 25 $ coupon. We bought a shoe (she tried it on) we got home the shoe hurt..so we take it back to exchange ..they dont have that shoe so we have to get a different one (not by choice) well now I find out I cant use my 25$ coupon??? Because it has been scanned??? No!! I went to the store with 25$ off period.. i understand you may not can scan it again but you could find a way to honor the 25$ so that a customer dont lose and Hibbets dont lose alot of money... i emailed i reached out to the 800 number i am trying to be reasonable but this is wrong.
