In a world where communication and timeliness are the keys to a successful business, it is truly not in this companys best interest. I emailed to get someone to come out and measure our floors months ago....no response. Two days now and still waiting to get a quote on a stained floor project and no reply to the email. This is why businesses cant get what they desire anymore and have to turn to Mexicans for the same skill set. Very unprofessional so imagine the work is the same. No thanks!
