This place offers more products for maintaining natural hair. It is great finding a place in a rural area. High quality product to keep my natural hair healthy, beautiful, at looking and maintaining my natural locks. It great to know this place has been around a long time and me and my hair is grateful. I do not mind traveling over 30 miles to get what I need. I also like the Hair Wraps in a large variety as well. Additionally the quality eyelashes product of flair lash only add to my gratitude as well. The owner of this company and me are long-term business associates and for this I am honored and grateful.

The owners could be more personable. Sometimes they speak, sometimes they don’t. The prices could be better for the wigs that they sale also. If they would improve their prices and customer service, I would consider shopping here. Otherwise, I’ll continue to order my wigs from Samsbeauty.com and Ebonyline.

Customer service was horrible, I stay in store about 20 min before anyone acknowledged I needed help.

I love this store! I can spend a lot of time in here. There are so many different styles that you can choose from. Anything you can imagine you need for hair care is in this store. I am always telling people to come here. It is well worth the trip.

Great Customer service

When I lived here this was my favorite hair supply store. Visiting today Im glad I no longer live here and itll be my last time patronizing this location. When I came in no one greeted me and usually the wife will greet me the husband not so much. While searching for braiding hair I hear the husband yelling at a customer and telling him not to come back again. I dont know what exactly happened I just know I was ready to go. I grabbed my hair and headed to the counter. I was rung up by the wife but she seemed upset. I paid and left.

The owner is not friendly and rude. He has no personality and totally lack customer service. One of very few Beauty Supply Stores in Kinston. This is not the first incident at this place. It should be closed....

This location has much variety. Hair for sew ins, braiding hair, hair for crocheting of all hair types. They sell a little of everything. Shoes, eye brow pencils/razors, jewelry. I havent had any issues with their staff. They give candy in the bags at check out. Debit/cash accepted.

They are honest about if they have something or not, and they can tell you where to go find a product if they dont have it or cant order it. I love this hair store!
