The management was so polite and courteous. He did what he said he would do. The price was reasonable. I have NO complaints at all, I highly recommend this business for car repair.

Great service politeness and swift grade A automotive shop

I took my truck there and it set in there parking lot for 6 weeks and they didnt do nothing to it, so I went and got it and took it somewhere else, I felt like they where just putting other things in front of me

Usually fast, friendly and efficient...but I was left waiting on an estimate about getting my car fixed so I just took it somewhere else

If there was a 0 star review I would give it ...The customer service is terrible. I had an ash tray in my truck and the guy throws it in my back seat and gets ash all over my back seats. Then the guy tries to blame me for it as if it was my fault. He tells me I should keep my car clean .he never once said Im sorry and only persist on how it goes both ways and after he hangs up. IM TELLING DO NOT! TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DONT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER OR YOUR CAR

Horrible service! Waited 5 months to get Van engine repaired. Very shady with communication. Got van back still not fixed Properly. Spent good money for horrible service! Don’t want to bring back afraid they might damage further. Very disappointed!

Terrible experience. Im sure theyre nice guys, but not very professional in their chosen career. Kept my truck for over a month to change out a rear end and ended up screwing up my Cruise Control in the process. So they kept it for another month and Never fixed it and I had to constantly call them for updates.I came here because I had seen their good rating a few months before. They can probably do a quick oil change, cause Im sure thats why they kept pushing my truck to the back burner (for that quick $$).

Has very good service and the prices on service are very good. I end up driving from greenville to here to have work done on my car. First place that Ive found that seems to be very trustworthy.

Just had work done on car at Spence Automotive. They fixed window problem for less than $50.00. Massey Motors wanted over $100. just to look at it. Spence Automotive is the best place in Kinston. Gr8 prices and Gr8 customer service. Thank you Keith!

We stopped here for last minute U-Haul due to Ashley’s furniture terrible customer service. We were taken care of so good and fast here and out of all the place we called in kinston they actually answered, had what we needed and seemed happily to help us out unlike everyone else. Not to mention they had a nice little cat to occupy our toddler while we done paperwork. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a U-Haul!Thanks so much!
