I will not buy nor order anything else from Farmers Furniture. I’ve been waiting for my dryer since November of 2020. And have yet to receive it. But they still want me to pay for something I don’t have in my possession, and threading me with if I don’t pay it, then it will go on my credit. All I asked was could the contract be done over or hold the fees for the dryer. I only have the washing machine. They know how to talk, and move money. Management is to blame. Can’t blame the sale rep. Because, they going off of what they can see. I’m just fed up with it now. Paying for something I can’t even use.

The receptionist Brittney Dyer is a warm, pleasant person with a great smile. She always has a friendly greeting & great attitude when I visit the store!!! She makes it a nice experience

Ive been shopping at different Farmers since 2008. I absolutley love there furniture and prices. I think I had a bad experience at this particular store. Yes we got there 45 min before they closed but the ladies behind the counter seemed like they had an attitude when I asked for a break down of the prices. Good thing I did the sales person was adding protection plans and care packages I never authorized. $200 extra added on to it if you are financing that is alot of money. I will still shop at Farmers but I will find another one.

Had trouble with an old fridge and they helped me get a new one the same day. Really looked out for me and my family. Reasonable prices. 3rd time I go to them for my furniture needs. Friendly and considerate customer service.

Dealt with the Manager Matt today with issues i was having with my dryer i bought from them over 2 years ago. He looked up my account and found i had a warranty. Matt and his team went above and beyond to make sure me and family were taken care of. They have our business for a long time to come. Customer service for us was great.

Didnt have all we ordered

I made a purchase of a bedroom suite and mattress set. Very satisfied with my selection and the delivery was on time.

If there was a way to do half a star, it would be half a star. Wife and I were in the store for 15 min and NO ONE came to see if we needed assistance. Never been in a furniture store that had a sales staff that didnt approach me. On our way to find a salesperson, one walked by and said hey how you doing? but didnt ask if we were interested in anything. Once we did find something(dresser) they tried to make us purchase a mirror for the dresser that we couldnt use. Never go here.

They have great prices and furniture.

They might have great deals but dont expect it to be delivered on time.Order bunk beds,two dressers and two matteras two weeks ago and still havent gotten them.First week excuse was firgit to order it.Second week excuse was the truck was late.Well when payment is due Im going to return favor.First week I will forget.Second week I dont have away to get there.If I wasnt in need of it I would cancel order and let them be stuck with trying to sale it.Never will I purchase from them again.

Bad quality furniture....... they don’t wanna fix anything. My furniture was flimsy so I just ended up throwing everything away, still paying on it though. I basically have no choice. After I pay them off, I’ll never get furniture from this place ever again 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
