We very quickly knew this was the place we are buying a hot tub from. We felt very comfortable with our purchase. It was about finding the tub that we would most enjoy. After receiving and using it for a while I can say its 110% true. Not to mention the great service beyond the sale. Any products, questions etc they will help you with.

Today we got our hot tub . Due to COVID it was a longer wait time then normal . I was getting so inpatient. Poor Kim lol as she kept trying to calm our over excitement and me being inpatient. Telling us the wait is truly worth it . Well it was !!! Our hot tub is just beautiful. And don and his team coming out spending most of the morning here taking out my fence as it didn’t fit the way I thought . He didn’t even hesitate to help take out the fence . Set up and everything is perfect ! To Kim and don and the team that helped thank you very much for everything. And for putting up with the endless calls and emails from us . We didn’t by new but we did lots of research, and from the day we first met Kim, Don and Mike, we knew we wanted a Beachcomber hot tub. They have been helping us ever since we called about having our tub moved to our place, and had a full once-over check up. They have answers every question, been there even when the shop wasn’t open and have been willing to come to our place, an hour from them, whenever we need. We would recommend a Beachcomber hot tub, new or used, to anyone. And Kim, Don and Mike are the BEST!!!!!

My Beachcomber is the best! Never breaks! Bought chemicals and got a free filter too!Year 3 and my tub continues to operate perfectly. I have owned two other hot tubs from other manufacturers. One of them was supposed to be a premium tub. After 4 years, there was something breaking all the time. My Beachcomber is vastly superior. More powerful, more comfortable, there seems to be a jet wherever I want one! I use less chemicals with the ultra violet system too. You get what you pay for. It may cost a little more, but the quality of the tub is totally worth it! Don and Kim are geat people to work with.

We research everything extensively before we buy. We did the same when looking for a hot tub. We chose a Beachcomber because of the great reviews, good warranty and made in Canada 🇨🇦. Kim and Don were knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. They answered our many questions initially and still (5 years later) help when we need it. We love our hot tub as much now as we did when we first got it.

Ive called numerous times, since early October to have my hot tub winterized, Ive been told Im on the work order list. Last time I called was Nov. 2, I was told I would be called by Friday, but month or year were not specified. Beachcomber was a referral, unfortunately not a good one. They have lost a potential customer.You didnt call, nothing was said about a change in the service dept., no calls were answered when I called.
