Not to happy with this place. The last two times Ive came in, they had long lines. I had to ask the cashier if she could call someone to help her. While the shift manager walked around and the other clerk was sticking. I mean I shouldnt had to ask the cashier to call for help. The shift manager or the other clerk should jump up and help. I know the Walgreens in New Braunfels wont have lines with more than 2 customers. I figured it was with all Walgreens. Customer service should come first, and yall should call for backup when yall have more then 3 customers in line.

The customer service is worthless. If my dog could shop, I would not let it shop at this Walgreens. Even my dog deserves better.

This was an awesome store. Super nice, organized, large, great selection, huge sales, great customer service than any other Walgreens BUT the restroom 😳 smelled like who knows what and the toilets had excrement smeared on them. It was obvious the inside of the store immaculately clean to the visible eye but the ladies restroom clearly neglected for a week if not longer

Its an ok pharmacy a little better than Walmart but not by much
