I have to give a big shout out to Zach Galvan he did an amazing job helping us purchase our vehicle this is our second vehicle purchased here. But in the other hand first time I ever had to deal with service had a appointment for 9 am came back 4 hours later vehicle hadn’t even been looked at then after a argument they found the problem but no parts so we sat in lobby for 6 hrs till they finally gave us a loaner empty I might add got home temporary plate came off front bumper all loose but thanks again to Zach on his day off and sick he helped me out getting another plate

Austin was so helpful! He worked with us and kept us updated with the vehicle we were interested in. We ended up getting the vehicle thanks to him. Another salesman tried working with me but I didn’t get a call back from them till 4 days later. The same day the other salesman contacted me back we were already on our way to get the vehicle and sign papers.

Went in with my son to purchase a vehicle for him and my daughter… my daughter wasn’t with us a the time so we had to bring the paperwork home with us for her to sign. Meet with our salesperson on a Sunday to who we returned the paperwork to she insured us that copies of the paperwork would be mailed to us… Over a month later and still no paperwork. I’ve called several times and have received several different answers regarding the paperwork.. Now their saying the only thing they can do is make copies of the paperwork they have on file and I can pickup…. Umm all I want is the signed paperwork…

Took my Traverse in for an oil change on Friday 7/9/2021. My vehicle was working fine before taking it in. After picking it up and driving around town. We noticed our vehicle beginning to shake a bit under the hood. Then on Saturday the check engine light came on and the vehicle began shaking more and an emissions alert and power steering alert came on. Again, we had NO problems before the oil change.Then yesterday we noticed the back hatch that opens to the back of the vehicle had a dent in it. Which was NOT there either. When we went to pick it up when the oil change was done. The tech took a very long time to bring it to the front. Stating they had to wash it . We have never had any issues with having our vehicles serviced with the dealership.

It took several weeks to get an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. One issue that needed to be immediately addressed, I was informed, was not covered by the comprehensive extended warranty I was sold by this dealership. I was told that the charge to have my vehicle serviced would be approximately $150.00, even if all they did was change a fuse (to make the car horn operable). I was advised that “this is how maintenance make their money.” Specifically, I explained that: (1) the car brakes almost reach the floorboard, (2) the car horn doesn’t work and, (3) there is considerable water inside the front passenger headlight, making it inoperable. I purchased my car from the Neessen dealership in Kingsville, Texas, two years ago and the extended warranty was added without asking permission from me. When I needed to use it all I got was bad news and it didn’t take long for them to make this decision. The dollar amount of comprehensive warranty was close to $2,000.00. Sadly, my main issue—and most expensive (passenger headlight)—is not covered by the warranty. I feel duped. This revelation left a bitter taste in my mouth. As it turns out, I paid nearly $2,000.00 for a warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Nice way for a dealership to make extra money and leave the customer paying for something not worth anything. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from the Neessen Dealership in Kingsville, as have other family members. I will never recommend this dealership or speak favorably about them to whoever will listen. They are not who they say they are!

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu from Neessen Chrysler in March of 2021. The car was listed as a one owner, well kept, etc. Two months after purchasing the car, the battery goes out which hey, no big deal- regular maintenance, right? So after two days in the shop and $478 later, I get my car back. Fast forward to July 6. Driving home from work my car states reduced engine power and I receive diagnostic from on star saying “ An issue with the Engine and Transmission System in your 2019 Chevrolet Malibu has been detected. Please service your vehicle within 1 day.” When I called services, Johanna made it really difficult to get into service stating it would be up to a week. After spending half a day going to upper management, making repeated phone calls- the dealership brings me a loaner car and takes mine for service. My car is in the shop until That Monday the 12th, when they call me and state that it will be $575 to fix the turbocharger among other things that it would need. Obviously annoyed, I get in contact with the general manager and he states to me that there was no record of service on the vehicle before it was sold to me. That all repairs and fees would be billed to the neessen Chrysler dealership because it was their fault. Now, here I am 15 days later and my car is giving me the same warning that it gave me before they supposedly fixed everything. Did they sell me a lemon? I would think twice before trusting this dealership!!!!

Cant speak any more positively about Mike, the sales and finance teams. We came from Aransas pass, arrived just a few minutes after closing. However we spoke to someone and went in AND THEY STAYED 2 HOURS AND GOT US A GREAT DEAL!!!! We have dealt with about 5 other dealers recently and 2 in Austin previously BUT no one was as professional and fast and knowledgeable as NEESEN.

My wife and I have been to this dealership a bunch of times mostly just to get our vehicles looked at but when we decided it was time to get something new, we wanted to go to someone we trusted and knew would work for us and help us get what we wanted. Mark Amador took his time with us and helped us get something better than what we were originally looking at, even with 2 small children and a toddler getting frustrated and fussy about being there he didn’t ever seem angry or upset or even a little irritated. Helped my wife get a truck she loved and walked us through every step. Would 10/10 send people to go see Mark if they are looking for or needing a new vehicle. If we ever need are shopping for a car/truck again anytime soon, Mark is the only person we’ll go see!

This is my wifes car. They took too long to fix. Then went it was ready, they told her that she needed to be there by 5pm to pay. She works till 5 and we live 35-40 minutes away. She told them that she would get there about 5:40. They sounded mad about that. Then after arguing about the time with Lisa, she transfer her to the body shop manager, she was also rude. I dont think she is going to deals with them anymore.

Found on-line RAM 2500 lot #216661 for $36364.:: Aug 5th Thu my office manager contacted dealer for start buying procedure. Dealer contacted our bank for let them check if vehicle satisficed for business auto loan requirements.:: Aug 6th Fri our bank worked on preapproval making hard inquiry. End of the day we tried to talk with dealer about next steps. Receptionist let us know that our sales person is Elda Lopez. But she was not available and we was switched to Zach Galvan. He was going call us back in hour.:: Aug 7th Sat before noon kind soul customer care assistance Julie asked by email if somebody contacted whit us and showed the wish to push that forward. End of the day price was increased to $38999.:: Aug 9th Mon called dealer myself for figuring out the deal. Talked with Elda Lopez. She said she need to check if vehicle still available and will call back in 5-10 min. In 1 hour called back myself asking to connect me with Elda or Zach. Got only they will call you back.Truck still on website and Carfax.Way to go, guys. Thank you

Took my car in for oil change. I had a 1:30 appt. At 4pm I called to check on why they hadnt called me with an update or to say they were done. I called 3 times with no answer. I finally got someone on the line, and he had no idea where my car was or what the status was. He put me on hold only to hang up on me. I called back and finally just told them to come pick me up (1st time Ive ever used the shuttle service) regardless if my vehicle was serviced yet or not. I got to the dealership only for them to tell me that my car was barely in the car wash. Not satisfied and no one apologized or offered up any explanation.

My sisters car was flooded and she brought her vehicle in to get serviced. When the car was “ready” Joanna said she was looking for the tag because it may be the wrong vehicle then...We were waiting for about 45 minutes for them to figure out if it was her car or not! Then when I was checking out the vehicle I realized her key fob was missing the lock button and trunk button and Joanna didn’t believe my sister when she said it wasn’t like that before. In addition, another man told us they lost my sisters key. My sister is a nurse and had surgeries to do so she couldn’t even wait longer to speak to the manager.her experience was Very unprofessional and I believe they gave her a messed up key to replace the fob they lost!

Booked an appointment online call to confirm after receiving confirmation email spoke to the receptionist didn’t catch your name she said my 10 o’clock was not available and I said on online it was she said go ahead and bring in the car it won’t be a problem. Take my car in then I had to leave it since I didn’t have an appointment even though I had confirmation emails. Then the car wash why even bother it was bad car wash only the front was vacuum the back wasn’t I will never go back there again thank you

Gave them 100 dollars to hold a car for me because I couldnt get there until Saturday. They agreed an my card was charged. I want there to see the vechicle and decided it wasnt what I was looking for. They stated they would return the money on Monday. That Sunday I found out that my card had been comprised. The service and experience there was a total home run! I was going to pick up my Traverse early because I was still #16 on the waiting list. I knew this was a backlog caused from the freeze so I said no big deal. I told JoHanna in the service department that I’d be back to reschedule next week. The visit was quick and we felt safe because of the precautions the dealership took to promote distancing and sanitation. We really liked that there was a play room for the kids while we waited. Will never buy from this place ever! Was working a deal on a vehicle and allowed them to pull my credit and send to three lenders just so they could sell to someone else. Every notion people have about car salesman being POS are correct with this dealer. The salesman Enrique wasn’t a bad dude but for his manager to allow someone else to sell the vehicle when we were approved but not in person shows a serious lack of integrity this place has. Stay away!

I had my 1983 Chevrolet Suburban worked on here. It needed some major work to get it running well again. I am honestly blown away by how well the mechanic was able to get it going. When he told me he had it running and I could pick it up I assumed it was back to running as usual. My mistake. Its a night and day difference with how well it runs now. It has not driven this well since the 1990s. Very satisfied customer!

Had my vehicle in for a brake noise..when I got to dealership, all I was told was nothing was done as it was a known issue with no fix, and that it was not a safety issue...there was no sympathy or explanation..I told them I wasnt happy as I had spent quite a bit of money for a new vehicle that had a noise that couldnt be fixed...and that is driving me crazy...they just repeated the same thing back at me...

Took my truck to get some body repairs done, and when I got it back the exterior had been washed of all the powder from the sanding, but the front, rear seat, front and rear door panels, and the door jams were dirty from the individual(s) who were working on my truck, and didnt even bother to clean it up before it was returned to me. it was only when I mentioned it to the body shop manager that some of it was cleaned up. I dont think would use them again if I needed more collision work done.
